INT.-OUTER SPACE-STAMPEDER-BRIDGE-DAY
[Prince Kraken is getting more and more angry at the rangers always ruining his plans of universal domination.]

PRINCE KRAKEN:
Those rangers have been a thorn in my side for nearly a whole year!

SANBO:
Do not worry...I have a Scallywag on his way to Angel Grove to turn up the heat!

PRINCE KRAKEN:
(sounding pleased)
He’d better be able do the job!

INT.-ANGEL GROVE-MOUNTAINS-POWER MOUNTAIN-HANGAR-DAY
[Brock, Kieran, Billy, and Hayley are in the hangar making some repairs to the galleon after the run in a few weeks prior with Dial.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE-MOUNTAINS-POWER MOUNTAIN-DAY
[The remaining four crewmen chat it up with their parents about Paco\Jokia.]

COLIN SCOTT:
I want to know.

JASON SCOTT:
Know What, son?

COLIN SCOTT:
Paco...and the truth!

JASON SCOTT:
Okay...the truth. After the war, and the scattering of the powers...Tommy and I, with the knowledge of Navix and the other remaining original rangers, recruited Paco for a special secret mission.

TOMMY OLIVER:
To perfectly fulfill the mission, he had to betray you, Colin...and the rest of the Angel Grove High Baseball team for the greater good of the universe in order to leave the team to go on the mission.

JASON SCOTT:
The secret mission was to obtain twenty missing Power Keys from Sanbo, and return to Earth. As a reward, Paco was given the Rebel Ranger powers. Paco separated himself from the Zangyu in order to return to Earth.

COLIN SCOTT:
I had no idea! I thought he was just...

JASON SCOTT:
But he was captured by Sanbo and Primus, and was brainwashed for his treachery...and given a monstrous new form...Jokia. After the encounter with him last week, we obtained the Rebel Key.

COLIN SCOTT:
So...we now have all of the keys that he had in our possession.

NIKKI BUCHANAN:
We have to get Paco, and restore his humanity.

TOMMY OLIVER:
(handing a box to Colin)
This is for Brock. Extra Key Locks. How did the Heroic Galleon Cannon perform?

COLIN SCOTT:
It is an excellent addition to our arsenal.

EXT.-ANGEL GROVE-DAY
[The skies darken with black clouds, followed by orange lightning bolts streaking across the base off the clouds. Fire then starts to rain down onto the city, setting multiple buildings on fire.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE-MOUNTAINS-POWER MOUNTAIN-DAY
[Nikki, who is watching a television, sees a news bulletin on the screen, and alerts the crew and parents to what is going on in the city.]

NIKKI BUCHANAN:
Guys! There’s trouble in the city!

[The alarm klaxon in the base sounds, and the four others rush in.]

BILLY CRANSTON:
Repairs to the galleon are done.

COLIN SCOTT:
Let’s go to work, guys!

[The six crewmen prepare their morphers and their Power Keys.]

ALL CREWMEN:
It’s Morphin’ Time!

voice of HERO MORPHER AND HERO CALLER:
Hero Power!

[The suits “fully-form” over the six.]

EXT.-ANGEL GROVE-DOWNTOWN-DAY
[The six rangers arrive and survey the situation.]

ALL RANGERS:
(posing)
Heroes Setting Sail For Adventure! Power Rangers, hya!

SILVER HERO RANGER:
(as her uses his morpher to summon the Tri-Legend)
I will use the Tri-Legend to put out the fires!

[The Tri-Legend emerges from the time portal, and the Silver Ranger leaps up into the zord.]

YELLOW HERO RANGER:
The Lightspeed Rangers had a weapon that can put out fires.

RED HERO RANGER:
Great idea!

[The core rangers utilize their morphers and Lightspeed Keys to change-up into the Lightspeed Rangers.]

voice of HERO MORPHER:
Lightspeed Power!

ALL CORE RANGERS:
Thermo Blasters!

[The rangers utilize the Thermo Blasters to put out spot fires. As soon as the smoke clears, the rangers see the source of the chaos...a volcanic-like Scallywag, known as Lord Specter! Soon, the Silver Ranger re-joins the others as they all use their morphers and keys the change-up.]

voice of HERO MORPHER AND HERO CALLER:
Kendo Power!

[The rangers use their Kendo Razors and Solar Dagger, and use their elemental powers on Lord Specter, but only the Blue Ranger’s elemental power of water works on him, but the Scallywag uses his claws to strike the rangers, and knocks them out of morph. The six are forced to retreat.]

INT.-OUTER SPACE-STAMPEDER-BRIDGE-DAY
[Kraken does a happy dance around the room as he is pleased that the rangers were forced to retreat.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE-MOUNTAINS-POWER MOUNTAIN-DAY
[The six crewmen are at the base, trying to figure out the best way to defeat Lord Specter. On the monitors, Tommy gets a good look at the Scallywag, and realizes what the rangers are up against.]

TOMMY OLIVER:
Lord Specter could be Dark Specter’s son.

BILLY CRANSTON:
The resemblance is uncanny. Might I suggest using water or ice-based attacks.

HAYLEY OLIVER:
When you guys used the Kendo Powers on him, the DeAndre’s water-based attacks had some effect on him.

BROCK CRANSTON:
Yeah!

KIERAN OLIVER:
Various Blue Rangers have water-based attacks...the Wild Force, Wind, Mystic, Star, Galaxy, and Kendo. Even the White Mystic Ranger has the powers of ice and snow.

[With a new sense of confidence, the six crewmen head back into battle.]

EXT.-ANGEL GROVE-DOWNTOWN-DAY
[The six crewmen return to the scene. With their morphers and keys, the six morph into Hero Rangers.]

ALL CREWMEN:
It’s Morphin’ Time!

voice of HERO MORPHER AND HERO CALLER:
Hero Power!

[The suits “fully-form” over the six.]

RED HERO RANGER:
(posing)
Red Ranger!

BLUE HERO RANGER:
(posing)
Blue Ranger!

YELLOW HERO RANGER:
(posing)
Yellow Ranger!

GREEN HERO RANGER:
(posing)
Green Ranger!

PINK HERO RANGER:
(posing)
Pink Ranger!

SILVER HERO RANGER:
(posing)
Silver Ranger!

ALL RANGERS:
(posing)
Heroes Setting Sail For Adventure! Power Rangers, hya!

LORD SPECTER:
You weaklings, again!? Foilers! Scurvies! Attack!

[The rangers summon their weapons, and charge into battle against the minions, and defeat them after a few minutes. Soon, the rangers put their plan into action.]

RED HERO RANGER:
Let’s give this hot-head a chill-pill!

[The six utilize their morphers and various Blue Ranger Power Keys.]

voice of HERO MORPHER:
Star Power! Kendo Power! Mystic Power! Galaxy Power! Storm Power!

[The Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, and Pink Hero Rangers change-up into the Blue Star, Kendo, Mystic, Galaxy, and Wind Rangers.]

voice of HERO CALLER:
(as the Silver Ranger changes-up into the Blue Wild Force Ranger)
Wild Force Power!

[The six Blue Rangers use their weapons and special attack moves against Lord Specter, whose orange lava flow areas are now cool blue. The rangers revert to their Hero Ranger forms.]

RED HERO RANGER:
Let’s power up!

The six rangers then insert their own Power Key into the morpher, and then the Golden Anchor Key into the bottom of the device. The armor forms over them. Each core ranger has ranger “heads” of their corresponding color on them. The “butt” end of their cutlasses extend downward to form staffs.]

ALL RANGERS:
Hero Rangers...Golden Armor Mode!

[The six rangers then use their staffs to rush-strike Lord Specter, the use their staffs to form a giant bowgun, and execute their finisher.]

Heroic Hexa-Blast!

[A massive beam of energy is fired to hit Lord Specter. He cackles in multi-colored energy bolts that correspond to the ranger colors, and is defeated. The rangers celebrate as they revert to their default forms.]

INT.-OUTER SPACE-STAMPEDER-BRIDGE-DAY
[Kraken is very upset and angry.]

PRINCE KRAKEN:
Kyatsu!

KYATSU:
(as she presses controls on the panel)
Here we grow!

EXT.-OUTER SPACE-STAMPEDER-DAY
[Twin pink beams are fired at the Earth.]

EXT.-ANGEL GROVE-DOWNTOWN-DAY
[The twin pink beams hit Lord Specter and the five Scurvies to revive and enlarge them. The Red Ranger grabs his Hero Morpher, and presses “5-5-0-1-*” to summon the galleon. The galleon arrives, and drops the drag chains to pick up the core rangers.]

RED HERO RANGER:
‭Powerzords...Deploy!

[The galleon opens up to release the other four Powerzords. The rangers board their zords, and go to work. The four zords blast lasers at two of the Scurvies, who spark and flail.]

ALL RANGERS:
‭Powerzords, Unify! ‬Hero Megazord!

RED HERO RANGER:
Let's get to work!

ALL CORE RANGERS:
Heroic Power Bomber!

[The rangers insert the Star Keys to call for the Star Cards to summon the Guardian Adapters.]

Heroic Adapter Strike!

[The finisher weakens Lord Specter. Suddenly, the Tri-Legend Megazord arrives, and the two megazords join together to form the Heroic Legend Megazord.]

ALL RANGERS:
Heroic Legend Megazord! Heroic Dino Drill!

[The attack makes Lord Specter explode into a zillion pieces, destroying him. The Rangers celebrate in the cockpit.]

INT.-OUTER SPACE-STAMPEDER-BRIDGE-DAY
[Prince Kraken faints in his chair at yet another defeat. Suddenly, a call comes over the monitor from a shadowed being.]

SHADOWED BEING:
I am on my way for a visit, and to bring a gift. Those Power Rangers shall be defeated, and the universe will belong to the Zangyu Empire!

[After the transmission ends, the four Zangyu leaders have a sheer look of fear on their faces.]

SANBO:
(worried)
He’s coming!

INT.-ANGEL GROVE-MOUNTAINS-POWER MOUNTAIN-NIGHT
[At the base, everyone relaxes...until Tommy, Hayley, and Billy enter.]

TOMMY OLIVER:
I hate to ruin everyone’s post-battle party...but the base computers intercepted a transmission directed at the Stampeder.

[The message plays on the monitors, but it the audio is garbled, and the video is distorted.]

voice of SHADOWED BEING:
I’m on...way...to bring...gift. Those...rangers...defeated...universe...belong to...Zangyu...

[Even though the crewmen do not know who is in the video, they know that it only means trouble, and they look concerned.]

‭Kieran's morpher gets eaten by the new Scallywag, Zayuka. Without his morpher, Kieran is in a bind, and can’t transform, or fight. The worrying Kieran runs into a delivery man from a Chinese Restaurant, who turns out to be none other than the former Red Chi Ranger!
