NIGHTRANGER INDUSTRIES ANNOUNCES INITIAL PLANS FOR THE TWENTY-FIRST SEASON OF POWER RANGERS, POWER RANGERS: ULTRATECH.
FRESNO, CA.-December 2, 2010...Pre-production has begun on the next season of Power Rangers...Power Rangers: Ultratech, based on the 2012-13 Super Sentai, Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters.
The initial plot for the series will be:
“In the late 1960‘s, there was a research center in the mountains where scientists study innovation in humanity. One day, the center’s main computer became self-aware, and rebelled like a virus. Humanity managed to stop the virus, and peace came back...or so it seemed. Humans, now in peace, predicting that their enemy could resurface to attack again, decided to invent special technology, and trained chosen warriors to become the Ultratech Power Rangers to fight against the virus. Fifty years later, the day has come...and the battle to save humanity begins.”
Power Rangers: Ultratech will debut on Rangerboard, RangerCrew, Henshin Justice, and on the blog (www.thenrionetwork.blogspot.com) in early April 2012, probably (more than likely) on the seventh.
The rangers will be the “Ultratech Rangers,: the zords will be the “Techzords," which will all combine into the “Ultratech Megazord." The rangers will morph with the “Tech Morpher,” and use the “Tech Gear" weapons in battle.
Other information is being converted for adaptation, and will be ready soon.
I know that the storyline is much similar to Power Rangers: RPM (Disney's adaptation of Go-onger), but for my adaptation, which makes PRJF, PRRPM, and PRS\PRSS "non-canon," did not include that storyline, and followed much of Go-onger's.
