EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[The Kendo Superzord continues to struggle against Yomatsu's attacks. Suddenly, the Superzord cackles in blue lightning bolts before breaking apart into it's components.]

ALL RANGERS:
We lost the megazord!

[On the ground, Dimitri sees the Superzord breaking apart...a tear rolls down his bruised cheek.]

BLUE SHOGUN RANGER:
We're still in the fight, guys!

[The rangers recover, and try to battle Yomatsu in their individual Kendozords (with the lion sitting out, since it does not have a pilot), but they continue to struggle.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE NATIONAL FOREST-ORIKAMI VILLAGE-BASE-DAY
[Paolo greets Talia with open arms.]

PAOLO NOIMI:
Welcome home, Talia.

TALIA NOIMI:
(looking at the monitors)
The other rangers are in dire need of help.

PAOLO NOIMI:
(seeing that Talia wants to help, but he is hesitant)
Okay...be careful!

TALIA NOIMI:
I will, father...that Aykasi will be destroyed!

[Talia departs the base for the city.]

EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[Dimitri, who is still propped-up against the tree tries to get up, but is too weak and sore. Suddenly, Talia appears in front of him.]

DIMITRI FEDOROV:
(weakly)
Who...?

TALIA NOIMI:
I am Talia...Paolo's daughter...and your birth mother. I will help the others for you.

[Talia flips open the Kendo Cell, and insta-morphs. The female Red Ranger then boards the Lion Kendozord, and goes to work, fiercely battling Yomatsu.]

BLUE SHOGUN RANGER:
Who's piloting the lion!?

YOMATSU:
Spirit Extinguisher!

[The female Red Ranger pilots the Lion Kendozord against Yomatsu's attacks, then the zord uses it's fire breathe attack the Aykasi.]

What!? A single Kendozord is getting the best of me!?

RED KENDO RANGER:
Okay, Aykasi! You're mine! This is for the Spirit Of Fire! Grand Blaze!

[The Lion Kendozord performs it's finisher against Yomatsu, who cackles in blue lightning bolts before collapsing and exploding. Meanwhile, the now unmorphed team members rush to check up on Dimitri, and help him up. The Red Ranger lands on the ground, and stands before the six.]

RED KENDO RANGER:
Power down!

[The Red Ranger suit vanishes from Talia's body. The others are in shock as Sanzu secretly looks on.]

SANZU:
Very interesting! A new Red Ranger!?

CODY EGAWA:
Who are you!?

TALIA NOIMI:
I am Talia...Talia Noimi.

[The team is still in shock.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE NATIONAL FOREST-ORIKAMI VILLAGE-BASE-DAY
[Everyone arrives at the base, with Dimitri on a stretcher.]

PAOLO NOIMI:
(as he checks on the patient)
Dimitri! Oh, no!

EDDIE CALLAHAN:
Paolo! How is she!?

PAOLO NOIMI:
She is my daughter...Talia. With Dimitri injured, she wanted to help.

LOGAN KINGSTON:
Will she be the Red Ranger now?

PAOLO NOIMI:
For now...until Dimitri is able to resume his duties.

[The team relaxes as Paolo tells them about Talia.]

Talia is Dimitri's birth mother...and the true one that can seal the Stygians. When Dimitri was born, she had given him up for adoption, because of her duties to the Orikami. Last year, she had not learned the sealing technique yet. I had her go to Mount Hikoma to continue to learn the technique from a friend of mine. Meanwhile...I did not anticipate the Stygians being released so soon. I had to have Dimitri become the Red Ranger, and assume her role.

[The team seems a bit more at ease.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE NATIONAL FOREST-ORIKAMI VILLAGE-NALA'S HUT-DAY
[Nala and her two villager assistants bandage Dimitri's face up, as well as taping up his ribs. Dimitri then daydreams about his childhood.]

EXT.-ANGEL GROVE NATIONAL FOREST-DAY
[Sanzu tries to think of who the woman is.]

SANZU:
I have seen that face before...it's Talia! The true Red Ranger! She could ruin everything!

[Sanzu looks even more concerned.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE NATIONAL FOREST-ORIKAMI VILLAGE-NALA'S HUT-DAY
[A sore Dimitri gets up to look out a window. The brightness of the sunset almost blinds him.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE NATIONAL FOREST-ORIKAMI VILLAGE-BASE-DAY
[Dimitri enters the base, and moves toward his mother in front of the others, and bows.]

DIMITRI FEDOROV:
I'm leaving the leadership of the team to you, mother. I must leave the team to recover.

SIERRA CROFT:
Dimitri, no!

CODY EGAWA:
Don't go!

TALIA NOIMI:
It is up to him if he wants to go.

[Dimitri departs the base.]

LOGAN KINGSTON:
If he is leaving...I need to keep an eye on him.

PAOLO NOIMI:
Logan...do me a favor...keep an eye on Dimitri.

[Logan nods his head in agreement, and follows Dimitri out of the base. The others are devastated.]

EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[The next day, the Kanizars attack innocent citizens until the five remaining rangers arrive. The army of Kanizars switch their focus from the citizens to the unmorphed team members.]

ALL:
Spirits Of The Orikami, Transform!

RED KENDO RANGER:
(posing)
Spirit Of Fire! Red Kendo Ranger!

BLUE KENDO RANGER:
(posing)
Spirit Of Water! Blue Kendo Ranger!

PINK KENDO RANGER:
(posing)
Spirit Of Air! Pink Kendo Ranger!

GREEN KENDO RANGER:
(posing)
Spirit Of Wood! Green Kendo Ranger!

YELLOW KENDO RANGER:
(posing)
Spirit Of Earth! Yellow Kendo Ranger!

ALL RANGERS:

We Are The Protectors Of Earth! Power Rangers: Kendo Warriors!

RED KENDO RANGER:
Draw!

[The five rangers install their Power Discs onto the hilts, and draw their Kendo Razors to charge in to battle the Kanizars.]

You crab-heads make me sick!

[The Red Ranger calmly destroys a few Kanizars.]

Fire Striker!

[The Red Ranger uses her secondary weapon to take out even more Kanizars as the others continue to use their Kendo Razors.]

EXT.-CITY-WATERFRONT-DAY
[Logan (who has Lumina) talks to Dimitri, and tries to cheer him up.]

LOGAN KINGSTON:
You want to talk, Dimitri!?

DIMITRI FEDOROV:
Look...I've had a long and painful last couple of days. I just want to be by myself for a while.

LOGAN KINGSTON:
Dimitri...we've all had a long couple of days...I understand. But, you cannot just run away.

DIMITRI FEDOROV:
Let me guess...Paolo wants you to keep an eye on me?

LOGAN KINGSTON:
Yeah. Quite frankly...I want to keep an eye on you too.

[Logan then looks at his Solar Phone...a text message has appeared telling him of the battle in the park.]

EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[The Red Ranger stalks some cowering Kanizars with the Fire Striker. She then uses the Shogun Morpher to upgrade into the Red Shogun Ranger, and forms the Shogun Razor.]

RED SHOGUN RANGER:
Shogun Fire Sword!

[The Red Ranger takes out the cowering Kanizars easily as the others struggle a bit. Suddenly, a group of Avizars appear and grow.]

Super Bullzooka!

[The Red Ranger fires at the Avizars to hold them off, then fires at the remaining Kanizars to destroy them.]

Come on, guys! We need the megazord!

ALL RANGERS:
Kendo Megazord, Ready!]

[The megazord battles the Avizars with it's Kendo Mega Saber, and destroys a few. The Tiger Kendozord arrives on scene.]

Kendo Megazord, Predator Mode!

[The megazord destroys the Avizars as a group of Kusanizars blast the robot from behind.]

RED SHOGUN RANGER:
Form the Ultrazord!

[Soon, five more Kendozords arrive on the scene, and form the Ultrazord.]

ALL RANGERS:
Kendozords, Spirit Fusion! Kendo Ultrazord, Full Power!

[The Kusanizars continue to blast the massive robot as the Ultrazord readies to attack.]

Orikami Power Blast!

[The Ultrazord performs it's finisher to destroy the Kusanizars.]

RED SHOGUN RANGER:
(solemnly)
This has been settled.

[The other rangers celebrate loudly as the Red Ranger just stands in her place.]

INT.-PURGATORY-RIVER STYX-SHIP-DAY
[The remaining Stygtians meet with Iod as they prepare for their next plan.]

SANZU:
Iod...Talia has taken Dimitri's place as the Red Ranger.

IOD:
I see. This is rather unsettling. She is the one that knows how to seal us.

OCTO:
She must be dealt with.

CRUSTACEA:
I agree!

[The Stygians continue their preparation.]

EXT.-BEACH-DAY
[Later, as the sun sets on another day, Dimitri walks along the beach, thinking to himself.]

SANZU:
(with his katana)
I'm here to finish our...one-on-one battle.

DIMITRI FEDOROV:
(with his personal Kendo Razor)
Let's go!

[The two stare-down each other, ready to duel. TO BE CONTINUED...]
