INT.-JUNGLE FURY ACADEMY-LIVING QUARTERS-DAY
[The team endures a day of cleaning.]
JAZZ RUSSO:
(spooked by a spider while dusting a bookshelf)
Eww! A spider!
[Jazz tries to kill the daddy-long-leg arachnid.]
SHAWN PATRICK:
(stepping in to rescue the spider, and puts it out a window)
You need to be kind to all animals.
JAZZ RUSSO:
You should have killed it, Shawn! Besides...A spider is a bug...not an animal.
INT.-ALMOZAR PALACE-DAY
[A spider monster, named ARACHNA drops in from the rafters above, and lands next to Reptiza using her webbing.]
MASTER GRIZZ:
Arachna...go to the city and create chaos!
[Arachna departs the palace.]
INT.-JUNGLE FURY ACADEMY-LIVING QUARTERS-DAY
[The students continue to clean the room, until Shawn senses trouble.]
SHAWN PATRICK:
(sniffing the air)
Guys...trouble in the city!
[The five rangers depart the academy for the city.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The five students arrive to see Arachna webbing the city.]
JAZZ RUSSO:
Did I mention how much I hate spiders? Especially the big ones! Let's morph and squash her!
[The students pose and prepare their morphers.]
CORE RANGERS:
Jungle Fury...
KENNY TANAKA:
Wolf Fury...
DILLON HARRINGTON:
Rhino Fury...
ALL STUDENTS:
...Beast On!
[The suits form over the quintet.]
ARACHNA:
The rangers!
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
We're here to take you down!
ALL RANGERS:
Spirit of the jungle! Power Rangers, roar!
ARACHNA:
Banshees!
[Three dozen Banshees materialize from the ground. The rangers charge to battle them. After a few minutes, the Banshees are defeated, and the rangers turn their attention to Arachna.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
You're next, legs!
CORE RANGERS:
Fury Claws!
[The Fury Claws materialize in their right hands.]
Fists Of Fury, Power Up!
[The rangers press the button on the claw to upgrade into Fury Mode. They then use the claws as the White Rhino Ranger uses his Rhino Dagger on the monster.]
ARACHNA:
Poison Shot!
[Arachna shoots poisoned darts at the rangers, striking them all except for the Red Ranger. The four others are immobilized. The Red Ranger escapes, only to see his comrades become cocoons.]
Web Cocoon!
[Arachna spins webbing around the captured rangers.]
RED FURY RANGER:
Oh, no! What am I gonna do!?
INT.-JUNGLE FURY ACADEMY-CLASSROOM-DAY
[Shawn, Piper, and Tao discuss what to do next.]
PIPER McCALL:
Shawn...take it easy!
SHAWN PATRICK:
Take it easy? The other rangers were captured...I'm...the...only one...left!
MASTER TAO:
There is someone that can help you, Shawn...she is a Grand Mistress of the Beast-Spirit...Tygris. She is located in the forest, not too far from where you and Piper first met.
PIPER McCALL:
Yes...Tygris can help!
[Shawn departs the academy.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Arachna hooks up "web tubes" to the four captures rangers, so she can drain their energy. Reptiza arrives to see Arachna's catch.]
REPTIZA:
Good job in capturing the rangers!
[Reptiza notices that the Red Ranger is not with the others.]
Where is the Red Ranger!?
ARACHNA:
He got away...but he'll be in my web soon!
REPTIZA:
He'd better!
EXT.-JUNGLE-DAY
[Shawn immediately walks through the forest, searching for Tygris.]
SHAWN PATRICK:
(yelling)
Ty...gris! I need to talk to you!
[He walks for a bit before he comes to an area with water. Same appears in a red aura, then materializes. He is ready for a battle, and Shawn is surprised.]
Master Same!
[Same grunts, and readies to charge at Shawn, who dodges Same's blades, and then gets to an area where he can morph.]
Jungle Fury, Beast On!
[The suit forms over Shawn.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Shark Sabers! Shark Slash!
[The Red Ranger defeats Same, who then vanishes.]
Whoa! That's new!
[The Red Ranger continues his journey.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Arachna continues to harass the unconscious rangers.]
ARACHNA:
Soon, your friend will join you, and it'll be the end of the Power Rangers! {laughing}
EXT.-JUNGLE-DAY
[The Red Ranger continues to walk ahead. After a bit, The Red Ranger leaps into the trees to scout ahead, and travel by branch. Gori appears in a red aura in front of him.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Master Gori!?
[Gori pounds his chest, and charges at the Red Ranger, who leaps up to the next level of branches.]
Fury Claw!
[The claw materializes in his right hand.]
Fists Of Fury, Power Up!
[The Red Ranger upgrades into Fury Mode.]
RED FURY RANGER:
Fury Tiger!
[The Red Ranger defeats Gori, who then vanishes. The Red Ranger continues his journey.]
INT.-JUNGLE FURY ACADEMY-PIPER'S OFFICE-DAY
[Piper is watching over the other rangers, and hopes that the Red Ranger succeeds in his journey, and hurries back in time.]
EXT.-JUNGLE-DAY
[The Red Ranger continues to journey ahead.]
FEMALE VOICE (TYGRIS):
Are you prepared to accept the challenge that you are about to participate in, Red Ranger?
RED FURY RANGER:
I'll do whatever it takes to save the lives of the citizens of Stone Canyon...and my friends!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The other rangers regain consciousness, and try to break free.]
ARACHNA:
Your attempts to break free are futile, rangers! Soon, my babies will drain the life force of every citizen!
EXT.-JUNGLE-DAY
[The Red Ranger keeps walking. He then comes to a clearing where there is a meadow with tall grasses. A female white tiger warrior prepares to engage the Red Ranger in a battle.]
GRAND MISTRESS TYGRIS:
Shawn...your powers...as they are now, are useless in this meadow.
[The Red Ranger steps into the meadow, and instantly de-morphs.]
SHAWN PATRICK:
What the!?
[Shawn tries to morph again.]
Beast On!
[The morph doesn't work.]
Okay...that went well!
GRAND MISTRESS TYGRIS:
I told you, young tiger. Your morph won't work here. In order to save your friends, you will have to battle me.
SHAWN PATRICK:
I don't want to fight you...but if I must...
[Shawn battles Tygris, unmorphed. The two warriors trade punches, chops, and jabs. Each side gains the upper and...first Shawn, then Tygris.]
Tiger Roar!
[Shawn's primal scream blasts Tygris back up against a tree, making her fall. Shawn races to help her up.]
GRAND MISTRESS TYGRIS:
You have learned well from the Light-Spirit Masters. I am the Grand Mistress of the Beast-Spirit...Tygris.
SHAWN PATRICK:
I am ready to learn the new skill.
GRAND MISTRESS TYGRIS:
But, Shawn...you just did...the True Tiger Ultra Spirit. You, are the True Tiger. The vision-battles you had earlier today were a part of the lesson...the battle with me was the extra credit.
SHAWN PATRICK:
I don't...feel any...different.
GRAND MISTRESS TYGRIS:
There is something I must tell you...those two years that you were stranded here in the forest...you were not alone.
SHAWN PATRICK:
I had the forest animals to protect me.
GRAND MISTRESS TYGRIS:
That...and me. I watched over...and helped protect you.
SHAWN PATRICK:
That...was...you!?
GRAND MISTRESS TYGRIS:
Yes. And one last thing...when you access your Fury Mode, you will be able to call upon your battlizer, with the command of Wild Fury, Battlize...you will become the Red Wild Ranger.
SHAWN PATRICK:
Thank you for everything, Tygris. I would love to stay longer, but the city and my friends need me.
GRAND MISTRESS TYGRIS:
Go, Red Ranger...save the day!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Arachna's egg-sac prepares to hatch. The white sphere glows a yellowish color, then bursts, releasing approximately a few thousand offspring.]
ARACHNA:
Go my little ones...devour the city and enslave the people!
[The four captured rangers look on in horror as the thousands of baby spiders invade the city, and frighten the citizens.]
EXT.-JUNGLE-DAY
[Shawn is running through the forest, having just left Tygris' area.]
SHAWN PATRICK:
I'm coming, guys...hang in there!
[Shawn continues to run through the forest...TO BE CONTINUED...]
