INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-GYMNASIUM-DAY
[Gabe has put our heroes through their paces with a fitness test. The last test for the day...pull-ups, and Heath is looking a bit nervous. Everyone does well, then it's Heath's turn.]
GABE CRENSHAW:
Okay, Regan...your turn.
HEATH REGAN:
(thinking to himself)
I can do this!
[Heath grips the pull-up bar, and tries to do a pull-up...but he just hangs there. The team teases him a bit with snickers and smirks.]
AQUIOS:
Come on, Heath!
[Suddenly, the alarm klaxon rings out, and the team departs the gym for the control room.]
INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-DAY
[The team runs in, and looks at the monitors.]
HEATH REGAN:
There's a Swarm Alien in the city.
ALL OFFICERS:
Let's go!
[The five officers depart the base for the city.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The team arrives in the city, to find the Swarm Alien (Dragospeed) along with a platoon of Caprisects.]
HEATH REGAN:
Let's use our sidearms!
ALL OFFICERS:
Right!
[The officers briefly use their issued sidearms, but feel that they must morph.]
HEATH REGAN:
It's not working!
AQUIOS:
We gotta morph!
DRAGOSPEED:
You pathetic humans are no match for me!
HEATH REGAN:
Then, let's raise the stakes!
[The five officers un-holster their Star Morphers, and Morph Cards.]
ALL OFFICERS:
Star Morpher!
[The five open the slot on the morpher as the pictures appear on the cards.]
Insert Card!
[The five insert their cards, and shut the morpher. They hold the devices over their heads with their extended left arms to the sky.]
Activate!
[The bodies of the five officers glow in their respective ranger colors. The suits form (except the helmet). Angel wings for the chest symbol, and the Guardian Spirits form the helmets. Soon, the rangers quickly defeat the Caprisects, and turn their attention to the Swarm Alien, who uses his speed to his advantage.]
BLUE STAR RANGER:
This guy's the too fast for us!
RED STAR RANGER:
Sky Power!
[The Red Ranger uses his inner-power to block Dragospeed's winds...just as Metroix appears.]
METROIX:
Hello, Red Ranger!
RED STAR RANGER:
Metroix! Guardian Sword!
METROIX:
Dereputa Scythes!
[The Alliance villain touches scythe-to-scythe to cause a few sparks.]
Meteor Blast!
[The Red Ranger dodges the blast, but cannot dodge the blades. Metroix injures his arm, and is forced out of morph. Heath collapses down to his knees, grasping his forearm.]
PINK STAR RANGER:
Heath!
ALL RANGERS:
Power Down!
[As soon as the ranger suits vanish from their bodies, the other officers rush to check on their injured comrade.]
INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-INFIRMARY-DAY
[In the base's infirmary, Doctor Susan Billington check on Heath, who has a nasty cut on his forearm as Admiral Crenshaw looks on.]
SUSAN BILLINGTON:
I have stopped the bleeding, but I must wrap your arm.
HEATH REGAN:
Can I go now?
[Susan lets Heath depart the room, and goes to the gym.]
INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-GYMNASIUM-DAY
[Inside the gym, the others try to learn Heath's move with Melissa's assistance. Heath solemnly enters the room, and tries to do another pull-up...but cannot due to his injury.]
HEATH REGAN:
It's no use...I can't do a pull-up...never have been able to.
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
It's okay, Heath...
HEATH REGAN:
It's not okay, Melissa...my Space Command career may be over!
[As Heath starts to leave the room, the alarm klaxon rings out, and the team departs for the city.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The rangers (pre-morphed) arrive to find Dragospeed with Metroix.]
RED STAR RANGER:
You guys battle Dragospeed...I have some unfinished business with crater-brain there!
METROIX:
Bring it on, Red Ranger!
RED STAR RANGER:
Guardian Sword!
METROIX:
Dereputa Scythes! Meteor Blast!
RED STAR RANGER:
Red Dragon Slash!
[The Red Ranger manages to do a pull-up to catch Metroix off guard, and defeats him, making the villain retreat. The Blue Ranger takes the Sea Guardian Adapter Star Card, and inserts it into his morpher to summon the Sea Guardian Adapters.]
BLUE STAR RANGER:
Insert Card! Power Of The Guardians!
[Three land-based adapters...T-Rex, Rhino, and Beetle...materialize from the Star Card, which is horizontal over barren land, and the Land Guardian Adapters fly through the air.]
ALL RANGERS:
Insert Card! Starzords, Activate!
[The five Starzords quickly combine to form their megazord formation.]
Starzords, Guardian Unity!
[The rangers pull on their steering wheels to form the megazord. The Snake Starzord's tail inserts into the back of the Tiger Starzord, and stands up. The Dragon Starzord lands on top as the Shark and Falcon Starzords form the arms, and attach. The head then 'pops' up. Inside, the rangers 'teleport' into the cockpit via the rings on the ceiling.]
Star Megazord, On Guard!
[The Star Megazord stands ready.]
RED STAR RANGER:
Guys...my arm is hurting...I must pull out of the fight.
BLACK STAR RANGER:
It's okay, Heath...we'll take care of this loser!
[The Red Ranger teleports out of the megazord. With only four in the cockpit, the rangers try their best against Dragospeed.]
It's time to shine, guys!
[The megazord charges in to battle Dragospeed, who tries to outrun the megazord.]
ALL RANGERS:
Dragon Star Blade!
[The megazord uses it's sword to stop the Swarm Alien, who then counters with rapid punches, and then uses it's wings to blow the massive robot backward.]
BLUE STAR RANGER:
We got to catch up to him!
[The megazord struggles to catch up to the Swarm Alien through his strong winds. Suddenly, the belts of the Black and Yellow Rangers glow, revealing the Star Cards of the Land Guardians.]
BLACK STAR RANGER AND YELLOW STAR RANGER:
[The two rangers take their cards, and insert them into their morphers to summon the Land Guardian Adapters.]
Insert Card! Power Of The Guardians!
[Three land-based adapters...T-Rex, Beetle, and Rhino...materialize from the Star Card, which is horizontal over barren land, and the Land Guardian Adapters fly through the air. The Adapters fly around the megazord.]
Land Guardian Adapters! Unite!
[The two rangers lift up on their steering wheels to command the Adapters to attach to the megazord. The Adapters of the Snake and Tiger attach to the knees as the Rhino and T-Rex replace them. The megazord's head folds under as the Beetle forms the new one.]
ALL RANGERS:
LandStar Megazord, On Guard!
[The megazord catches up to Dragospeed, and attacks as the Swarm Alien defends.]
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
Beetle Head Strike!
[The megazord uses the beetle to headbutt Dragospeed, who is knocked off-kilter a bit, but recovers to give the megazord a few rapid punches and kicks.]
BLACK STAR RANGER:
T-Rex Power Kick!
[The megazord kicks the Swarm Alien to make him back off a bit.]
ALL RANGERS:
Victory Card!
[The four rangers insert their Victory Cards into their morphers to activate the megazord's finisher.]
Land Strike!
[The megazord executes it's finisher as Dragospeed charges into the right leg of the robot. The megazord delivers a drop-kick to the Swarm Alien into oblivion. Dragospeed cackles in yellow lightning bolts as the drill stabs the Swarm Alien's body. He then collapses and explodes.]
RED STAR RANGER:
That slowed him down!
[The Red Ranger then calls up to the cockpit with his Star Morpher.]
Good job, guys! Let's go home!
INT.-OUTER SPACE-HIVE SHIP-COMMAND ROOM-DAY
[The three Alliance villains suffer yet another defeat to the hands of the rangers.]
METROIX:
Not even an injury to their field leader can keep the rangers down!
MOTHROS:
We must come up with another plan.
COMETOSIS:
We must find their weak links!
MOTHROS:
Excellent idea, Cometosis...we must do research on them!
METROIX:
Research!?
COMETOSIS:
Yes. I shall call for the Swarm Alien known as Atauba.
INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-GYMNASIUM-DAY
[The team returns to find Heath struggling to do a pull-up.]
AQUIOS:
Come on, Heath...you can do it!
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
Go Heath!
DIEGO MAXA AND KYRIE MAXA:
Yeah! Go Heath! You can do it!
[Soon, Gabe, Susan, and McKenna enter.]
GABE CRENSHAW:
What's going on?
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
Heath's gonna do a pull-up!
[Suddenly, Heath summons enough arm strength to do not only one, but two pull-ups, and his fellow officers cheer.]
