[After a tough couple of weeks, Gabe decides to give the team a day off.]
GABE CRENSHAW:
Team...it has been a tough couple of weeks. That is why, I am giving you all a day off.
HEATH REGAN:
(after seeing the looks on the others' faces)
Sir...we will not use the time on frivolous activity...instead, we will go workout.
[The five depart the base.]
INT.-OUTER SPACE-HIVE SHIP-COMMAND ROOM-DAY
[The three Alliance villains come up with a plan.]
COMETOSIS:
The only way to take over the Earth without the interruption of the rangers is...
METROIX:
...Freeze the planet in place!
MOTHROS:
Excellent! Snailstorm!
[The Swarm Alien exits the room.]
EXT.-BEACH-DAY
[Aquios spends some time hydrating in the water...until the water gets colder.]
AQUIOS:
Something's amiss...the temperature of this water is now ten degrees colder! I better notify the Admiral!
[Aquios gets out of the water.]
EXT.-MOUNTAINS-DAY
[The Maxa siblings train near the base.]
DIEGO MAXA:
Come on...let's get this done and over with.
KYRIE MAXA:
Right.
[The two Maxa siblings begin their training.]
EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-DAY
[Snailstorm arrives on a pedestrian walkway, and begins to use his abilities to affect the weather.]
SNAILSTORM:
(laughing maniacally)
Ah, It'll be a cold day in Gardenville!
[Snailstorm attacks the citizens by sending snow and ice to the walkway below. Citizens are covered in snow...some are frozen in place.]
EXT.-MOUNTAINS-DAY
[The Maxa siblings continue to train. Diego does push-ups as Kyrie jumps robe.]
KYRIE MAXA:
Enough with the P.E. class...time for a ranger-style workout!
[Kyrie takes a Skill Card and inserts it into her Star Morpher, and closes the device to activate it.]
Rock Rush!
[A boulder emerges from the ground. Kyrie jumps up to kick the rock, breaking it apart. She then lands on the ground.]
DIEGO MAXA:
You should be careful, Ky!
KYRIE MAXA:
It isn't your job to worry about me!
DIEGO MAXA:
With dad stuck on Eltar...it is my job to worry about you.
KYRIE MAXA:
"D!" I am a big girl now!
[Suddenly, a chill in the wind gives the signal of trouble as does the communicator beeping.]
DIEGO MAXA:
Go ahead, sir.
voice of GABE CRENSHAW:
Rangers...there is a Swarm Alien in the plaza.
DIEGO MAXA:
Say no more...we're on it!
[The two Maxa siblings depart for the city.]
EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-DAY
[The unexpected blizzard sends people running...some are getting frozen in mid-stride. Soon, Diego and Kyrie arrive.]
KYRIE MAXA:
Hey, you overgrown popsicle! Leave them alone!
SNAILSTORM:
What? A puny little human's gonna stop me? Who do you think you are!?
KYRIE MAXA:
Officer Kyrie Maxa...Space Command!
SNAILSTORM:
Oh, goody!
[Snailstorm blasts a laser beam at Kyrie, who dodges, and takes out her Star Morpher and Morph Card.]
KYRIE MAXA:
Star Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
[The Yellow Ranger suit "fully-forms" over Kyrie's body. She then leaps up to meet the Swarm Alien on the walkway.]
DIEGO MAXA:
There she goes again!
[Diego takes out his Star Morpher and Morph Card.]
Star Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
[The Black Ranger suit "fully-forms" over Diego's body as he leaps up the the walkway to join his sister. During a scuffle, the Yellow Ranger refuses any help from her brother.]
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
I don't need any help, Diego!
BLACK STAR RANGER:
It's clear that you do!
[Meanwhile, the other three officers arrive to help the citizens as the Caprisects arrive.]
HEATH REGAN:
It looks like they got things a bit under control up there...let's take care of these freaks!
ALL THREE OFFICERS:
Star Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
[The suits "flash-form" over the three, who then battle the Caprisects on the snow-covered ground. Meanwhile, the Black and Yellow Rangers continue to battle Snailstorm on the walkway.]
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
I'm just getting warmed up, Snailstorm!
[The Yellow Ranger takes a Skill Card and inserts it into her Star Morpher, and closes the device to activate it.]
Rock Rush!
[A boulder emerges from the ground. The Yellow Ranger jumps up to kick the rock and break it apart into the Swarm Alien, but Snailstorm deflects the boulder back into the Yellow Ranger, who flies backward, and lands on the ground below, and is force out of morph.]
SNAILSTORM:
This will teach you, Yellow Ranger!
[Snailstorm leaps off of the walkway to the ground below, and is about to attack the fallen Kyrie.]
BLACK STAR RANGER:
Kyrie! Guardian Axe!
[The Black Ranger leaps off of the walkway, and uses his axe to shear off a piece of Snailstorm's wing.]
SNAILSTORM:
Why you!?
[Snailstorm retreats as Kyrie attempts to recover to her feet.]
KYRIE MAXA:
(limping a bit)
I'll be okay. Just got to walk it off.
[The team shows concern over Kyrie's injury.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[Snailstorm arrives on a ridge, and freezes a part of the city.]
SNAILSTORM:
I'm not thawed out yet!
[Meanwhile, Kyrie, who is walking off her injury, sees the Swarm Alien.]
KYRIE MAXA:
(into her communicator)
OpsComm...I have the Swarm Alien in my sights...I am about to engage him...Maxa out! Here we go...Star Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
[The Yellow Ranger suit "flash-forms" over Kyrie's body.]
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
Guardian Claw!
SNAILSTORM:
(noticing the Yellow Ranger)
You again!?
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
Yeah...got a problem with that!?
[As the Swarm Alien makes it begin to snow, he and the Yellow Ranger battle. The others arrive as Snailstorm knocks the Yellow Ranger down, and stomps on her.]
RED STAR RANGER:
Star Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
[The Red Ranger inserts his Skill Card, and closes the morpher.]
InvisiGust!
[The skill deflects Snailstorm's attack.
Guardian Sword! Red Dragon Slash!
BLACK STAR RANGER:
My turn!
[The Black Ranger takes a Skill Card and inserts it into his Star Morpher, and closes the device to activate it.]
Rock Rush!
[A boulder emerges from the ground.]
Kyrie! Punch it!
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
Yes!
[The Yellow Ranger jumps up to kick the rock and break it apart into the Swarm Alien, to send him flying.]
RED STAR RANGER:

Guardian Of The Stormy Sky! Red Star Ranger!
BLACK STAR RANGER:

Guardian Of The Rocky Land! Black Star Ranger!
BLUE STAR RANGER:

Guardian Of The Surging Sea! Blue Star Ranger!

Guardian Of The Breathtaking Sky! Pink Star Ranger!
YELLOW STAR RANGER:

Guardian Of The Fertile Land! Yellow Star Ranger!
ALL RANGERS:

Protectors Of Earth! Power Rangers: Star Guardians!
[Explosions errupt behind the five rangers.]
RED STAR RANGER:
Form the cannon!
[The rangers piece together the Guardian Sword and Guardian Blaster followed by the Guardian Spear with the Guardian Axe and Guardian Claw on either side. Then, the Red, Pink, Black, Yellow, and Blue Rangers then place cards (which grow into proportion) onto their weapons.]
ALL RANGERS:
Guardian Cannon! Star Blast!
[Three separate symbols are sent towards Snailstorm, with the symbols merging before the Swarm Alien is hit. Snailstorm cackles in blue lightning bolts, and explodes. Suddenly, a group of Cyclobats appear, and inject their growth poison into the Swarm Alien to make him grow. The rangers quickly form the megazord.]
Starzords, Guardian Unity! Star Megazord, On Guard!
[The megazord and Snailstorm stand ready to battle.]
BLACK STAR RANGER AND YELLOW STAR RANGER:
Guardian Power Kick!
[The giant Guardian Adapters of the Snake and Tiger Starzords are flung off of the robot, and sent to attack Snailstorm before returning.]
RED STAR RANGER:
Dragon Star Blade!
ALL RANGERS:
(as the sword flames up)
Star Slash!
[Snailstorm cackles in white lightning bolts before melting into a puddle, which quickly evaporates as the rangers celebrate in the cockpit.]
INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-NIGHT
[The five officers sit around the briefing table drinking a mug of hot cocoa to warm up after the cold battle.]
DIEGO MAXA:
Hey, sis...I'm sorry. I guess I am just a bit over-protective of you. I always have been.
KYRIE MAXA:
It's okay, "D." I never really knew it until dad wasn't around. Thanks for looking out for me.
DIEGO MAXA:
That's the job of an older sibling...to look out for the younger one.
[Diego and Kyrie hug as the others look on.]

The team does some spring cleaning around the base as a Swarm Alien attacks the world with his ear-splitting heavy-metal music.
