INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-BRIEFING ROOM DAY
[During the morning briefing, Gabe briefs the six officers.]
GABE CRENSHAW:
As you may have known...the county fair is going on. Space Command and Make-A-Wish are teaming up, and I want the six of you to each take a deserving family and let them have their day of fun.
DIEGO MAXA:
(griping)
Aw, sir!? Do we have to!?
GABE CRENSHAW:
YES, Diego...you are assigned the Sizemore family. Steven and Brie...and their daughter, Cali. Briefing over...go get your assigned families.
[Diego tries to calm down as everyone departs the room.]
EXT.-CITY-FAIRGROUNDS-DAY
[Later that morning, the six officers are escorting the families around the fair as a roller-coaster slides down the tracks nearby.]
BRIE SIZEMORE:
(as Cali skips ahead a bit)
I want to thank you for this opportunity, Officer Maxa...
STEVEN SIZEMORE:
See...Cali has a un-curable disease...and may not have long to live.
[The statements from the Sizemore parents make Diego think a bit.]
EXT.-LAKE-DAY
[Upacra watches as the latest monster, the tick-like AVISHTICK emerges from the water as Akui and Ingu arrive.]
INGU:
So, Upacra...what are your plans with him?
UPACRA:
I want Avsihtick to harness the powers of the Silver Ranger...as well as sucking the Earth's water supply dry!
AKUI:
Excellent...carry on!
[The lead two Yomazho generals then vanish into the ground.]
EXT.-CITY-FAIRGROUNDS-DAY
[Everyone continues to enjoy the day at the fair as Avishtick secretly watches. The monster then decides to make his move by unleashing dozens of large tick-like creatures to latch onto the heads of terrified fair patrons.]
AVISHTICK:
(laughing)
You are now my slaves, you puny humans!
[The tick-like creatures suck the moisture from their victims, who then vanish (when the creatures' eyes glow red).]
HEATH REGAN:
Austin! Get them to safety!
[The five core officers then confront Avishtick while preparing their morphers and cards.]
ALL CORE OFFICERS:
Star Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
[The suits "flash-form" onto the five, who then draw their sidearms and fire...but their blasts are deflected back to them to make the rangers spark and smoke, then collapse to the ground...but recover. The five rush to melee-fight Avishtick.]
BLACK STAR RANGER:
(as he and Yellow use their Guardian Weapons)
Get him!
[The Guardian Weapons of the two Land Division rangers have no effect as the monster overpowers them. As Avishtick attempts to attack the two, the Silver Ranger arrives in his Adapter form to disrupt the monster.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
You're mine, Avishtick!
AVISHTICK:
Come get it, ranger!
[Avishtick fires his ticks at Silver, who dodges, leaving Cali unprotected.]
BLACK STAR RANGER:
Oh, no!
[The others fire their pistols to destroy the ticks, then get the citizens to safety as Silver continues to fight Avishtick, but the Black Ranger must go back to get Brie and Cali, who were left cowering in fear close to the fight, and tries to help. The monster fires more tick creatures toward the citizens, and Silver dodges...but Black steps in.]
Guardian Axe!
[The Black Ranger takes the hit, but one of the tick creatures latches onto Cali as the Black Ranger and Cali's parents try to help. Cali vanishes.]
STEVEN SIZEMORE AND BRIE SIZEMORE:
(in anguish)
Cali!
[Brie freaks out, and passes out as Steven comforts her. Black is heartbroken as Yellow approaches.]
BLACK STAR RANGER:
(heartbroken)
I...let...that monster get Cali!
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
It'll be okay, bro...we'll get them all back!
[Meanwhile, the Silver Ranger and the monster continue to battle. Silver tries to quickly form the Gatling Sniper, but is attacked by one of Avishtick's tick creatures.]
PINK STAR RANGER:
Oh, no!
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
Austin!
[The rangers watch helplessly as Silver vanishes (with Upacra watching as well).]
UPACRA:
Excellent! Let's go!
[Upacra and Avishtick vanish as well.]
RED STAR RANGER:
Don't worry, Mister Sizemore...we'll do everything to get you daughter and the others back from that monster!
EXT.-CITY-BEACH-DAY
[Heath, Melissa, and Aquios begin to search for where Avishtick is hiding the captured humans...and Austin.]
EXT.-FOREST-LAKE-DAY
[The Silver Ranger comes to, and notices that he is in a barred cage.]
UPACRA:
Ah, what's wrong?
[Upacra holds up Silver's morpher to taunt him.]
Can't do anything without this?
[An angered Silver Ranger clutches the bars, which absorbs some of his powers, which a tick creature on the cage drains energy from the captives.]
See...we left you morphed, so we can drain your Silver Ranger powers...and it'll be used to turn Avishtick's captives into beings like him!
[Upacra laughs maniacally as the Silver Ranger looks hopeless.]
INT.-FOREST-CAVE-DAY
[The Silver Ranger's drained powers envelop the captives in green as Avishtick watches along with Akui and Ingu.]
AKUI:
Soon, these pitiful humans will look just like Avishtick here...and will use their power to drain the Earth's water supply!
INGU:
(laughing)
And here, his mission is to protect the Earth...now, he will be the one to destroy it!
EXT.-FOREST-LAKE-DAY
[The Silver Ranger lets go of the bars, yelling in anguish.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
I don't believe you!
INT.-FOREST-CAVE-DAY
[With the plan going so well, Akui and Ingu take their leave. At the entrance, Heath, Melissa, and Aquios see Avishtick, and the captives.]
HEATH REGAN:
There they are!
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
But, where's Austin?
AQUIOS:
I don't see him! Melissa...you and I will go in there, and stall Avishtick...Heath...go find Austin.
[Heath agrees and takes his leave to go find their new comrade. The remaining two then "insta-morph." Suddenly, Avishtick is blasted by blue and pink laser beams from their "default" Adapted Star Pistols.]
EXT.-FOREST-LAKE-DAY
[Heath arrives, and sees the caged Silver Ranger.]
HEATH REGAN:
Austin!
UPACRA:
(sneaking up on the two)
We are capturing humans to turn them into ticks to use in draining the Earth of it's precious water! We have the mighty Silver Ranger...and soon, we'll have you and the other rangers too!
HEATH REGAN:
(as he prepares his morpher)
That'll be the day! Star Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
[The Red Ranger suit "flash-forms" over Heath's body, who then leaps in with his sword.]
INT.-FOREST-CAVE-DAY
[The Blue and Pink Rangers take on Avishtick as the Maxa siblings arrive in time to see them thrown against a wall. The Maxas see the captives, and race to the rescue.]
AVISHTICK:
Going somewhere!?
[Diego "insta-morphs," and uses his Guardian Axe to knock the monster into the "master tick" to free the captives.]
BLACK STAR RANGER:
Yeah...right through you!
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
(as the captives recover)
Come on everyone! Get to safety!
EXT.-FOREST-LAKE-DAY
[Meanwhile, the Red Ranger has a tough time using his sword against Upacra's claws. As the enemy charges, he is struck by a flying Avishtick when the others "throw" him out of the cave.]
BLACK STAR RANGER:
We'll get you out of here somehow, Austin!
SILVER STAR RANGER:
No...I am too ashamed. My powers being used in a evil plot!?
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
You are a part of a team, sir! You are a Power Ranger...just like us!
UPACRA:
(as he blasts Black and Yellow)
And just what are you two weaklings up to?
[The two rangers look up to see the other three being handled by Avishtick. All hope looks lost until the Silver Ranger powers up to explode out of the cage, and re-takes his morpher from Upacra with blinding speed.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
Star Sniper!
[The Silver Ranger uses his blaster to blast Avishtick and Upacra.]
Star Razor!
[The Silver Ranger then goes in for close melee fighting.]
Silver Star Slash!
[The Silver Ranger slices Upacra twice, then forms the Gatling Sniper by grabbing his morpher, opens it up before attaching it to his blaster. He then presses 8-4-8, and the red button to summon the Gatling Adapter. The device appears, and drops into his left hand. He then attaches it onto the blaster, and inserts a Dynamic Card upside down, and presses 4-7-4, and then the red button.]
Gatling Blast!
[Avishtick then explodes. Upacra summons the Cyclobats to make the monster revive and grow.]
Let me handle him.
[Silver's belt glows, revealing three new Star Cards for him...the Twin Lion Adapters...a Dynamic Card...and the LeoMax Card. He then inserts the Twin Lion Adapter card into his morpher, and presses 2-6-2 to summon the Adapters. The two then exit the card to merge with a blimp and a cruise ship to for the Griffin and Sea Lion Starzords. The monster then tries to step onto the other rangers, but is interrupted by the incoming Starzords, which blast him.]
Those are the Griffin and Sea Lion Starzords. Now, time for me to turn into the Lion Starzord.
[The Silver Ranger places his Zord Card into his morpher, presses 7-1-7, and the red button.]
Insert Card! Power Of The Guardians! Lion Adapter! Transform!
[The Silver Ranger closes the morpher, and immediately transforms into his Adapter form. The Adapter then enlarges, and merges with a large dump truck to transform into the massive Lion Starzord.]
Lion Starzord, On Duty!
[The Lion Starzord joins the other two Starzords (by crushing through some rocks). The Silver Ranger activates the LeoMax Card, by the code of 3-5-3 to form the LeoMax Megazord. Griffin and Sea Lion form the legs as the Lion forms the rest as the others look on with amazement.]
LeoMax Megazord, Protecting The Earth!
[The LeoMax and Avishtick face off against each other. The massive robot then picks up the monster, and tosses him aside in a hail of sparks. The monster then fires his tick creatures at the megazord, which cause sparks and smoke.]
Leo Kick!
[The Sea Lion leg kicks Avishtick then the Griffin Adapter is fired at the monster to strike him. The Megazord then uses the code of 9-1-9 to fire the...]
Leo Missiles!
[The entire megazord then charges through Avishtick.]
Lion Strike!
[The megazord then lands to make Avishtick cackle in red lightning bolts...collapse...and explode as the core rangers celebrate on the ground, and the megazord poses victoriously.]
INT.-CITY-HOSPITAL-PATIENT ROOM-DAY
[With the Sizemore family reunited, the Maxa siblings look on...with Diego sheading a tear.]
KYRIE MAXA:
You crying, bro?
DIEGO MAXA:
(hiding his tears)
No...just...something in my eye.
EXT.-CITY-HOSPITAL-NIGHT
[As the sun sets on another day, the team relaxes together, then head back to the base to get some much needed rest.]

ON THE NEXT EPISODE OF POWER RANGERS: STAR GUARDIANS...
Episode #26: Prisoner Of War
The Yomazho captures Admiral Crenshaw while he is taking a day off, and it is up to the rangers to save him. Later, during a battle against Slicadice, the Admiral returns the favor by joining his subordinates.
