INT.-OUTER SPACE-SPACE COMMAND SPACE STATION-RECREATION ROOM-DAY
[A week has passed since the rangers destroyed Upacra...and the Yomazho have not made a move since. The team relaxes before the upcoming Autumnal Festival.]
DIEGO MAXA:
Where's Aquios at?
HEATH REGAN:
He's meeting with the Admiral.
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[Gabe is in the park, taking a small, daydreamy-like nap on a park bench. Propped on his stomach is an opened book, pages down. A Yomazho Monster called MUGAIMU arrives, and eats the Admiral's daydream, then vanishes.]
GABE CRENSHAW:
(waking up, puzzled
What was that!?
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[Mugaimu digests the dream that he just ate (from Gabe).]
MUGAIMU:
That was not as good as I expected.
[Soon, Akui and Ingu materialize.]
AKUI:
Ah, Mugaimu,,,we've been looking for you.
MUGAIMU:
I just stopped in the park for a snack.
INGU:
We have been testing ways to use the powers of this dumpster.
AKUI:
And we would like to use you as a test subject.
[Akui and Ingu transfer some power from the dumpster into Mugaimu.]
INT.-CITY-PLAZA-DAY
[A young male guitarist plays for tips. A couple passers-by plop coins into his guitar case.]
GUITARIST:
(singing)
I have a dream, that I'll make it big...
[Mugaimu arrives, and sings along, then laughs at the young man's plight.]
MUGAIMU:
(singing)
...And I will steal your dream!
[Mugaimu uses a large fork to steal the guitar player's dream. The man then lays face down onto the pavement, as roots grow out from under him. Another man, who has dreams of Olympic gold runs nearby.]
RUNNER:
I promise that I will make it to the Olympics...and win a gold medal...for my son!
[Mugaimu uses his fork to eat the dream of the runner. The man rolls onto his back as roots grow out from under him. Soon, more citizens flee as the rangers arrive.]
PINK STAR RANGER:
What happened to all these people?
BLUE STAR RANGER:
They all seem to be in a catatonic state!
BLACK STAR RANGER:
They all have roots growing from them!
[The six hear a scream, and see Mugaimu feasting on the dream of a young woman, who then collapses onto her chest (face-down).]
RED STAR RANGER:
Leave her alone!
MUGAIMU:
The rangers! I am Mugaimu...devourer of dreams!
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
What have you done to those people!?
MUGAIMU:
(as a root system grows out from the young woman)
I have eaten their hopes...wishes...and dreams. The roots that grow out of them will be used to seep into the soil, and make the Earth rot!
RED STAR RANGER:
Not on our watch! Get him!
[The rangers charge in to battle the monster, who uses a giant white napkin to overpower them.]
RED STAR RANGER, BLACK STAR RANGER, AND BLUE STAR RANGER:
Star Pistols! Fire!
[The three core male rangers fire their sidearms at the monster, but he deflects the blasts with his napkin. Mugaimu then uses a knife-like blade to strike the rangers, and make them spark. The Silver Ranger blasts the monster with his Star Sniper. The blast makes the monster roll. The Pink Ranger then turns her back to talk to the others when Mugaimu appears from behind, and uses his fork to steal her dream when she turns back around. He leaps backward to gain some distance, and eats the dream. The Pink Ranger then collapses, and de-morphs as she lays gently onto her back. The others rush to her aid as the Black Ranger tries to give chase.]
BLACK STAR RANGER:
Come back here!
[Mugaimu escapes by teleporting away as Melissa lays motionless on the ground (with her eyes open) as the other rangers surround her on their knees.]
DREAM DIMENSION
[Melissa finds herself in trouble.]
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
Where am I?
[Melissa then sees Mugaimu's other victims, and collapses to her knees.]
What am I gonna do?
EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-DAY
[Roots then suddenly appear from under Melissa's body.]
BLUE STAR RANGER:
I'm worried! What are we gonna do!?
RED STAR RANGER:
She's still alive...but, it's up to her now.
[The Silver Ranger then tries to slice through the roots of one of the victims with his Star Razor...but the roots grow back.]
DREAM DIMENSION:
[Melissa gets up, and tries to cheer up the other.]
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
Don't worry...we'll be out of here soon!
EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-DAY
[The roots vanish from under Melissa's body.]
RED STAR RANGER:
See? She'll be fine, Aquios.
BLUE STAR RANGER:
Thanks, Heath! Austin...please stay here and watch over Melissa...we'll go give Mugaimu a real nightmare!
SILVER STAR RANGER:
No problem...go...
[The remaining four core rangers run off, leaving the Silver Ranger behind to watch over Melissa's body.]
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[Mugaimu chases down, and eats white feathers...little does he know, it's a lure from the rangers.]
MUGAIMU:
Those feathers are tasty!
DREAM DIMENSION:
[Melissa talks of her dreams and hopes to the others to try to get some sort of reaction.]
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
...Someday, I will succeed my father as the Commanding Officer of Space Command...And, I will marry my boyfriend, Aquios.
[Soon, the other victims come around.]
GUITARIST:
Soon, I will have a contract with a major record label!
RUNNER:
I promised my son that someday, I will be an Olympic track star!
LITTLE GIRL:
When I get home, I will eat the pudding that my mother promised to make!
YOUNG WOMAN:
Like you, I hope to find that special someone!
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[The four core rangers appear, come out from hiding.]
RED STAR RANGER:
Hey, ugly! Gotcha!
MUGAIMU:
You tricked me!
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Star Ranger…Guardian Mode, Activate!
[The powers of the Ancient Dragon, Snake, Tiger, and Shark Adapters are released, and the Guardian Armor forms onto the rangers' boot and glove cuffs, and then the chest. The core Star Rangers are now Guardian Rangers. The four then charge the monster with their Guardian Scepters as he fires a round of small missiles. After a while, Mugaimu starts to have an upset stomach.]
MUGAIMU:
Whoa! Oh, no!
[Soon, Mugaimu is forced to "throw up" all of the eaten dreams.]
EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-DAY
[Everybody, including Melissa wakes up, and recovers.]
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[The four rangers rush-slice Mugaimu, striking him with the bladed tip of their scepters, one-by-one. Suddenly, the Pink Ranger rides in, on top of the Lion Adapter. The adapter headbutts Mugaimu to send him rolling. The Pink Ranger leaps down to join the others as the Lion Adapter transforms into the Silver Ranger.]
PINK STAR RANGER:
Star Ranger…Guardian Mode, Activate!
[The power of the Ancient Falcon Adapter is released, and the Guardian Armor forms onto the Pink Ranger's boot and glove cuffs, and then the chest.]
Power Up!
ALL RANGERS:
(posing)
Guardians Of Earth! Power Rangers, hya!
[The Pink Ranger battles Mugaimu one-on-one. He then "steams" to send her flying...kicks off of the Silver Ranger, and strikes the monster to send him rolling. The Silver Ranger then charges with his Star Razor, then uses his morpher to insert his Ivystalker Star Card to tie the monster up.]
PINK GUARDIAN RANGER:
(as she leaps upward)
Pink Guardian Blast!
[The Pink Ranger comes spiraling down to strike Mugaimu. The Pink Ranger and Silver Ranger then prepare to perform a combined attack.]
PINK GUARDIAN RANGER AND SILVER STAR RANGER:
Sky Gatling!
[The combined attack from the Pink Ranger's Guardian Scepter, and the Silver Ranger's Gatling Sniper defeats Mugaimu. Nearby, Ingu swings the Cyclobat hive to release a few Cyclobats to revive and enlarge the monster.]
ALL RANGERS:
(as the core rangers armor down)
Insert Card! Starzords, Activate!
[The eight initial Starzords are summoned along with the three Sky Guardian Adapters. The SkyStar and LeoMax Megazords are soon formed.]
MUGAIMU:
Let's see what your dreams are made of!
[Mugaimu sticks his giant fork into the robot.]
Stick a fork in it...and you're done!
RED STAR RANGER:
Not quite! Megazords are machines! Real dreams come from humans only!
[The attempt by Mugaimu is an epic fail as the SkyStar takes to the skies to use it's right leg to perform two roundhouse kicks to send the monster rolling to the ground.]
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Sonic Beam!
SILVER STAR RANGER:
Leo Missiles!
[The SkyStar delivers a red beam to the monster as the LeoMax fires some missiles to knock Mugaimu down again.]
Combine!
ALL RANGERS:
(as the rangers insert the Star Cards, and activate them)
Dual-Combine!
[The Star Megazord and the LeoMax Megazord break apart, then re-combine to form the StarMax Megazord.]
Victory Cards!
[The rangers insert the Victory Cards, and activate them.]
StarMax Strike!
[Mugaimu cackles in red lightning bolts, then explodes as the megazord poses victoriously.
INT.-FOREST-UNDERGROUND-YOMAZHO LAIR-DAY
[The two villains sulk in their defeat, but have gained more knowledge of the Yomazho Dumpster...and it's power.]
AKUI:
Soon, those rangers shall feel my wrath!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[All over the city, as the sun begins to set, those who were Mugaimu's victims recover, and go about their normal lives...and dreams.]
EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-WATERFRONT-NIGHT
[The team, along with Gabe, McKenna, and Jamison gather near a railing. Aquios steps toward Melissa, and takes a knee. He then presents a small box.]
AQUIOS:
(nervous)
Melissa...I know that we've only known each other for a few months...but that seems like a long time ago. What I'm trying to say is...Melissa Crenshaw...will you marry me?
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
(happy)
Yes...yes, I will marry you!
[A little later that night, the six officers insert their Dream Cards into their morphers, and release the resulting feathers into the sky.]

Episode #47: The Toxic Terror (1)
Akui and Ingu use the power of the Yomazho Dumpster to evolve a new level, and builds a nest of mold with his body. To grow, Akui sends the mold to the citizens, and uses it to feed on their fears as one of the rangers must deal with an injury.
