EXT.-CITY-GALLEON-MAIN ROOM-DAY
[The three remaining crewmen go about their normal routines on the ship as Brock and Keri .]

EXT.-CITY-JJEWELRY STORE-DAY
[On their way back from grocery shopping, Brock and Keri stop in at a jewelry store. Keri oogles over various pieces of jewelry, and picks a yellowish-orange ring.]

BROCK CRANSTON:
Shouldn't we get back to the others?

KERI SCHMIDT:
A girl isn't anything without her bling...even if I just want to look at it.

[Suddenly, a teenage girl enters the store with attitude, and shoves Keri out of the way.]

Hey! What was that for!?

TEEN GIRL:
You're in my way!

SALES CLERK:
And what can I do for you?

TEEN GIRL:
I want everything in the store.

SALES CLERK:
You must be joking...that would cost twenty million dollars!

[The girl whips out a gold credit card, and the clerk immediately recognizes the name, gets very nervous.]

I'm so sorry...I'll bag everything, and ring you up!

[Soon, the girl's father walks in.]

FATHER:
What did I tell you about your extreme spending habits!

[The girls storms out of the store.]

KERI SCHMIDT:
She needs to know that money doesn't grow on trees!

FATHER:
Actually, in my case...it does. Would you like to come and work for me?

BROCK CRANSTON:
(whispering to Keri)
I don't know...kind of sounds a little creepy.

[Keri elbows Brock a bit.]

FATHER:
You...had an eye on that ring before my daughter so rudely barged in. You work for me, I'll give it to you for payment.

EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The Galleon flies over the streets and in-between a couple of skyscrapers.]

EXT.-CITY-GALLEON-MAIN ROOM-DAY
[Brock returns with the groceries, and places the two bags on the table.]

BROCK CRANSTON:
Keri is working for some guy...all in order to get some yellowish-orange jewel.

INT.-CITY-MANSION-DAY
[Keri reports for duty, wearing a hotel-style maid's outfit.]

KERI SCHMIDT:
Reporting for duty!

FATHER:
Welcome to my home.

[The father shows Keri around the massive home, which is lined with various items from large vases to a stainless-steel suit of armor. The two then enter a room.]

This is the highly secured room that houses my Tree Of Gold. An actual tree that bears gold...not fruit. It's seed came from the stars. I beg you not to go any further in here.

KERI SCHMIDT:
Why?

[The father takes out a writing pen, and tosses it toward the tree. Lasers immediately activate, and incinerate the pen.]

Ah...that's why.

FATHER:
You job will be to clean and look after my daughter.

INT.-OUTER SPACE-STAMPEDER-BRIDGE-DAY
[The Zangyu get word about the Tree Of Gold, and begin to plot it's theft.]

PRINCE KRAKEN:
This Tree Of Gold seems like it comes from the planet Inquiris. That Demitria was so weak that she sent it's only seed away.

SANBO:
And it landed on Earth.

SHIREIKAN:
And for our taking. Nanoid!

PRINCE KRAKEN:
Nanoid...go after it!

NANOID:
Yes, sire!

[Nanoid departs the ship.]

INT.-CITY-MANSION-DAY
[Keri is cleaning up the girl's room. She sees an old, dingy stuffed rabbit toy, and tosses it into a trash can. The girl comes in on Keri.]

TEEN GIRL:
(horrified, ushering Keri out of the room)
What are you doing! Get out!

[The girl looks fondly at the rabbit. Downstairs, Keri uses her morpher as a phone, talks to the others on the ship.]

KERI SCHMIDT:
Anything on this Tree Of Gold?

voice of BROCK CRANSTON:
Yeah...it is from Inquiris. Also...that guy's wife...the girl's mother died about ten years ago. The man was so poor, he couldn't give his wife a proper burial until later...after he found the seed, and grew the tree.

KERI SCHMIDT:
So...she grew up most of her life without a mother? And very poor?

[Keri folds up the morpher, and puts it away, and needs to think to herself.]

EXT.-CITY-MANSION-DAY
[Nanoid arrives outside the mansion's gates, and becomes invisible, and goes over the gates to get into the mansion.]

INT.-CITY-MANSION-DAY
[Nanoid has just entered the secured room.]

NANOID:
(seeing the laser beams)
Ah, this will be a piece of cake!

[The girl passes by the room, and sees the Scallywag. Keri sees the girl looking into the room, then sees Nanoid.]

KERI SCHMIDT:
Hey! What are you doing!

NANOID:
None of your business!

KERI SCHMIDT:
Oh, it is my business!

[Everyone goes outside the mansion, as Keri tries her best to get the girl to safety.]

EXT.-CITY-MANSION-DAY
[The battle moves outside as Keri battles Nanoid in hand-to-hand combat.]

NANOID:
Just who do you think you are!?

KERI SCHMIDT:
(holding up her morpher and key)
I'm the one who's gonna take you down!

[Keri morphs into the Yellow Ranger.]

voice of HERO MORPHER:
Hero Power!

[As the father and daughter look on in shock, the Yellow Ranger uses hand-to-hand combat to send Nanoid rolling. She then inserts the Yellow Solar Ranger key into the morpher.

Solar Power!

[The Yellow Ranger performs a scratch attack on Nanoid's head, then inserts the Overdrive key into her morpher.]

Overdrive Power!

YELLOW OVERDRIVE RANGER:
(with her Drive Claws)
The Call To Adventure!

[The Yellow Ranger clangs her claws together, then delivers an uppercut to blast Nanoid away, then powers down. After coming to his senses, the father runs back in to check the security system on the room. The daughter feels very lonely, as all her father cares about is the tree. Keri feels bad.]

INT.-CITY-MANSION-DAUGHTER'S ROOM-DAY
[The girl holds her rabbit toy when Keri enters.]

KERI SCHMIDT:
What's going on between you and your father?

TEEN GIRL:
My father made this for me with his bare hands. Before he found the seed to grow that tree. We were poor...and I was much happier.

EXT.-CITY-MANSION-DAY
[A bit later, Nanoid returns, with a platoon of Foilers, and torches the mansion. Everyone is leaving the mansion...with the father carrying a couple pieces of luggage full of jewels.]

KERI SCHMIDT:
Come on! We got to leave!

FATHER:
Not without the tree!

KERI SCHMIDT:
I'll get the most important thing.

FATHER:
Okay!

[The father and daughter evacuate the mansion. Keri morphs into the Yellow Ranger.]

voice of HERO MORPHER:
Hero Power!

[She then uses her Lightspeed key to change up.]

Lightspeed Power!

YELLOW LIGHTSPEED RANGER:
Thermo Blaster!

[The Yellow Ranger uses the weapon to extinguish some flames to get through the flames.]

EXT.-CITY-MANSION-DAY
[Outside, the two run out to find the other four rangers battling Nanoid and the Foilers. The four use their Royal keys.]

voice of HERO MORPHER:
Royal Power!

[The four battle through the Foilers, and defeat them. They turn their attention to Nanoid, and use a whirlwind attack to defeat him. Meanwhile, the Yellow Ranger exits the mansion, and hands the rabbit to the girl, leaving the father dumbfounded.]

FATHER:
What!?

TEEN GIRL:
Father! This is from when I was happiest. After you found the tree...everything changed.

FATHER:
Oh...I'm so sorry!

YELLOW LIGHTSPEED RANGER:
I'll leave you two alone. I got to get to the others.

[The Yellow Ranger inserts the Turbo key into the morpher.]

voice of HERO MORPHER:
Turbo Power!

[The Yellow Ranger speeds toward the other rangers just as the pink enlargement beams come down out of the sky to revive and enlarge Nanoid. All the rangers power down into their Hero Ranger forms.]

ALL RANGERS:
‭Powerzords...Deploy!

‭[The Galleon comes forth, and drops five chains to pick up the rangers. The Galleon then releases the other zords, and the formation of the Hero Megazord commences.]

‭Powerzords, Unify!

‭[The megazord then lands on the surface of the planet with it's Dual Heroic Sabers drawn.]

‭Hero Megazord!

‭[The megazord tries to use it's swords, but Nanoid controrts his body in a way to where he can't be touched...until he fails to contort as he flies upward.]

‭NANOID:
‭Ow! That hurt!

‭[The rangers then insert their S.P.D. keys in order to upgrade into it's Delta Mode.]

‭ALL RANGERS:
‭Hero Megazord...Delta Mode!

‭RED HERO RANGER:
‭This will hurt even more!

‭ALL RANGERS:
Delta Sniper...Full Blast!

[The megazord blasts the still airborne Nanoid, who gets blasted further into space.]

EXT.-OUTER SPACE-STAMPEDER-DAY
[Nanoid explodes in front of the ship, infuriating the Prince, whose screaming can be heard outside the ship.]

EXT.-CITY-GALLEON-MAIN ROOM-NIGHT
[That night, Keri and the others relax.]

DeANDRE TAYLOR;
So, you actually worked for free.

KERI SCHMIDT:
(presenting the ring to the others)
Not exactly. I got the ring.

[The four others oogle at the shiny ring.]
