EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Kiana sees Tyson off after a Kendo Club meeting.]
KIANA:
Don't forget...I'll pick you up for practice tomorrow morning. I'll make us some lunch.
[Kiana walks away from Tyson, who tries to say something to her, but she is a great distance away.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
You don't...need to do that.
[Tyson thinks to himself.]
After fighting the Davros Legion the last few months, and now that they are nearly decimated, there is finally peace in the city.
INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[Later that day, Chikyu talks to the team.]
CHIKYU:
Rangers...I am pleased to tell you that the new Armstrong Labs is nearly ready.
[The team seems pleased.]
MIKO INOUE:
The only Davros members left are Candelira and Lukuro...not really a threat.
CHIKYU:
Any member of the Davros Legion is a threat...no matter how weak they may seem.
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Agreed! They have proven to be troublesome in the past.
INT.-CITY-KIRKLAND RANCH-NIGHT
[Tyson lays down to go to sleep, and starts to dream.]
TYSON'S DREAM
[Tyson wakes up to see Kiana with her head on his shoulder, and is surprised to see that the two are on a apparent date. Soon, the other Kendo Club members rush, and start beating on Tyson in a mob-mentality style. Soon, Kiana transforms into Lukuro, startling Tyson a bit. Even when Tyson tries to explain himself, it doesn't work.]
INT.-CITY-KIRKLAND RANCH-DAY
[At dawn, Tyson wakes up.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
I can't believe I had that nightmare again!
INT.-CITY-DAY
[Later that morning, a haggard Tyson walks down the sidewalk. Because of that nightmare, he still looks very tired as Kiana grabs him by the arm.]
KIANA:
Tyson! I thought we were going to meet at your place! Are you okay?
[Tyson turns, and walks off, ignoring Kiana, who looks worried.]
INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[Tyson talks to Chikyu and Miko about the dream.]
MIKO INOUE:
Tyson! You look awful!
TYSON KIRKLAND:
I think I'm having the same nightmare over and over. The thing is...I'm so tired, I don't think I can fight if the Davros show up.
[Soon, Daric arrives.]
DARIC KAYSON:
I've been trying to take a nap...but I keep getting woken up by the same dream. Something where Lukuro showed up!
[Chris and Robbie teleport in, both yawning.]
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
Some nightmare!
ROBBIE MENDOZA:
Lukuro was in it!
[The core guys sit at the table, all look very exhausted.]
MIKO INOUE:
I wonder why I haven't had any nightmares yet?
[Suddenly, Chikyu senses an attack...but the only one ready to fight is Miko, while the others try to sleep at the table.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Several MaZoDe converge on a group of teens, who flee in fear. The five core rangers arrive...but only the Pink Ranger is putting up a real fight against the minions. She turns to see the others...who are not doing so well in battle. The male rangers are too tired, and weak. Suddenly, someone blasts the MaZoDe...it's the Gold Ranger...but his entrance is less than spectacular.]
PINK PALEO RANGER:
Ken!
[At the bottom of the steps, he collapses into slumber after blasting the others with his morpher. The Pink Ranger checks on the Gold Ranger, who is flat on his back...he's sleeping, and having the dream. The others surround Gold as well, and try waking him up. The Gold Ranger sits up, and exudes a pink cloud of smoke from his head, and manifests into Lukuro and the latest DavroMon...NIGHTMARIUS.]
NIGHTMARIUS:
Ow! What was that for!?
[Lukuro is dressed up as Ken's superior from centuries ago...and Nightmarius is feeling a bit dizzy, but faces the rangers, who try blasting the DavroMon.]
Memory Foam Pillow!
[The pillow absorbs the blasts. The Pink Ranger tries to charge at Nightmarius.]
Full-Body Pillow! Sleep tight!
[The Pink Ranger is hit with the pillow, and she falls asleep upon hitting the ground. Nightmarius and Lukuro stand over the Pink Ranger, and the others are too tired to even put up a fight. The two enemies turn into a pink cloud, and enter the Pink Ranger's mind.]
PINK RANGER'S NIGHTMARE
[The Pink Ranger experiences the bad scenery, including Lukuro dressed up as the Red Ranger. Soon, Nightmarius shows up, throws a pillow down next to the Pink Ranger, which glows red, and envelops her into a massive fireball. Suddenly, the power of the Oviraptor Paleo Charger's stench is let loose, waking up the Pink Ranger.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The Pink Ranger wakes up, with Lukuro and Nightmarius being ejected from the Pink Ranger's body. Both sides recover from the gas, but the nightmare has taken it's toll on the Pink Ranger, who collapses in exhaustion.]
NIGHTMARIUS:
Who ever head of waking someone up with tear gas!? Oh, well! Every time you sleep, I can invade your dreams until you cannot stand at all!
[Lukuro and Nightmarius then retreat as the six rangers try their best to recover.]
INT.-SACRED GROUND-NIGHT
[That night, the six team members try their best to stay awake...no matter how tired they are.]
MIKO INOUE:
It's no use! We can't stay awake forever!
INT.-CITY-KIRKLAND RANCH-NIGHT
[Tyson tries to focus on Kendo with a single target. He tries his best to concentrate to hit the dummy...but cannot due to his sheer exhaustion.
EXT.-CITY-NIGHT
[Robbie blasts his truck's radio with the windows up, and takes sips of an energy drink from a aluminum can.]
INT.-CITY-MIKO'S HOUSE-NIGHT
[Miko tries reading her Magna, but starts to doze off a bit before catching herself...then drinks some tea.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK-NIGHT
[Daric, Chris, and Ken take turns trying to keep each other awake.]
INT.-CITY-KIRKLAND RANCH-NIGHT
[Tyson continues to try his Kendo skills...and is still missing the dummy.]
INT.-CITY-KIRKLAND RANCH-DAY
[At sunrise, an extremely exhausted Tyson, on his knees, tries to stand, but wobbles. He suddenly gets a call from Daric.]
voice of DARIC KAYSON:
Ty...Robbie's not answering his Buckle-Comm!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[In his truck, Robbie is twitching...he's having a nightmare.]
INT.-CITY-KIRKLAND RANCH-DAY
[Tyson tries to depart, but stumbles and falls. He recovers to his feet, and stumble-walks away. He then collapses, but Kiana catches him.]
KIANA:
Look...I don't know what's going on, but maybe this will help.
[Kiana gives Tyson a travel mug.]
It's my special home-made energy drink.
[Tyson looks at Kiana, giving her a mental "thank you," and leaves.]
EXT.-CITY-CONSTRUCTION SITE-DAY
[The four remaining "able" team members enter the area in a brown cloud of Oviraptor stench carrying Robbie...and all collapse to their "seats."]
CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
Oviraptor can't even keep us awake anymore!
[The four force Robbie awake, which forces Nightmarius and Lukuro to leave his mind in a pink cloud of smoke.]
NIGHTMARIUS:
Explodo-pillow!
[Nightmarius tries to use his explosive pillow, but Tyson's arrival interrupts him.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Hold it right there!
[Tyson, in his Kendo attire, armed with his Kendo stick walks toward the DavroMon. Tyson raises Kiana's travel mug, and twists the cap, pouring the thick, green liquid into the cap. The drink looks awful, but Tyson drinks it up, and promptly spits it out.]
Ugh! That's vile! But...it might just have done the trick.
[Tyson fires his Paleo Blaster at the two enemies.]
NIGHTMARIUS:
Memory Foam Pillow!
[The DavroMon uses the pillow to absorb the blasts as Tyson uses his Dino Blade, and performs his move to impale the pillow and hit Nightmarius. Tyson rushes to grab his sword, then gives the travel mug to the others.]
TYSON KIRKLAND:
Here...drink this!
[Tyson's five comrades look less-than-enthusiastic, but drink the concoction anyway, and suddenly have lots of energy.]
DARIC KAYSON:
(grabbing his Paleo Charger)
Let's get to work, guys!
[The other five grab for their Paleo Chargers. All six activate their batteries.]
ALL:
Let's Rock!
[The six place their batteries into their devices, and trigger the devices. The suits fly around the main six, and form onto their bodies. the rangers perform their roll calls.]
RED PALEO RANGER:
Red Paleo Ranger!
BLACK PALEO RANGER:
Black Paleo Ranger!
BLUE PALEO RANGER:
Blue Paleo Ranger!
GREEN PALEO RANGER:
Green Paleo Ranger!
PINK PALEO RANGER:
Pink Paleo Ranger!
GOLD PALEO RANGER:
Gold Paleo Ranger!
ALL RANGERS:
(posing in front of a fireball)
Power Rangers...Paleo Strike!
[The six rangers charge at Nightmarius and Lukuro with their bladed weapons, and swarm the DavroMon. The Green Ranger loads a Paleo Charger into his Dino Blade, and charges while the others blast. The five blasts hit the DavroMon, followed by a slash from the Green Ranger. Nightmarius rolls to Lukuro in defeat.]
LUKURO:
(as she sprays water onto the DavroMon)
Grow!
[Nightmarius enlarges, forcing the rangers to call on their Paleozords.]
ALL RANGERS:
Paleozords...arise!
[The six Paleozords arrive.]
voice of CHIKYU:
Daric...the second lab is ready...Plessie is on his way!
[The Plesio Paleozord arrives, transforms into the Plesio Battlezord.]
RED PALEO RANGER:
Ty...the Paleo Megazord is all yours!
[The Paleo Megazord-Claw Mode is formed, and the two megazords stand side-by-side with the forming Ptera Megazord.]
GOLD PALEO RANGER:
Ptera Cannon!
RED PALEO RANGER:
Plesio Power Punch!
GREEN PALEO RANGER:
Paleo Claw Spin!
[The three-way attack quickly takes down Nightmarius, who cackles in red energy bolts, and explodes as the three megazords pose victoriously, and the rangers celebrating in the cockpit.]
EXT.-QUARRY-DAY
[The rangers and Chikyu then go after a running Lukuro, who is trying to get away. Suddenly, clouds roll in, and the skies darken. Green energy bolts hit the rangers to cause an explosion. On a ridge...Sentry, Candelira, D'Gol, and Aigar appear.]
RED PALEO RANGER:
Whoa! I thought...
SENTRY:
Good job, Lukuro for a job well done. You have found a weakness in the rangers!
[The rangers recover to their feet, and are in shock to see that the Davros Legion had survived.]
See you soon, rangers!
[The five villains then teleport out, leaving the rangers in disbelief. The skies then return to normal daylight.]
