PRESS RELEASE (2015 Adaptation-Small Change)

NAME CHANGE: "POWER RANGERS: STEALTH FORCE" IS NOW "POWER RANGERS: SHINOBI FORCE."

FRESNO, CA.-January 20, 2015...Production is slowly progressing on the next installment of "Power Rangers," from The NightRanger Industries Online Network, led by writer Christopher Clark.

With a recent revelation of a tag line used in "Ninninger," stating that the rangers will say "We are Shinobi, but we don't hide," It has been decided that we would need to change the name of the show...slightly, from "Stealth Force" to "Shinobi Force." The word stealth, means to hide or evade, much like the United States Military's "Stealth Bomber," which can evade radar detection. The saying from the Ninningers is the exact opposite.

Other information regarding the show, such as villain names, character breakdowns, etc. is slowly being revealed, and we are anticipating the official reveal this coming weekend (January 24-25) in Japan.

"Power Rangers: Shinobi Force" will premiere on the affiliates of the NightRanger Industries Online (N.R.I.O.) Network in March 2015. A 65+ episode run is planned to allow for maximum character and story development. Shinobi Force will be based upon the 39th Japanese Super Sentai series "Shuriken Sentai Ninninjaa," which premieres on February 15, 2015 in Japan.

In Japan, 2015 marks the 40th anniversary of Super Sentai. It was on April 5, 1975 that "Himitsu Sentai Goranger" first aired, lasting for 84 episodes on "NET," which is now "TV Asahi."

The preliminary story is that: "A century ago, a master ninja warrior, named Ninjakon sealed away an army of demons. In the present day city of Forest Hills, the demons revive and invade, awakening Ninjakon. To combat the demons, Ninjakon seeks five students of ninja arts at a local dojo to become Power Rangers to help him destroy the demons for good."

The starring cast includes: Ryan Dao as Ian Frost\Red Shinobi Ranger, Seth Austin as Xavier "X" Wyatt\Blue Shinobi Ranger, Seaun Carlo as Joshua "Josh" Turner\Yellow Shinobi Ranger, Sadie Robertson as Isabella "Izzy" Frost\White Shinobi Ranger, Melanie Rains as Brooklyn "Brook" Padilla\Pink Shinobi Ranger, Andrew Liang as Andrew Frost, Bruce Allpress as "Grandpa" Frost, and Kurt Strauss as Ninjakon.

In 2016, NightRanger Industries and The NightRanger Industries Online Network will be celebrating our tenth anniversary. It was in 2006 that "Power Rangers III: Red Dawn," a movie sequel to the Power Rangers: Wild Force episode "Forever Red," and featuring every Red Ranger from "Mighty Morphin" through "Mystic Force," and "dimensional" Red Rangers from "Goranger" through "Jetman" was posted to Rangerboard. At this time, we will also be adapting the 40th Super Sentai series, and celebrating the following show anniversaries:

1981 (35th): "Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan"
1986 (30th): "Chousenshi Flashman"
1991 (25th): "Chojin Sentai Jetman"
1996 (20th): "Gekiso Sentai Carranger" and "Power Rangers: Zeo"
2001 (15th) "HyakkuJyu Sentai Gaoranger" and "Power Rangers: Time Force"
2006 (10th): "GoGo Sentai Boukenger" and "Power Rangers: Mystic Force"
