[Gabe's voice calls everyone into Ops.]
voice of GABE CRENSHAW:
Rangers...to Operations...rangers...to Operations!
[The six officers hurry to the Operations Center.]
INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-OPERATIONS-DAY
[The six officers enter through the doors to meet with Gabe and McKenna.]
HEATH REGAN:
You called for us, sir?
GABE CRENSHAW:
The time has come for me to take my annual day off. McKenna will be in charge of the base...and...Austin...will be in charge out in the field. I will be back tonight.
AUSTIN BALDUCCI:
Thank you, sir...enjoy your day off.
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
Be careful, dad!
GABE CRENSHAW:
I will.
[As Gabe exits, he secretly plants a emergency transponder beacon (which looks like a normal shirt button) on himself.]
EXT.-UNDERGROUND-YOMAZHO LAIR-DAY
[The three villains prepare another plan. Soon, a lone Caprisect enters, and talks to Upacra.]
UPACRA:
I have some intelligence...the rangers' commander is in the forest...alone.
INGU:
This could work into our favor.
AKUI:
Agreed...send a platoon of Caprisects to capture him!
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[Later...Gabe, in rarely seen civilian clothing, wears a hiking backpack as he hikes through the forest. He then senses that he is being followed, but continues on. Suddenly, a platoon of Caprisects appear, and surround Gabe.]
GABE CRENSHAW:
So...you losers wanna play!?
[The Caprisects look at the Admiral like they're confused.]
So...let's play!
[Gabe lets loose, and starts to battle the minions. During the battle, he touches his transponder to activate it. He then delivers a roundhouse kick to a couple of the minions, then knocks a couple other Caprisects' heads together.]
INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-OPERATIONS-DAY
[The computer picks up the transponder's signal.]
McKENNA COHEN:
Rangers...the Admiral has activated his emergency beacon. He needs help! Your Star Cycles are ready.
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
Let's go!
[The six officers and McKenna exit the Operations Center, head to the hangar.]
INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-HANGAR BAY-DAY
[The six officers and McKenna enter the garage.]
McKENNA COHEN:
(near a silver Star Cycle)
Austin...this is your ride...the Silver Star Cycle.
AUSTIN BALDUCCI:
Cool! Let's ride, guys!
[The six officers put on their helmets, and get on their cycles. The six three-wheeled cycles start up, and depart the base.]
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[Gabe is busy battling the Caprisects. Suddenly, a bladed Yomazho Monster (SLICADICE, based upon Freddy Kruger of the Nightmare On Elm Street series) appears.]
GABE CRENSHAW:
So...they sent a monster to finish the job, huh?
SLICADICE:
I am Slicadice...and I'm gonna rip you to shreds!
GABE CRENSHAW:
That'll be the day!
[Gabe starts to move into a fighting stance as the six officers ride up on their cycles, and get off of them.]
'Bout time you guys came!
HEATH REGAN:
Wouldn't miss it for the world, sir!
[The core five officers battle the Caprisects unmorphed, as Austin goes to help Gabe battle Slicadice (unmorphed). Soon, the officers feel the need to morph.]
ALL CORE OFFICERS:
(as they insert their Morph Cards into their Star Morphers)
Star Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
AUSTIN BALDUCCI:
(as he inserts his Morph Card into his Star Cell Morpher)
Star Cell Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
[The ranger suits "flash-form" onto the six officers, then go into battle...with their secondary weapons. Soon, a couple of Caprisects catch Gabe, and chain him to a tree as another bounds his hands.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
The Admiral!
PINK STAR RANGER:
Dad!
[The Pink and Silver Rangers go to free Gabe as the Caprisects and Slicadice vanish in retreat.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
Sir! Are you okay!?
GABE CRENSHAW:
I am now. Thanks, guys!
INT.-UNDERGROUND-YOMAZHO LAIR-DAY
[Slicadice returns, and is berated by Akui for his failure to nab the rangers' leader.]
AKUI:
You have failed us, Slicadice!
SLICADICE:
I couldn't get their leader...the rangers showed up!
UPACRA:
I shall go with Slicadice to the surface...I have a little surprise for them!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The six officers and Gabe, who is riding on Heath's cycle behind him) ride through the city towards the base. Soon, the two enemies show themselves, making the rangers stop their cycles to get off.]
HEATH REGAN:
Stay with my cycle, sir.
[The six then stand together, and prepare their morphers and Morph Cards.]
ALL CORE OFFICERS:
Star Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
AUSTIN BALDUCCI:
Star Cell Morpher, Insert Card! Activate!
[The suits "fully-form" over the bodies of the six officers.]
RED STAR RANGER:
(posing)
Guardian Of The Stormy Sky! Red Star Ranger!
PINK STAR RANGER:
(posing)
Guardian Of The Breathtaking Sky! Pink Star Ranger!
BLACK STAR RANGER:
(posing)
Guardian Of The Rocky Land! Black Star Ranger!
YELLOW STAR RANGER:
(posing)
Guardian Of The Fertile Land! Yellow Star Ranger!
BLUE STAR RANGER:
(posing)
Guardian Of The Surging Sea! Blue Star Ranger!
SILVER STAR RANGER:
(posing)
Guardian Of The Beautiful Earth! Silver Star Ranger!
ALL RANGERS:
(posing)
Protectors Of Earth! Power Rangers: Star Guardians!
[Colored plumes of smoke errupt behind the six, followed by a massive fireball.]
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Guardian Weapons!
SILVER STAR RANGER:
Star Sniper!
[The six utilize their weapons to battle Slicadice and Upacra.]
UPACRA:
You fools are in for it now! Golems!
[The surprised rangers watch as the new minions quickly appear, and immediately go for the Admiral, who seems to be a sitting duck on the Red Star Cycle. The Red Ranger sees this, and goes to protect him.]
You finish this, Slicadice!
[Upacra vanishes to leave the monster to fight the rangers alone. Gabe then gets off of the cycle to help the Red Ranger, who is using his Guardian Sword to fight off the Golems. Gabe then delivers a couple more roundhouse kicks to finish off the Golems near him and the Red Ranger.]
RED STAR RANGER:
That got 'em!
[The five core rangers then want to form the cannon.]
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Guardian Cannon!
[The core rangers form the Guardian Cannon as the Silver Ranger grabs his morpher, and opens it up before attaching it to his blaster. He then presses 8-4-8, and the red button to summon the Gatling Adapter. The device appears, and drops into his left hand. He then attaches it onto the blaster, and inserts a Dynamic Card upside down, and presses 4-7-4, and then the red button.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
Gatling Blast!
[Several beams of energy are fired from the two weapons to make the monster cackle in burgundy lightning bolts to defeat Slicadice...but the Cyclobats appear, and revive the monster to make it grow.]
You guys call on your zords, and battle that big loser...I'll finish these Golems!
RED STAR RANGER:
Right!
ALL CORE RANGERS:
(with the five Starzords approaching, and the five rangers boarding them)
Starzords, Guardian Unity!
[The Snake Starzord's tail inserts into the back of the Tiger Starzord, and stands up. The Dragon Starzord lands on top as the Shark and Falcon Starzords form the arms, and attach. The head then 'pops' up.]
Star Megazord, On Guard!
[The megazord gets into position. The Red Ranger then calls upon the Hyper Megazord and all ten Guardian Adapters. The Star Megazord and Hyper Megazord combine, with the Hyper Megazord performing a hand-stand. The Adapters then attach onto the robot along with the five default Adapters.]
HyperStar Megazord, Ready To Go Another Round!
[The rangers immediately have problems battling Slicadice, who slices and dices the megazord to make it spark and smoke. As the Silver Ranger defeats the last Golem, he sees that the others need help.]
SILVER STAR RANGER:
(placing his Zord Card into his morpher, presses 7-1-7, and the red button)
Insert Card! Power Of The Guardians! Lion Adapter! Transform!
[The Silver Ranger closes the morpher, and immediately transforms into his Adapter form. The Adapter then enlarges, and merges with a large dump truck to transform into the massive Lion Starzord.]
Lion Starzord, On Duty!
Lion Roar!
[The Lion Starzord fires a barrage of missiles from his mane to strike Slicadice, but the monster still stands.]
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Hyper Strike!
SILVER STAR RANGER:
Lion Roar!
[Slicadice still stands after the effects of the Hyper Strike and the Lion Roar.]
That does it!
[The Silver Ranger inserts the Twin Lion Adapter card into his morpher, and presses 2-6-2 to summon the Adapters. The two then exit the card to merge with a blimp and a cruise ship to for the Griffin and Sea Lion Starzords. The Lion Starzord joins the other two Starzords. The Silver Ranger activates the LeoMax Card, by the code of 3-5-3 to form the LeoMax Megazord. Griffin and Sea Lion form the legs as the Lion forms the rest.]
LeoMax Megazord, Protecting The Earth!
[The LeoMax stands at the ready, then takes to the skies to charge through Slicadice.]
Lion Strike!
[Slicadice cackles in burgundy lightning bolts before collapsing and exploding. The core rangers celebrate in the HyperStar Megazord's cockpit, as the Silver Ranger is more reserved in the LeoMax Megazord.]
INT.-UNDERGROUND-YOMAZHO LAIR-NIGHT
[That night, the three villains are not happy as another of their plots to rule the Earth has failed. Ingu starts throwing around several wooden crates.]
INT.-MOUNTAINS-OPSCOMM-RECREACTION ROOM-NIGHT
[The six junior officers relax as Gabe enters the room.]
GABE CRENSHAW:
I just wanted to thank you guys for coming to my rescue today.
HEATH REGAN:
And thank you for helping us out there, sir.
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
Yeah!
GABE CRENSHAW:
Good job, everyone!
[Gabe exits the room. As the doors close, the team remarks how good of a fighter their leader is.]
HEATH REGAN:
Yeah...I saw him give some Golems a couple of roundhouse kicks!
MELISSA CRENSHAW:
Well...I learned my moves from the best!
[The team continues to discuss Gabe's martial arts skills (inaudibly).]
