[The next morning, a recovered Talia enters the base.]

TALIA NOIMI:
My friends...I am resigning as the Red Ranger.

CODY EGAWA:
(angered)
Right now is not the time, Talia!

TALIA NOIMI:
But it is the time, Cody.

MEGAN NOIMI:
Well, sis...who is your replacement?

[The team waits in awe of who will replace Talia as the Red Ranger.]

TALIA NOIMI:
The rightful person...

[Soon, Dimitri enters the base, and approaches Talia, then turns around. He then reveals that he has the Kendo Cell. Without speaking a word, the other team members are surprised, but happy.]

EXT.-CITY-DAY
[On what appears to be a normal time in the city, every vent, crack, sewer grate, etc. glows an eerie red color, making the citizens very nervous. Soon, water from the River Styx flows through the openings to flood parts of the city.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE NATIONAL FOREST-ORIKAMI VILLAGE-BASE-DAY
[Paolo approaches Dimitri to show off two new Kendo Discs...the Tornado Disc, and the Fire Disc. Suddenly, the alarms ring out...wildly!]

PAOLO NOIMI:
(looking at the computer map screen)
Red dots are rapidly covering the map...there's trouble everywhere!

EDDIE CALLAHAN:
(looking at the computer map screen)
This is the big one!

[Everyone looks at the screen.]

EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The red-colored water from the River Styx floods portions of the city. Soon, the Stygian Ship flows out of a space between two skyscrapers, and sails over the streets of Downtown Rio Mesa. Meanwhile, on dry ground, thousands of Kanizars appear, and start attacking the fleeing citizens.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE NATIONAL FOREST-ORIKAMI VILLAGE-BASE-DAY
[The team prepares themselves for a long fight ahead as more red dots pop up on the computer map. The team then departs.]

EXT.-CITY-BEACH-DAY
[The six team members are on their Kendostangs (with Logan holding Lumina), galloping toward the beach. Once arrived, the team dis-mount from their steeds, and see the hordes of Kanizars along with Gumagu.]

LOGAN KINGSTON:
Lumina...Shine Brightly!

[Lumina transforms from his lantern mode, and transforms into his humanoid form.]

DIMITRI FEDOROV:
Okay, guys...let's go to work!

[The team prepares their morphers.]

ALL:
Spirits Of The Orikami, Transform!

[The five draw their symbols out in front of them as Logan presses the buttons on his morpher, then all six press the morph button to transform. The suits "flash-form" over the sextet.]

RED KENDO RANGER:

[The six rangers and Lumina charge in to battle Gumagu and the thousands of Kanizars at full strength.]

INT.-CITY-DOWNTOWN-STYGIAN SHIP-DAY
[Iod watches his army of Kanizars wreck the city, and wants to proceed according to plan.]

EXT.-CITY-BEACH-DAY
[The rangers use their Kendo Razors (and Solar Dagger) against Gumagu and the Kanizars.]

RED KENDO RANGER:
Let's take care of the Aykasi first!

ALL RANGERS:
Right!

[The rangers feel that their bladed weapons are not enough, so they summon their secondary weapons.]

RED KENDO RANGER:
(installing the disc, posing with the weapon)
Fire Striker!

BLUE KENDO RANGER:
(installing the disc, posing with the weapon)
Hydro Arrow!

PINK KENDO RANGER:
(installing the disc, posing with the weapon)
Aero Fan!

GREEN KENDO RANGER:
(installing the disc, posing with the weapon)
Wood Spear!

YELLOW KENDO RANGER:
(installing the disc, posing with the weapon)
Geo Slicer!

GOLD KENDO RANGER:
(posing with his lantern)
Lumina! Weapons Mode!

[The rangers use their secondary weapons on Gumagu and some of the Kanizars.

RED KENDO RANGER:
Magma Slicer!

BLUE KENDO RANGER:
Hydro Cannon!

PINK KENDO RANGER:
Full Impact!

GREEN KENDO RANGER:
Spinning Spear!

YELLOW KENDO RANGER:
Seismic Strike!

GOLD KENDO RANGER:
Hundred Points Of Light!

[The attacks from the six weapons defeat Gumagu to defeat him. Knowing that the Aykasi would soon revive and grow, the Red Ranger forms the Cannon Mode of his Fire Striker.]

RED KENDO RANGER:
Fire Striker...Cannon Mode! Let's hit him before he can grow!

[The other rangers load their personal Kendo Discs onto the cannon, with the Squid Disc on the side. Suddenly, Gumagu revives and starts to grow.]

ALL RANGERS:
Tentacle Thrasher!

[The blast from the weapon sends the spirit form of the Squid Kendozord to destroy Gumagu in mid-revival. The seven team members celebrate.]

RED KENDO RANGER:
Let's go get Iod!

[The team departs for the Stygian Ship.]

EXT.-CITY-DOWNTOWN-SUNKEN BUILDING-ROOF-DAY
[The six rangers approach the ship, which has docked against a sunken building (with only it's rooftop showing), where they are met by Octo.]

OCTO:
You rangers will never defeat Lord Iod! Kanizars!

[Octo unleashes a platoon of Kanizars before vanishing. The rangers then draw their Kendo Razors and Solar Dagger, and charge in to battle the minions.]

RED KENDO RANGER:
Let's get them!

ALL RANGERS:
Yeah!

[A couple minutes later, the rangers defeat all of the minions, and board the ship.]

INT.-CITY-DOWNTOWN-STYGIAN SHIP-DAY
[The rangers board the ship. Once on the top deck, the rangers think that the ship is empty, although they know that Iod and Octo are somewhere on board...the ship creaks and rocks.]

PINK KENDO RANGER:
This is creepy!

YELLOW KENDO RANGER:
You said it!

[Suddenly, an army of Kanizars, Kusanizars, and Sakamas appear. The rangers go to work with their bladed weapons and personal Kendo Discs.]

RED KENDO RANGER:
We got to upgrade!

ALL RANGERS:
Right! Spirits Of The Orikami, Power Up!

RED ORIKAMI RANGER:

BLUE ORIKAMI RANGER:

[The rangers upgrade into their Orikami Spirit Modes, and attack with their enhanced Nature Sword attacks to put dents into the minion population. The six draw their bladed weapons (which are now a bit longer, and sleeker), and charge in.]

BLUE ORIKAMI RANGER:
Ice Storm!

PINK ORIKAMI RANGER:
Cloud Burst!

GREEN ORIKAMI RANGER:
Vine Whip!

YELLOW ORIKAMI RANGER:

GOLD ORIKAMI RANGER:
Electro Burn!

ALL RANGERS:
Orikami HexaSlash!

[The combined effort from all six rangers defeat several minions, but more remain.]

RED ORIKAMI RANGER:
There are six of us, and hundred of them...it looks like it's gonna be a long day!

[The six rangers look at all of the remaining hundred of minions, and are overwhelmed. TO BE CONTINUED...]
