EXT.-CITY-PARK RIDGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE-QUAD-DAY
[Tyson is pouring over a book as a classmate wearing a purple bandana in her hair, named KIANA watches him. She has a crush on him, yet Tyson does not seem interested. Kiana then approaches, and hands Tyson a sandwich for lunch.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Oh, Hi there, Kiana.
KIANA:
I brought you a sandwich. Eat up, because our Kendo Class starts in a few minutes...and energy is key! Now, come on!
[Kiana grabs Tyson by the arm, and is dragged away from the quad, dropping a small card. Nearby, Ken observes this, and retrieves the card.]
KEN FERRADAY::
(trying to get Tyson’s attention)
Tyson!
[Tyson and Kiana are long gone. Chris walks by, and sees Ken.]
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
What’s up, Ken?
KEN FERRADAY:
Tyson’s friend dropped this.
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
Let’s get this back to her. Tyson has a Kendo class at the gym about right now.
EXT.-CITY-PARK RIDGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE-GYMNASIUM-DAY
[Kiana still drags Tyson, thinking that they’ll be late for class.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Kiana! We don’t need to rush!
[A bit later, Tyson and some other students practice their kendo skills as Kiana and another girl set up a table for water.]
GIRL:
Have you asked him?
KIANA:
Asked who what?
GIRL:
Don’t play coy with me...have you asked Tyson out yet?
[Kiana goes to her backpack to pull out the wrapped sandwich meant for Tyson. She notices that the card is missing, and frantically searches for it. She then sees Chris with the card, and goes toward him and Ken.]
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
We’re friends of Tyson...and we want to help you get that date with him.
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[A DavroMon based on blades, called CUTLER, spies on citizens. He uses his special glasses to see the relationship bonds between people. He then uses his giant pair of scissors to cut the larger arrow of two lovers. The woman is affected, and starts crying uncontrollably as her boyfriend tries to console her.]
AIGAR:
Now, their crying will revive Master Davros!
[Cutler then attacks another couple. The man attacks the woman sitting next to him, and she runs off. Cutler’s victims exude their “emotion auras” as Daric leaps in.]
DARIC KAYSON:
Leave them alone!
[Daric has a bucket on his hand, and punches Aigar with a hit to the back of the head.]
AIGAR:
You two!
ROBBIE MENDOZA:
We’re here cleaning up the park...might as well start with you guys!
DARIC KAYSON AND ROBBIE MENDOZA:
(activating and inserting their batteries, inserting them into their blasters)
Let’s Rock!
[The Red and Blue Paleo Ranger suits form over Daric and Robbie. The two rangers utilize their Paleo Cannons.]
RED PALEO RANGER AND BLUE PALEO RANGER:
Paleo Cannon! Fire!
[Cutler deflects the blast, then uses his glasses to see the friendship bond between the two rangers, and both sides charge into battle. The DavroMon then uses his scissors to sever the friendship bond between the two rangers. The Red Ranger suffers from Cutler’s attack as the Blue Ranger attacks the DavroMon, by tossing him into a tree.]
BLUE PALEO RANGER:
Daric! Are you okay!? Use this!
[The Blue Ranger tries to hand the Red Ranger a Paleo Charger...but he refuses, and Red acts a bit out of control.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK RIDGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE-GYM-DAY
[Kiana hands Tyson his lunch.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Thank you.
[Kiana still has a huge crush on Tyson, but he still ignores her. Soon, two bullies approach and harass the two. Tyson grabs his kendo stick, just as Miko comes in, and kicks the two.]
KIANA:
Are they together?
MIKO INOUE:
Took care of them for you...
[Miko then looks at her watch, starts to run off.]
Late for class...see you later!
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[The Blue Ranger continues to try to get the Red Ranger under control. Cutler and the two War Knights think about attacking.]
BLUE PALEO RANGER:
It’s those scissors! If I break them, it’ll end this madness!
[The Blue Ranger loads one of his Paleo Chargers into his Paleo Blaster, and blasts Cutler’s scissors to damage them. All of Cutler’s victims (including the Red Ranger) return to normal.]
AIGAR:
How dare they! Let’s go!
[Cutler, Aigar, and Lukuro all vanish.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Later that day, Kiana follows Tyson across a bridge. Meanwhile, Cutler’s scissors are repaired with Lukuro’s restorative water.]
LUKURO:
There! Good as new!
[Cutler then sees Kiana.]
CUTLER:
I see that huge arrow from that girl...but can’t see who it is directed to!
[Chris and Ken catch up with Kiana.]
KIANA:
He went into that store...and that friend of yours is in there too!
INT.-CITY-MALL-DAY
[Chris, Ken, and Kiana are in the mall, looking into a store where Tyson and Miko are shopping. Kiana still thinks that Tyson and Miko are an item, and starts to feel depressed.]
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
Don’t worry. Knowing Tyson, I’m sure he has a good explanation.
[Tyson sees her, and she runs out of the building, with him following.]
EXT.-CITY-MALL-PLAZA-DAY
[Tyson runs to catch up to Kiana, and the two talk.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Are you okay, Kiana!? What’s wrong!? Look...Miko is just a very good friend...not a girlfriend. In fact, I have several good friends...and you are one of them. The others have been helping me break out of my shell.
[Suddenly, Cutler’s scissors “cut in”, and place Kiana under his spell as Tyson deflects the attack. Suddenly, Kiana attacks Tyson, by placing her hands around his neck, trying to choke him. The others rush to his aid. Soon, Daric and Robbie arrive, and attack Cutler, then lets Ken destroy the scissors with his Ptera Blade. Kiana returns to normal, and faints, as Tyson lays her down onto the ground.]
You’re okay now, Kiana.
[The six team members unite, and stand in a row. They take out their Paleo Chargers, activate them, and place them into their morphing devices.]
ALL:
Let’s Rock!
[The six press the triggers on their weapons. The Paleo Ranger suits fly around, and form over their bodies, letting them become Paleo Rangers. The rangers shout out their roll calls.]
RED PALEO RANGER:

The Fanged Hero! Red Paleo Ranger!
BLACK PALEO RANGER:
(posing)
The Blasting Hero! Black Paleo Ranger!
BLUE PALEO RANGER:
(posing)
The Armored Hero! Blue Paleo Ranger!
GREEN PALEO RANGER:

The Slicing Hero! Green Paleo Ranger!
PINK PALEO RANGER:
(posing)
The Sharp Heroine! Pink Paleo Ranger!
GOLD PALEO RANGER:

The Thunderwing Hero! Gold Paleo Ranger!
ALL RANGERS:

We Are The Bravest Heroes! Power Rangers...Paleo Strike!
[The six rangers charge in to battle Cutler, who fires blades at the Green Ranger.]
GREEN PALEO RANGER:
Dino Blade!
[The Green Ranger performs several sword-based attacks on Cutler. The Black and Gold Rangers even assist, with Black using his Jurassic Blaster.]
GOLD PALEO RANGER:
Here...you can use one of my batteries.
GREEN PALEO RANGER:
(inserting it into his Dino Blade)
Thanks.
[The Gold Ranger loads a couple more batteries into his Ptera Baton. Both the Green and Gold Rangers perform their signature attacks to make Cutler cackle in red energy bolts and sparks before exploding.]
AIGAR:
MaZoDe! Arise and merge!
[Hundreds of MaZoDe rise up from the ground, and merge into a Giant MaZoDe. The Paleo Megazord steps in to battle the Giant MaZoDe. ]
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Paleo Megazord!
[The megazord uses it’s Stego Sword to slice and dice the giant minion, which is soon joined by an enlarged Cutler, who unleashes it’s arm-blades to slice and dice the megazord.]
GOLD PALEO RANGER:
Pteranodon Paleozord...Transform!
[The Gold Ranger’s Paleozord flies in, transforms into it’s megazord form.]
Ptera Megazord!
[The Ptera Megazord attacks Cutler, causing sparks to fly. The Black and Green Rangers take hold of their Paleo Chargers, activate them to summon their Paleozord partners.]
BLACK PALEO RANGER:
Parasaur! Para Beam!
GREEN PALEO RANGER:
Velociraptor! Velo Claw!
[The two Paleozords arrive, and attack Cutler and the Giant MaZoDe.]
GOLD PALEO RANGER:
Chris...Tyson...combine with me!
BLACK PALEO RANGER AND GREEN PALEO RANGER:
Let’s do it!
[The Parasaur and Velociraptor Paleozords combine with the Ptera Megazord, which flips it’s arms upward to accept the two Paleozord attachments.]
BLACK PALEO RANGER, GREEN PALEO RANGER, AND GOLD PALEO RANGER:
Ptera Megazord...Blade Mode!
[The Black and Green Rangers enters the cockpit on either side of the Gold Ranger, and insert their Paleo Blasters.]
BLACK PALEO RANGER:
Para Beam!
GREEN PALEO RANGER:
Velo Claw!
BLUE PALEO RANGER:
Stego Shield!
PINK PALEO RANGER:
Tricera Drill!
[The two megazords use their arm weapons to attack.]
RED PALEO RANGER:
Paleo!
BLUE PALEO RANGER AND PINK PALEO RANGER:
Brave Blast!
[The Paleo Megazord releases a powerful flame-thrower-like attack from the mouth of the Tyrannosaurus to destroy the Giant MaZoDe.]
GOLD PALEO RANGER:
Ptera!
BLACK PALEO RANGER AND GREEN PALEO RANGER:
Blade Finish!
[Cutler briefly cackles in red energy bolts before collapsing and exploding. The Ptera Megazord poses victoriously before both megazords give each other “high-fives” as the six rangers celebrate in the cockpits.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK RIDGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE-DAY
[As the others watch, Tyson meets with Kiana, and gives her a gift...a token of his appreciation for helping him.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Kiana...I just want to say thanks for being there for me.
[Kiana thinks that the gesture of the gift means that he loves her...but when Tyson gives a similar gift to the other girl, Kiana gets a bit angry, and lets Tyson know it by hitting him with a tote bag.]
[Chikyu watches from the top of a building, strokes her chin...seems to be thinking about something.]

NEXT TIME ON POWER RANGERS: PALEO STRIKE...
Episode #16 : Schooled
When Miko doesn’t do so well on an exam, James takes it upon himself to make sure she passes the next one. Meanwhile, Sentry gives Lukuro the chance to take command of a mission, which puts the Sacred Ground in jeopardy.
