[As the sun begins to rise on the surface, Androis and Metropoli review previous Seadroid battles.]
EMPEROR ANDROIS:
I do not know why it is that my robotic creations are failing to defeat six humans! They are just mere children!
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
I have a plan! Let me partake in the next mission!
EMPEROR ANDROIS:
And just what is this plan?
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
The puny humans rely on their modes of transportation...I would like to disrupt their transportation and make them panic!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The morning commute is in progress. People all over the place in various modes of transportation.]
EXT.-CITY-RAILYARD-DAY
[Metropoli watches over the tracks as she prepares her plan of attack on the commuter train system.]
INT.-CITY-RAILYARD-CONTROL ROOM-DAY
[Metropoli enters the room.]
SUPERVISOR:
Hey! You can't be in here!
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
And what are you gonna do about it!?
[Metropoli uses her weapon to set fire to several computer terminals causing a delay in the system.]
INT.-OUTER SPACE-SPACE COMMAND SPACE STATION-RECREATION ROOM-DAY
[The team prepares for duty (by zipping up their uniform jackets), until the alert klaxon sounds.]
HEATH REGAN:
Well, time to shine!
[The six depart the room.]
EXT.-CITY-RAILYARD-DAY
[Metropoli spots a small power plant on the property of the railyard, so she can cause more human panic. Suddenly, the six rangers arrive.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
Metropoli!
[The six rangers use their blasters to blast the Atlantron. She charges at the six with her bladed weapon, but the rangers blast again with their blasters to cause sparks. Metropoli then leaps in to attack the rangers one-by-one. Then, the Silver Ranger gets Metropoli at blaster-point with his Star Sniper.]
What are your intentions, Metropoli!?
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
I intend to disrupt the city's trasportation systems to create mass chaos and panic!
[Metropoli briefly vanishes, then re-appears and blasts the six, and the core five go rolling. The Pink and Yellow Rangers charge with their Star Pistols.]
PINK STAR RANGER:
Come on, Kyrie! Let's show her some girl power!
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
I'll show you my own girl power!
[Metropoli promptly overpowers the two rangers.]
RED STAR RANGER:
Let's even our odds!
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Guardian Scepters!
[The rangers open the orbs on the top of the weapons, and place the golden Adapters inside, then close them.]
Star Ranger…Guardian Mode, Acitvate!
[The powers of the Ancient Dragon, Falcon, Snake, Tiger, and Shark Adapters are released, and the Guardian Armor forms onto the rangers' boot and glove cuffs, and then the chest. The core Star Rangers are now Guardian Rangers.]
Power Up!
RED GUARDIAN RANGER:

Guardians Of Earth! Power Rangers, hya!
[The Red Ranger leaps in with his Guardian Sword to slash at Metropoli, who then tries to slash at the Silver Ranger, but a blast from his Star Sniper deflects her weapon to send it flying upward, then catches it. Suddenly, a building within the power plant area explodes.]
YELLOW GUARDIAN RANGER:
Oh, no!
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
I will go for now...but I promise more destruction!
[Metropoli vanishes.]
RED GUARDIAN RANGER:
Come on! We gotta find her!
[The team splits up, and tries to find Metropoli.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The team, now de-morphed tries to find where Metropoli went. They check highway bridges, airports, and seaports while the SIlver Ranger stands guard at the railyard.]
EXT.-CITY-RAILYARD-DAY
[In another part of the railyard, under a tressel, Heath finds Metropoli, and "insta'morphs" to battle the villainess, who has put a ticking time-bomb on one of the bridge supports. The bomb has only three minutes on it.]
RED STAR RANGER:
Guardian Sword!
[The Red Ranger leaps in to battle Metropoli blade-to-blade. She then zaps the lone ranger, who sparks and cackles in blue lightning bolts.]
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
Caprisects!
[A platoon of Caprisect soldiers materialize to battle the Red Ranger.]
RED STAR RANGER:
(into his morpher)
Guys! We're in the railyard! She's got a bomb on the bridge!
[THe Blue and Pink Rangers arrive, and blast with their Guardian Weapons, soon followed by the Black and Yellow Rangers, who slice with their weapons.]
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Guardian Scepters!

Dynamic Guardian Blast!
[The rangers blast five streams of fire to wipe out the minions...with only thirty-six seconds left on the timer. Soon, more Caprisects appear, and the rangers use their scepters to take a more proactive approach to defeat them too.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
Let's get her, guys!
[The battle moves onto the railroad tracks, where the Silver Ranger and Metropoli face off for a swordfight. During the battle, the Silver Ranger gets the best of Metropoli, and slices her to cause sparks.]
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
You...damaged my body!
SILVER STAR RANGER:
There's a lot more where that came from!
[The Silver Ranger slices her again to make Metropoli cackle in blue lightning bolts as she collapses to the ground with more sparks.]
There's only twelve seconds left! Hurry!
[The core rangers go for the bomb to try and defuse it. While the others run to the bomb, Metropoli grasps her weapon, and converts it back into the X-Pad. THe timer stops with eight seconds, then immediately shows all zeros, and explodes.]
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
You humans are pathetic! The time was a dud!
[Above, the track is broken, with a train fast approaching on it. What Metropoli does not realize, is that there is a train on the track that she is on, and gets hit by the train, which sends her flying.]
You rangers are getting me angry!
[The rangers, now back in their Star Ranger suits struggle to recover, but do.]
RED STAR RANGER:
We got to save that train!
voice of McKENNA COHEN:
Rangers...call for the Patrol Megazord!
RED STAR RANGER:
Right!
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Patrol Megazord!
[The five Adapters appear in the form of a giant flying zord.]
Patrol Megazord, To Protect And Serve!
[The five Adapters detach to complete the track for the train to roll over. The five then move away from the broken tressel.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
LeoMax Megazord!
[The Silver Ranger calls on his three lion Adapters, and forms his megazord.]
Protecting The Earth!
[The core five then form the PatrolStar Megazord when the Patrol Adapters combine with the same vehicles that the regular Starzords combine with.]
ALL CORE RANGERS:
PatrolStar Megazord, To Guard And Protect
[The two megazords then stand side-by-side to face Metropoli, who attacks with a couple of her missiles. The PatrolStar then kicks with it's right leg, then uses a steam blast from the Elephant Starzord's trunk on the left leg.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
Take this, Metropoli!
[The LeoMax delivers a series of punches to the villainess, who then charges at the PatrolStar with her weapon, but it is caught and deflected by the robot's left Insect Starzord arm.]
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Star Battle Axe!
[The megazord slices at Metropoli to make her flail.]
Victory Cards!
[The rangers insert their cards to activate the robot's finisher. The Condor Adapter on the robot's chest clutches the handle of the axe, then launches off of the megazord, and spins rapidly toward Metropoli.]
Patrol Strike!
[once struck by the weapon, Metropoli cackles in red lightning bolts as the Condor Adapter and axe return to the megazord.]
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
You can't get rid of me that easily! I will be rebuilt, and I will return!
[Metropoli then sparks, collapses, and explodes as the two robots pose victoriously. The rangers celebrate in their cockpits.]
RED STAR RANGER:
Let's go home, guys!
INT.-OCEAN-ATLANTRON BASE-NIGHT
[The assembly platform in the base hisses and smokes. Androis has rebuilt Metropoli, complete with a new device on the side of her neck.]
EMPRESS METROPOLI:
(bowing to Androis)
You rebuilt me!
EMPEROR ANDROIS:
My Empress died in battle. You are just another low-spec Seadroid to me, and nothing more. That device on the side of your neck is a punishment device, akin to a shock collar on a dog!
[Androis activates the device, making her cackle in red lightning bolts as she collapses to her knees.]
You will follow my orders, or I will not hesitate to activate the device again!
[Metropoli looks at Androis coldly.]
