INT.-BRAZIL-AMAZON JUNGLE-GALLEON-MAIN ROOM-NIGHT
[Navix receives a cryptic message.]
NAVIX:
(entranced)
The enforcers of law know about the tri-fold jewel of justice.
NIKKI BUCHANAN:
Law enforcement? The Time Force Rangers? S.P.D.?
[The Galleon continues toward California as the the ship rocks violently. The alert klaxon rings out.]
DeANDRE TAYLOR:
Uh, guys...we're in a vortex of some sort!
[The rest of the team rushes to the windows to look.]
EXT.-VORTEX-NIGHT
[The Galleon is being sucked through a vortex, and it is not known where it will end up.]
voice of NAVIX:
We're caught in a time-hole!
voice of ALL TEENS:
(shocked)
A time-hole!?
[Brock grabs at the controls, presses a few buttons.]
BROCK CRANSTON:
Trying to use the power of the ship to get us out of here!
[The rest of the crew see two other ships...one has the markings of S.P.D. on it.]
COLIN SCOTT:
What is that!?
NAVIX:
Engines at full power!
[The efforts of the crew get the ship out of the vortex. The two other ships fly past the Galleon.]
BROCK CRANSTON:
That one ship has markings on it...saying S-P-D.
NAVIX:
The only thing in my memory banks about S-P-D is that in the year two thousand twenty-five, there were S-P-D Rangers. They too lost their powers when they traveled back to two thousand twelve.
BROCK CRANSTON:
(checking the sensors)
Those ships almost hit us.
COLIN SCOTT:
Let's go investigate.
BROCK CRANSTON:
(cautiously)
Do we have to?
NIKKI CRANSTON:
We were almost in an accident...we may have to file a report or something.
[The ship continues toward the two other ships.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The Galleon flies over a city. Once the S.P.D. ship is seen, the Galleon stops, and releases both anchors. The five crew members repel down the chains to confront the inhabitants of the ship. Colin moves hastily toward the ship as the others stay back a bit.]
COLIN SCOTT:
Your ship almost hit our ship!
[The lead officer turns around to reveal her identity.]
Z DELGADO:
Sorry...I was chasing a fugitive called Trigatron.
[Z looks at a piece of paper.]
Looks like I won't go back to twenty twenty five empty handed. You're under arrest!
COLIN SCOTT:
For what!?
Z DELGADO:
(as she places Colin into handcuffs)
Harassment. The Zangyu have a bounty on you...and your friends.
[She then yells over toward the others as they are surrounded by several S.P.D. officers with their blasters drawn.]
And if you four are smart enough, you'll surrender.
KERI SCHMIDT:
Not today...bye!
[The four run off, leaving Colin in cuffs.]
COLIN SCOTT:
I don't like time-hole vortexes...see 'ya!
[Colin shoves Z backward, and fights to get away from the officers.]
Z DELGADO:
Why must they resist!
[Z talks into her morpher.]
Delgado to base...I need a little more backup.
EXT.-CITY-RAILYARD-DAY
[Colin runs into the railyard, and stops to take a breather against a boxcar. The respite is brief, as he is blasted, causing sparks on the railcar.]
COLIN SCOTT:
Aw, man!
[Colin tries to run, but trips up on a railroad tie. As he recovers to his feet, he is face-to-face with the head of S.P.D. Earth...Commander Anubis Cruger.]
COMMANDER ANUBIS CRUGER:
S-P-D! Surrender now!
[Cruger has Colin at blaster-point, but Colin kicks the weapon out of the dog's hands, and onto the tracks.]
Shadow Saber!
[Cruger uses his sword, but Colin continues to deflect. Cruger then shoves Colin into an abandoned warehouse.]
INT.-CITY-RAILYARD-ABANDONED WAREHOUSE-DAY
[Cruger and Colin continue to battle, until Cruger gets a hold of Colin. Upon frisking him, Cruger confiscates Colin's Hero Morpher.]
COLIN SCOTT:
That's my...
[The discussion is cut shot when Trigatron enters the warehouse with a platoon of Foilers, forcing Cruger and Colin to hide. Trigatron uncovers a tarp that is covering a computer console. He presses a few buttons to reveal a battery of cloaked missiles.]
TRIGATRON:
Soon...every city on this miserable planet will be destroyed!
[Trigatron presses more buttons to activate a timer, set for two minutes. Back in their hiding spot, Colin tries to reason with Cruger.]
COLIN SCOTT:
Officer...I am Colin Scott...the Red Hero Ranger. If you release me, I can morph, and take care of him!
COMMANDER ANUBIS CRUGER:
(as he uses his morpher to scan the monster)
That's Trigatron...once a member of Broodwing's army. What's he doing here?
COLIN SCOTT:
He must be working for the Zangyu now, as a Scallywag. We must stop him!
[Colin's morpher beeps, alerting Trigatron and the Foilers to their location, and making Trigatron draw one of his blasters, and fires it, grazing Cruger.]
TRIGATRON:
So...an S-P-D officer and a wanted fugitive! Foilers! Keep them busy!
[The Foilers charge at the two, and a battle erupts. The two retreat from the area.]
EXT.-CITY-WAREHOUSE AREA-DAY
[The four other rangers are busy battling Foilers and Scurvies. The four change into the Nitro Defender Rangers (with Pink changing into the Black Defender Ranger).
voice of HERO MORPHER:
Nitro Defender Power!
[The four use their secondary weapons to take out the minions. Shortly after, they change up into the Chi Rangers (with colors matching their Hero Ranger forms).]
Chi Power!
[The four continue to battle the minions (including Yellow using some Drunken-Fist maneuvers, and Green using a broom. The four then summon a energy orb, and blow away the remaining minions. With the sun setting, the four continue looking for Colin.]
INT.-CITY-RAILYARD-ABANDONED WAREHOUSE-DAY
[Cruger and Colin run into another room.]
COMMANDER ANUBIS CRUGER:
(as he takes the cuffs off of Colin's wrists, surrenders the Hero Morpher)
Okay...I believe you. S-P-D no longer can morpher into rangers...but you can.
COLIN SCOTT:
Thanks. Are you gonna be okay?
COMMANDER ANUBIS CRUGER:
I'll be fine...go get them!
[Colin nods, then runs back to the main floor of the warehouse.]
INT.-CITY-RAILYARD-ABANDONED WAREHOUSE-NIGHT
[Colin runs into the main floor area, and faces Trigatron and the Foilers.]
TRIGATRON:
So, you've come back...you only have a minute left, so there's no way you can stop the launch!
COLIN SCOTT:
Try Me!
[Colin inserts his key, and morphs into the Red Hero Ranger.]
TRIGATRON:
Foilers!
[The Red Ranger draws his Crossbone Cutlass and Crossbone Musket, and takes on the Foilers, destroying them. He then uses his musket to blast the computer console to destroy it. The other four run in with Cruger in tow to join their comrade.]
RED HERO RANGER:
(holding up the Red S.P.D. Ranger Power Key)
Let's have some fun with these!
[The five insert the keys into their morphers, and turn them to transform into the S.P.D. Rangers.]
voice of HERO MORPHER:
S-P-D Power!
RED S.P.D. RANGER:
Let's bring in the pain!
[The five rangers use their weapons to defeat Trigatron.]
INT.-OUTER SPACE-STAMPEDER-BRIDGE-NIGHT
[Kraken is very upset, with Kyatsu noticing, so she uses the device to fire it's enlargement beam at Trigatron to make him grow.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The rangers de-morph into their Hero Ranger forms, and summon the Galleon. The ship releases the other zords, and the rangers form the Hero Megazord. The robot confiscates a missile from Trigatron, as he attempted to use the missile on his own.]
RED HERO RANGER:
You won't be needing this anymore!
[The megazord launches the missile into space, destroying several Zangyu ships in orbit. On the ground, Cruger yells up to the megazord.]
COMMANDER ANUBIS CRUGER:
Rangers...I'm sure you can use the true power of justice!
[In the cockpit, the rangers insert the S.P.D. Power Keys into their control consoles. The robot's hatches open up to reveal Delta Runner One out of the chest, and six gatling guns.]
ALL RANGERS:
Hero Megazord...Delta Mode! Delta Cannons!
[The Delta Runner leaps out of the megazord to perform attacks, and it dodges Trigatron's blasts. The zord drives up the side of a building to blast at the Scallywag and knock him down before returning to the megazord. The robot, now armed with twin blasters engages Trigatron in an intense shootout, and the Scallywag using various buildings as shields. The megazord moves around in similar fashion to the Delta Squad Megazord. The megazord takes to the skies as Trigatron slices a building, sending it to the megazord, which blast a hole into the side to fire it's blasters at Trigatron.]
Rapid Fire!
[Both barrels of the Delta Cannons open fire on Trigatron. Once the megazord is back on the ground, the five rangers turn the keys.]
Delta Sniper...Full Blast!
[Trigatron cackles in red electricity bolts, collapses, and explodes as the megazord poses victoriously.]
EXT-CITY-DAY
[The next morning, the five crewmembers walk towards the S.P.D. ship, with Colin helping out Cruger...but are met by a platoon of S.P.D. officers with their S.P.D. Blasters drawn.]
BROCK CRANSTON:
Now, what!?
voice of JACK LANDORS:
At ease, guys.
COMMANDER ANUBIS CRUGER:
Officer Landors?
JACK LANDORS:
Commander...I came to tell you that any charges against these five have proved to be false claims perpetrated by the Zangyu. They're innocent.
[The five then depart for the Galleon.]
Hey...you guys keep up the fight for us that can't.
[The image of the Red S.P.D. Ranger is shown over Jack's face, then vanishes. The five nod their heads and continue on.]
I think they are destined for greatness, Commander.
COMMANDER ANUBIS CRUGER:
They have a strong sense of justice.
