INT.-SACRED GROUND-NIGHT
[Erutan, laying down in the infirmary bed sits up. As the others enter the base, they see Erutan walking around.]
MIKO INOUE:
(tearfully)
Erutan! Your mother is...
ERUTAN:
I know, Miko. I know what happened to her. I will leave the fighting to you guys. There is something that I must take care of.
[Erutan leaves the base as the others look on in bewilderment.]
EXT.-QUARRY-DAY
[Daric keeps struggling to walk, when Brachio breaks through the surface of the ground.]
DARIC KAYSON:
(sort of delirious)
Brachio! You came to pick me up!
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[Lukuro pours a cup of coffee.]
CANDELIRA:
Ah, Lukuro...keep smiling!
LUKURO:
How can I keep smiling? Davros is getting rid of me!
[Aigar stumbles in.]
AIGAR:
We got to run, Candelira! Those two cloaked beings are our replacements! Our so-called friends want to destroy us!
[Suddenly, the three are blasted by Icesosad.]
INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[Chris grabs Daric by the collar, making him drop his Paleo Chargers.]
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
What do you mean, fight your father!? You saw his power! He'll destroy you on site!
DARIC KAYSON:
No. I still do not believe that. There is something going on...and I intend to find out what. I heard the Earth's melody...and it does not sound evil...no matter what happened to Chikyu. I can't believe that the Earth and my father would forsake Chikyu!
[Tyson puts his hand on Daric's arm, but Chris removes it.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
If Doctor Kayson was able to morph into the Silver Ranger, it means that the Paleo Spirits accepted him. Daric's right. Something is amiss.
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
I know what you are saying, Daric. But...emotionally, I cannot accept it. We all know it.
DARIC KAYSON:
I want to handle my father...alone.
[Daric walks over to Ken, who had picked up the Tyrannosaur Paleo Chargers.]
Please, Ken.
[Ken hesitates a bit, then hands over the batteries.]
KEN FERRADAY:
Good luck, Daric.
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Daric teleports up, crouching, then gets up to sprint around a corner. He is then stopped by Miko, who gives him a "heart-felt" look...and Daric reciprocates. She then gives his a piece of paper, depicting a strawberry parfait.]
INT.-BEACH-FROZEN CASTLE-DAY
[Sentry approaches Davros, who is on his throne.]
SENTRY:
I have dispatched Icesosad to handle the destruction of Candelira, Lukuro, and Aigar.
ABSOLUTION GOD DAVROS:
Excellent.
D'GOL:
(watching from the side)
Those poor souls.
SENTRY:
I sense trouble.
[Sentry then opens a viewscreen portal on the wall, sees Daric walking toward the evil base with conviction.]
DANIEL KAYSON:
Let me handle my son in order for the deal to continue.
ABSOLUTION GOD DAVROS:
I will only exterminate humanity, and will spare the planet.
[Daniel leaves the base.]
EXT.-BEACH-DAY
[With the Paleozords watching, Daniel meets his son on the sand. Both stare-down each other.]
DANIEL KAYSON:
You and the other rangers must surrender!
DARIC KAYSON:
You and I know...that will never happen! I want to hear the Earth's true melody!
[Daric pulls out a piece of paper that Miko gave him.]
We will have our parfait!
[Both Daniel and Daric activate their Paleo Chargers, and insert them into their blasters, and squeeze the trigger as they charge at each other while the suits form over their bodies. Both rangers battle fiercely...with it obvious that the Silver Ranger is more powerful. The Silver Ranger delivers a powerful punch to his Red Ranger son. Tyranno wants to get in on the fight.]
RED PALEO RANGER:
Sorry, buddy! This is my fight!
[The Silver Ranger charges at, and punches the Red Ranger, who tries to defend himself...but is still overpowered.]
INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[Miko reports back to the others.]
MIKO INOUE:
I trust Daric. He will find out what is going on.
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Wait a sec...
[Tyson snaps his fingers to summon the Feather's Edge sword, and grips the handle. The jewel on the hilt lights up, and a holographic message from Chikyu plays.]
voice of CHIKYU:
I entrust the future of this planet to you rangers. Keep the faith.
[The image vanishes as Tyson grips the sword tighter.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Let's go! We need to find the truth too!
[The remaining five have a renewed fighting spirit.]
EXT.-BEACH-DAY
[The Red Ranger continues to take a beating from his father.]
RED PALEO RANGER:
(thinking to himself)
I got to match my fist with his to harmonize!
SILVER PALEO RANGER:
Silver Power Punch!
RED PALEO RANGER:
That's it! Red Power Punch!
[Both fists meet, and the Red Ranger is blasted backward by the shockwave.]
Now I know what the Earth wants!
[Suddenly, the two are rocked by explosions. The two see Sentry on a cliff, with Killjoy, Ixilon, and D'Gol below.]
SILVER PALEO RANGER:
What is the meaning of this? We had a deal!
SENTRY:
With Chikyu gone, you serve no purpose to us anymore! I was just waiting for you two to tire out.
[The Destruction Clock speeds up to show only five hours left until humanity and the Earth are destroyed by the Davros Hell...and all the DavroMon will be revived. The three War Knights charge into battle.]
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[The three fallen War Knights roll down a dirt hill while running from Icesosad. The trio recovers, only to come face to face with the other rangers. Soon, Icesosad arrives on the other side, with the fallen War Knights caught in the middle. The five see how afraid the trio are.]
AIGAR:
(on his knees, pleading)
Please...help Candelira and Lukuro!
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
(letting his feelings get in the way, shoving Aigar back)
Why should I help you? You killed my friend a year ago!
AIGAR:
That's why I don't want you to worry about me. Candy and Lucky didn't kill anyone...just wanted to spread happiness!
EXT.-BEACH-DAY
[Ixilon man-handles the Red Ranger, then blasts at him...but the Silver Ranger takes the hit. The two thin have to deal with D'Gol as well. The sky warps into a vortex over the Frozen Castle as Sentry watches the battle below him.
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[Aigar continues to plead with Chris.]
AIGAR:
(on his knees, pleading)
Please! I...love her.
ICESOSAD:
(taunting)
Ah, the tin man has a heart after all. You are already dead...just revived by Sentry's dark powers.
AIGAR:
(in disbelief)
What!?
ICESOSAD:
Your soul never entered Davros Hell. Your armor was too durable. You were just resurrected as a soldier of the un-dead. I will save you the trouble, and remove the source of your suffering! Candelira!
[Icesosad uses his saber to whip up a dark tune to open a vortex of fire over Candelira...but Aigar shoves her aside for him to take the hit. Aigar drops his axe, sinks to his knees, and onto his chest. Candelira and Lukuro cry, and try to help him.]
ALL FIVE:
Let's Rock!
The five morph into their ranger forms, and charge in to battle Icesosad as Candelira and Lukuro help Aigar to the side against a hill.]
AIGAR:
(to the Black Ranger, who is in his Jurassic Mode)
I am sorry for all that I have done...especially to you, Black Ranger.
BLACK PALEO RANGER:
I am still a bit angry for what you did to Shawn last year. Dino Diggers!
[The Black Ranger is now in his Dual Jurassic Mode, with the two-piece Dino Diggers in each hand.]
CANDELIRA:
(as she and Lukuro try to stop the Black Ranger, but are tossed aside)
What are you doing!?
[The Black Ranger stalks the wounded Aigar, and attacks with the weapon to strike the fallen War Knight in the "gut" as the two other fallen War Knights watch in horror when the Black Ranger finally stops. The Black Ranger broke through Aigar's armor to let his soul free. The Black Ranger, feels sympathy for Aigar, who is glowing light blue. A tear from the Black Ranger falls onto Aigar's emotion-mask, and he can feel the sadness...and cries too. Aigar tries to give a flower to Candelira, but he starts to shut down. His soul escapes, and body dissolves to dust. Candelira and Lukuro cry over the loss, as the Black Ranger picks up the flower, the drops it to charge through his fellow rangers to attack Icesosad with rage, striking the War Knight with the Dino Diggers. Icesosad is sent rolling.]
GREEN PALEO RANGER:
(snapping his fingers)
Feather's Edge!
[The Green Ranger duels the new War Knight.]
Verde Air Razor!
[Icesosad is sent rolling again. The Black and Pink Rangers get up onto the shoulders of the Blue and Green Rangers as the Gold Ranger loads up his Ptera Baton. A five-part attack is executed to attack Icesosad, but the War Knight is too powerful, and deflects the attack. The Black Ranger leaps in with Aigar's axe to land the deathblow.]
BLACK PALEO RANGER:
This is for all the righteous that have fallen in our fight!
[The axe is left in Icesosad's body. The sorrow of the attack outweighs Icesosad's, and makes the War Knight spark, falling backwards, and explodes in destruction as the Black Ranger walks calmly away with the others. The axe sticks in the ground before Candelira and Lukuro, who are still bawling. Now demorphed, the five approach the two.]
ROBBIE MENDOZA:
Cheer up you two. He did it for you!
[Chris gives Candelira the flower that Aigar tried to give to her.]
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
I want you two to try and find your way on Earth...the way Chikyu did.
EXT.-BEACH-DAY
[The Red and Silver Rangers get blasted again, and are knocked out of morph. The other five catch up to them, and prepare to battle.]
IXILON:
Ah, look! The first Davros Hell habitant is about to revive!
DANIEL KAYSON:
Prepare yourselves, rangers!
DARIC KAYSON:
Yeah! My father's apparent defection was a ruse. I know the true melody of the Earth!
PROTOTOX:
(with his last breath)
Chikyu...has started a rebellion!
[Prototox sparks, and explodes.]
INT.-DAVROS HELL
[Chikyu has started a rebellion, slicing and dicing fallen Davros members, such as Meteorix and Reelrod.]
EXT.-BEACH-DAY
[Sentry is angry...but doesn't get what is going on.
DARIC KAYSON:
My father sent Chikyu into Davros Hell with her righteous spirit intact!
DANIEL KAYSON:
Chikyu is still with us!
[The main six activate their Paleo Chargers, and prepare to morph. TO BE CONTINUED...]
