[Erutan walks among the trees. It seems that he is on a mission. Suddenly, a cloaked figure captures Erutan.]
INT.-SACRED GROUND-NIGHT
[Chikyu is growing increasingly worried as Erutan, who went on a mission to find the Spinosaur Paleo Charger has not checked in.]
CHIKYU:
(worried)
Where are you, my son!?
INT.-ANTARCTICA-FROZEN CASTLE-DAY
[Sentry wants Candelira and Aigar team up to create a red and blue colored bicycle-themed DavroMon.]
CYCLOPATH:
I am the ‘tour de force,’ Cyclopath!
D’GOL:
More like ‘tour de farce!’
SENTRY:
What can you do, Cyclopath?
CYCLOPATH:
(demonstrating his abilities)
I can create and control bicycles, that look innocent and fun...but are anything but that!
INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[The six team members, along with Rezi all meet with Chikyu.]
CHIKYU:
I summoned all of you here to reveal that along with these twenty-three Paleo Chargers, there have been five more revealed to me. Unfortunately, they are scattered throughout the world.
REZI:
Number zero-zero, with the power of the Spinosaurus...number twenty-four, with the power of the Brontosaurus...number twenty-five, with the power of the Icthyosaurus...number twenty-six, with the power of the Dimetrodon...and number twenty-seven, with the power of the Lambeosaurus.
CHIKYU:
Rezi will go along with you, as he will be able to sense the Paleo Charger. Ken...you will stay and guard the city, if the need arises.
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Several citizens are seen riding new, non-descript black bicycles. The citizens are having so much fun and happiness that they exude a pinkish aura that fills up Candelira’s column at the Frozen Castle. Suddenly, the fun and happiness turns to sadness and fear as the bicycles start driving themselves, and are out of control.]
CITIZEN:
Hey! My bike! It’s driving itself!
[The sadness and fear make the citizens exude a purplish aura, which starts filling up Aigar’s column.]
INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[Ken hangs out at the base with Chikyu as she gets wind of the trouble in the city.]
CHIKYU:
Ken...I am sensing trouble in the city. It’s a DavroMon!
[Ken looks at the viewscreen in the table, and sees Cyclopath harassing the citizens. Ken then gets on the teleport pad, and teleports out of the base.]
EXT.-MEXICO-AZTECAN PYRAMID-DAY
[The core team members and Rezi arrive. Rezi can sense the Paleo Charger nearby.]
REZI:
The Paleo Charger is nearby.
[The six approach the pyramid, and find the battery.]
DARIC KAYSON:
Number twenty-five. Icthyosaurus.
REZI:
Let’s go find another one.
[The six team members teleport out.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Ken arrives in the city, and immediately sees the bicycles.]
KEN FERRADAY:
(summoning, readying his weapon)
Ptera Baton! Uh, oh!
[Suddenly, the dozens of bicycles turn toward him, and try to run him down. Ken’s eyes get big as he tries to look for an escape point, and sees a street light overhead.]
EXT.-BRAZIL-RAIN FOREST-DAY
[The team arrives, and they immediately try to locate the Paleo Charger.]
REZI:
I believe that it’s over here...
[Suddenly, a downpour of rain hits the area, and hampers the search a bit. All six team members are drenched. Almost as soon as it starts, the rain lets up, and Rezi is able to see the battery.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Number twenty-six. The Dimetrodon.
REZI:
Looks like it. Two down...three to go. Come on.
[The six teleport out.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Ken dodges the citizens on bikes, but is then met by bicycle-riding MaZoDe coming at him.]
KEN FERRADAY:
Oh, no! More!?
[Ken tries his best to battle the bicycle-riding MaZoDe with his Ptera Baton. Soon, Ken has a chance to morph.]
Let’s Rock!
[Ken activates and inserts a Paleo Charger into his Ptera Morpher, and closes the device, then pulls the lever to activate the transformation. The Gold Ranger suit forms over Ken’s body.]
GOLD PALEO RANGER:
(posing)
The Thunderwing Hero! Gold Paleo Ranger!
Lightning Strike!
[The Gold Ranger fires his morpher to take out several MaZoDe. The Gold Ranger then man-handles other MaZoDe.]
Thunder Slash!
[The Gold Ranger then flies around, blasting, and takes out the remaining bicycle-riding MaZoDe. Gold and Cyclopath then face off.]
Ptera Baton!
[The Gold Ranger slides his buckle to grab a Paleo Charger, and loads it into the weapon, and pushes the plunger to activate it.]
Thunder Dance!
[The attack has no effect, so the Gold Ranger slides his buckle to grab a second battery and loads it into the weapon, and pushes the plunger to activate it.]
Let’s try this! Lightning Shockwave!
[The Gold Ranger strikes Cyclopath twice to force him to take a few steps back.]
EXT.-RUSSIA-KHAZAKSTAN-COSMODROME-DAY
[The six teleport in.]
REZI:
Follow me...I know where the battery is.
[The five follow Rezi, and retrieve the battery.]
ROBBIE MENDOZA:
The twenty-seventh Paleo Charger...the Lambeosaurus!
REZI:
The last known location of the next one is Niagara Falls. Let’s go!
[The six teleport out.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Cyclopath and the Gold Ranger face off in a fierce battle...sword-to-sword. The DavroMon conjures up several riderless bicycles to attack the ranger, who then slides his buckle to grab and load a third battery into the baton. He then pushes the plunger to activate the full power of the weapon.]
Ptera Baton...full power! Lightning Rod...Lightning Crash!
CYCLOPATH:
Chain Whip!
[The Gold Ranger gets whipped by the DavroMon’s whip, which also cancels out his attack maneuver, sending the Gold Ranger rolling on the ground. He struggles to recover to his feet, but Cyclopath continues to whip the Gold Ranger, and reels to strike the ranger again, which knocks him out of morph, and Ken goes rolling, and ends up face-down on the ground. Cyclopath laughs maniacally at the fallen ranger.]
EXT.-NEW YORK-NIAGARA FALLS-DAY
[The six teleport in to try to find the fourth Paleo Charger. The core team members look at Rezi, and see that something is troubling him.]
REZI:
(confused)
I don’t understand! The Brontosaurus Paleo Charger should be here!
MIKO INOUE:
(comforting Rezi)
Let's go for the fifth one...okay?
[All six are at a loss, and teleport out.]
EXT.-FRANCE-PARIS-EIFFEL TOWER-NIGHT
[The six teleport in to try to find the fifth Paleo Charger. The core team members look at Rezi, and see that something is troubling him.]
REZI:
(confused)
Where is it!? The Spinosaurus Paleo Charger should be here!
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
I don’t get it!
[All six are at a loss, and teleport out.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Ken slowly recovers to his feet, and is now sporting fresh cuts and bruises on hi face...and is very exhausted. Candelira and Aigar then use their axe weapons to hold Ken at bay, and capture him.]
CANDELIRA:
You’re ours, golden boy!
AIGAR:
Too bad D’Gol’s not here to see this!
[Ken looks upward at the two axe-wielding generals in disbelief.]
INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[The six teleport in, and present the three discovered Paleo Chargers.]
DARIC KAYSON:
We found three Paleo Chargers...but two were not found.
CHIKYU:
That’s odd...the Brontosaurus battery should have been at Niagara Falls. Erutan was on a mission to locate the Spinosaurus Paleo Charger. You could not find him or the battery in France?
MIKO INOUE:
I’m afraid not, Chikyu.
CHIKYU:
Now I am truly worried for his safety...which brings us to our next challenge. Ken has been captured by the Davros Legion, and is being held in an abandoned warehouse in the city.
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
(using his buckle-com to hone-in on the signal)
Got his coordinates.
DARIC KAYSON:
We need to plan this out. Don’t worry Ken...we’ll get you out of there!
EXT.-CITY-WAREHOUSE-DAY
[Ken is being held in a warehouse, guarded by some MaZoDe. D’Gol enters the building, which really worries Ken.]
D’GOL:
Well, well, well! Look what the Pteranodon dragged in! Good job, you two! I want you to get angry, Kenjiro...so I can possess your body again.]
KEN FERRADAY:
(calmly)
I refuse to help you, D’Gol! My friends will be here soon to rescue me.
D’GOL:
So...you’ve become a weakling!
INT.-FRANCE-FOREST-CABIN-NIGHT
[A cloaked being in the shadows talks to an unconscious person lying on a bed, chained up.]
CLOAKED BEING:
It is only a matter of time, my friend...a matter of time!
[Nearby, on a counter, there is a Paleo Charger, hooked up to a computer...it’s the Double Zero Paleo Charger! The being taps buttons on the computer as dark energy flows into the battery.]
INT.-SACRED GROUND-NIGHT
[The team formulates a rescue plan.]
REZI:
I must return to my original mission. I am close to finding the eighth and ninth Paleozords.
[Rezi the vanishes to continue his original mission. Chikyu is still very, very worried.]
INT.-CITY-WAREHOUSE-NIGHT
[As the night wears on, Ken looks a little scared for his life, and hopes for a quick rescue.]
KEN FERRADAY:
(thinking to himself, willing himself to keep strong)
My friends will come!
INT.-FRANCE-FOREST-CABIN-NIGHT
[The dark energy continues to flow into the Spinosaurus Paleo Charger. The person lying on the bed in chains is then revealed to be Erutan! TO BE CONTINUED...]
