EXT.-CITY-INDUSTRIAL ZONE-DAY
[The three Paleozords combine together, and the five core team members enter the cockpit already morphed. The five control the robot to try to snap Chikyu out of the mind control.]
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Paleo Megazord! Ready To Roar!
RED PALEO RANGER:
Snap out of it, Chikyu!
KEN FERRADAY:
Guys! Form the Paleo Saber!
[The weapon forms from the right arm of the megazord so that it can swordfight with Chikyu.]
PINK PALEO RANGER:
Ken! Try to get that Shrink-Sphere from Lukuro!
KEN FERRADAY:
Of course! To shrink Chikyu down to size! Ptera Baton!
[Ken charges at Lukuro, who is shielded by Yudosu, who fires his bowgun. Ken recovers, and charges again. Above them, Chikyu grabs the megazord’s saber, and impales herself to end the madness.]
CHIKYU:
(weakened)
It’s okay, rangers...it’s...it’s...for the best. It has been an honor.
ALL RANGERS:
(yelling in agony)
Chikyu!
[Chikyu starts to spark, and cackle in blue energy bolts, starts to collapse backward. All of a sudden, a flash of light envelops the megazord cockpit...and the rangers.]
VISION:
[In a “white light” vision, Chikyu talks to the five core team members (who are now demorphed).]
CHIKYU:
I knew that this day would come. Everything associated with the Davros Legion must be destroyed...I am no exception. Before I arrived on Earth, Sentry and I were created by Master Davros to destroy planets in the galaxy. My father, Sentry was sent to Y’Nos...the planet studied by Doctor Armstrong...and I was sent to Earth. Once seeing the beauty and nature of the dinosaurs, I could not destroy it, and vowed to protect the Earth and all of it’s rightful inhabitants.
EXT.-CITY-INDUSTRIAL ZONE-DAY
[The vision ends as the megazord holds Chikyu’s lifeless body. On the ground, Ken sinks to his hands and knees in shock and sadness. Yudosu tries to attack Ken, but Eli and his hard head get in the way...which angers the DavroMon.]
ELI:
Going somewhere?
[Rezi then has Lukuro upside-down, with her pouch wide open, and the contents falling out...including the Shrink-Sphere, which rolls to Ken.]
REZI:
Ken...grab the Shrink-Sphere!
[Ken grabs the device, and throws it at the enlarged Chikyu to shrink her down to size, landing in the hand of the megazord.]
IXILON:
What do you think you three are doing?
[Ixilon tries to blast the three team members, but Eli uses his powers of illusion to make them and the megazord vanish.]
SENTRY:
It’s no use, rangers...you’re too late.
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[Maria arrives to find everyone standing around a petrified Chikyu. All nine team members are saddened and in shock. Tyson and Chris sink to their knees, and touch Chikyu’s body.]
MARIA ARMSTRONG:
Is he...?
ELI:
She has not taken a spirit form yet...her...death...seems to be complete.
[Members of the team cry...but Tyson slams his fist into the ground in anger.]
INT.-ANTARCTICA-FROZEN CASTLE-DAY
[Looking at his hand, Sentry then addresses the War Knights.]
SENTRY:
Master Davros is more satisfied than ever before. Now that the rangers are without their trusted mentor, they will be gunning for us.
D’GOL:
Ixilon...I want to help in the next battle...I thirst for anger!
IXILON:
Why all of a sudden?
D’GOL:
You’ve earned my respect, Ixie. I want to absorb anger from those pitiful rangers.
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[The team puts Chikyu’s body into the cargo bed of Robbie’s truck, and covers her with a tarp.]
ROBBIE MENDOZA:
We vow to avenge your death.
DARIC KAYSON:
No...hate and anger won’t help our cause...it may revive Master Davros.
[Daric approaches Chikyu’s body, and pulls back the tarp a bit.]
Chikyu...I am glad that you came into our lives.
[Daric takes off his amber necklace, and places it in Chikyu’s chest.]
It’s okay. I just learned that my dad and Chikyu were friends.
[Daric’s necklace begins to glow brightly, reacting to something. Rezi and Eli pull their stones out.]
REZI:
We have been searching for these all over the world for Chikyu and the tenth Paleozord.
DARIC KAYSON:
Chris...what about your stone?
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
I left it back at the Sacred Ground.
ELI:
We may be able to revive Chikyu...but we need to hurry!
[Suddenly, the group gets blasted by Ixilon, D’Gol, Yudosu, and a few MaZoDe.]
IXILON:
(taunting)
Going somewhere!?
ELI:
(while flanked by Rezi and Maria)
You guys go...We will handle this!
[As the main six depart, the MaZoDe charge. The three prepare to fight, with Maria blasting her sidearm. All three perform flips while punching and kicking. The trio steps forward, and utilize their batteries and morphers.]
ALL THREE:
Let’s Rock!
[The suits fly around the trio, and form onto their bodies, and they perform their roll calls.]
CYAN PALEO WARRIOR:
(posing with colored explosions)
The Steel Hero! Cyan Paleo Warrior!
GRAY PALEO WARRIOR:
(posing with colored explosions)
The Hammering Hero! Gray Paleo Warrior!
PURPLE PALEO RANGER:
(posing with colored explosions)
The Marine Hero! Purple Paleo Ranger!
ALL RANGERS:
(posing with colored explosions followed by a fireball)
We Are The Bravest Heroes! Power Rangers...Paleo Strike!
[The Purple Ranger continues fighting with her Paleo Cannon in it’s Bayonet Mode. The Cyan and Gray Warriors continue to use their strength skills on the MaZoDe.]
IXILON:
D’Gol...Yudosu...go after the other rangers!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The six hurry down the road. Robbie is driving his truck with Miko in the passenger seat, and Chikyu’s body in the cargo bed, with Daric, Chris, and Tyson riding their Dino Cycles. Miko looks out of the window of the door of the truck, sees trouble...Yudosu on his motorcycle.]
MIKO INOUE:
We got company!
[Miko fires her blaster at the DavroMon. Suddenly, the Gold Ranger leaps over the truck on his Dino Cycle to pre-occupy Yudosu.]
GOLD PALEO RANGER:
Keep going, guys!
[The Gold Ranger keeps Yudosu busy...until D’Gol uses a lightning-based attack to send the Gold Ranger flying, and rolling off of the Dino Cycle with explosions. He is then forced to swordfight D’Gol upon recovering to his feet.]
INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[The core team members have Chikyu’s body on the center table, and place various amber stones on her chest, which glow. Miko places her hand on Chikyu’s chest near her heart, and feels the mentor’s Paleo Spirit. Daric puts his hand on Miko’s followed by the other three, and all begin humming a melody. Chikyu absorbs the power from the base, awakens, and fully recovers.]
CHIKYU:
(returning Daric’s amulet)
I believe this is yours, Daric. I thank you all.
DARIC KAYSON:
That’s it! I know how to access the true power of the Carnivore Battlizer!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The Gold Ranger is blasted aside, and is stalked by Yudosu on his cycle as he tries to recover. The DavroMon is then blasted by the the other main team members (except for Daric, who is missing), and is sent rolling.]
MIKO INOUE:
Ken! We got her back in time!
GOLD PALEO RANGER:
Great news indeed! Where’s Daric?
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
He’ll catch up with us in a little while.
[The four utilize their batteries and morphers.]
ALL:
Let’s Rock!
[The suits fly around the quartet, and form onto their bodies as they and the Gold Ranger charge into battle.]
EXT.-QUARRY-DAY
[The “secondary rangers” battle more MaZoDe and Cambeasts. Ixilon blasts the trio to send them rolling onto the ground. Mini-Ty arrives, and attacks Ixilon, then rejoins an angry-looking Daric, leaps up to his shoulder.]
IXILON:
Red Ranger!
DARIC KAYSON:
Your little plan to take out Chikyu failed! And now...it’s payback time! Let’s Rock!
[Daric inserts his Paleo Charger into his blaster, and spins the barrel before squeezing the trigger. The Red Ranger then grabs Mini-Ty, and transforms it into the CarniBlaster. He closes the mouth of the device to activate his Battlizer while dodging blasts from Ixilon.]
RED PALEO RANGER:
Battle Up!
[The armor forms onto the Red Ranger suit.]
RED CARNIVORE RANGER:
The Overcharged Hero! Red Carnivore Ranger!
[As the Red Ranger charges, Ixilon grabs his sword, then blaster to attack the Red Ranger as the other four continue to battle the minions. Chikyu then joins the four rangers.]
CHIKYU:
Daric! Go for it!
RED CARNIVORE RANGER:
Battle Change! Three...Five...One! Fire!
[The Red Ranger inserts the three batteries into the CarniBlaster one-by-one, and fires the weapon to allow weapon attachments to form onto his arms...a mini Stego Shield on his right hand, and a mini Tricera Drill on his left.
Red Carnivore Ranger...Paleo Mode!
[The Red Ranger charges while dodging and shielding a palm-blast from Ixilon. The Red Ranger attacks the War Knight of Hate with his attachments to send Ixilon flying.]
Battle Change! Seven...Five...One! Fire!
[The Red Ranger inserts the three batteries into the CarniBlaster one-by-one, and fires the weapon to allow weapon attachments to form onto his arms...a mini Kylo Smasher forms onto his right hand.]
Red Carnivore Ranger...Defender Mode!
[Ixilon sends the MaZoDe and Cambeasts to fight the Red Ranger, who powers up his Tricera Drill arm, and stabs the ground to make rocks fly, then slams them with the Kylo Smasher arm to take out the minions.]
Battle Change! Seven...Eight...One!
[The Red Ranger inserts the three batteries into the CarniBlaster one-by-one, and fires the weapon to allow weapon attachments to form onto his arms...a mini Pachy Mace forms onto his right hand.]
Red Carnivore Ranger...Hammer Mode!
[The Red Ranger faces more minions, who blast him while he dodges. The Red Ranger then slams the Pachy Mace arm to take out more minions.]
PURPLE PALEO RANGER:
Daric is fighting just like the various modes of the Paleo Megazord!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The other main rangers continue to battle Yudosu. The core four get into a formation where the Black and Pink Rangers stand on the shoulders of the Blue and Green Rangers, and get ready to fire their blasters. The Gold Ranger places three of his batteries into his Ptera Baton, closes and activates the weapons. The five execute a combined attack, and defeat Yudosu.]
EXT.-QUARRY-DAY
[Chikyu and the “secondary rangers” defeat several minions, and pose in front of an explosion.]
RED CARNIVORE RANGER:
Battle Change! Two...Four...One! Fire!
[The Red Ranger inserts the three batteries into the CarniBlaster one-by-one, and fires the weapon to allow weapon attachments to form onto his arms...a mini Para forms on his right hand, and a mini Velo forms onto his left hand.]
Red Carnivore Ranger...Blade Mode!
[The Red Ranger uses the attachments to battle more MaZoDe, then blasts Ixilon. He then reverts to the Battlizer’s Paleo Mode.]
Paleo Carnivore Finish!
[The Red Ranger defeats Ixilon. A bit later, a weakened Ixilon stumbles around in some grass, and is attacked by a taunting D’Gol.
IXILON:
(weakened)
D’Gol...help...me!
D’GOL:
I’ll help you alright! And help myself!
[D’Gol releases his armor from his Cambeast host, which collapses into a pile of goo, and the armor forms onto the new host...Ixilon.]
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[The nine team members meet with Chikyu, who thanks them.]
CHIKYU:
I want to thank all of you...but...after all of what has happened the last few days...why do you still want to follow me?
DARIC KAYSON:
You told us how you came to Earth many centuries ago...and how you defied orders from Master Davros to defend the planet. On behalf of my eight comrades...you are still our mentor.
[The statement from Daric moves Chikyu to tears of happiness.]
CHIKYU:
I do love the Earth, and all of it’s rightful inhabitants.
[Suddenly, Daric’s amber necklace flashes wildly, and everyone is curious as to why. TO BE CONTINUED...]

Episode #38: Amber Secrets (5)
The team learns more of the amber stones, and how they are fragments of the Guardian Paleozords that are the key to accessing the tenth Paleozord, Brachio. Miko tells of an old friend that may have a stone.
