EXT.-OUTER SPACE-DAY {2012}
[The deepness of outer space is quiet...including on the Space Command Space Station.]
voice of NARRATOR:
The day is December twenty-first, twenty twelve...just over a year ago, the Star Guardian Rangers and Space Command had defeated the likes of The Alliance, Yomazho, and the Atlantron Empire. After the defeat of the traitorous Trijira, everyone celebrated the victory on the Space Command Space Station.
INT.-OUTER SPACE-SPACE COMMAND SPACE STATION-BANQUET ROOM-DAY {2011}
[The crowd rejoices.]
GABE CRENSHAW:
I would also like to announce several promotions. As you may know, I have already promoted Officer Heath Regan to Lieutenant. I would like to now promote Officers Melissa Crenshaw...Diego Maxa...Kyrie Maxa...and Aquios to the ranks of Lieutenant. Lastly...I would also like to promote Sergeant Austin Balducci to the rank of Commander. Now...let's party!
[The crowd parties until an officer enters the room to hand Gabe a note.]
Everyone...attention please!
[The crowd stops the party in it's tracks.]
I have just been informed, that a massive fleet of ships is heading this way, and there is no contact with the lead vessel. We do not know if they are friend...or foe. The ships will arrive in a matter of a few days.
voice of NARRATOR:
The party went well, until Admiral Gabriel Crenshaw received an urgent message from one of his officers...an alien armada was fast approaching Earth.
[The crowd is concerned as they leave the room in a semi-panic, and the six officers look very concerned, as they all stand in a row on the stage, and go for their morphers. An armada of alien ships approach the station, now evacuated, and totally empty. Several of the lead ships open fire with green lasers onto the station, which then explodes into a massive fireball as debris flies everywhere.]
Space Command launched patrol ships, but were no match for the powerful alien ships, which got through a blockade, and destroyed the station to advance onto Earth.
SCURVY:
(laughing)
So much for Space Command's space station! Next stop, Earth!
[The alien armada continues on toward Earth.]
EXT.-ANGEL GROVE-CITY-DAY {2012}
[The armada of ships hover over the city, fire on buildings as innocent civilians flee in fear.]
EXT.-ANGEL GROVE-INDUSTRIAL ZONE-DAY {2012}
[On the ground, the army of silver minions, known as FOILERS, led by several blue minions, known as SCURVIES, head towards the Quarry with their blasters.]
EXT.-QUARRY-DAY {2012}
[Several groups of humanoids run in, join already morphed rangers. as the Foilers and Scurvies arrive.]
RED AGENT RANGER:
If it's a fight they want, then it is a fight they'll get! Ranger Up!
[A golden glow of light transforms the humanoids into their ranger suits. A couple multi-split-screens feature the suits forming onto the rangers.]
ALL RANGERS:
(posing)
We Are The Power Rangers...Defenders Against Evil!
RED STAR RANGER:
Here they come...everyone, get ready!
[For the rangers that choose to fight with them, the weapons appear from hammerspace into their hands. Some rangers also choose to fight in hand-to-hand combat. The vast group of over two hundred rangers prepare to fight the thousands of minions. The immense wall of gray Foilers and blue Scurvies contrast against the colorful rangers.]
LEAD SCURVY:
The Power Rangers! Destroy them!!!
[The Foilers prepare for battle as do the rangers. Both sides charge.]
RED STAR RANGER:
Let's go, rangers!
[The Star Rangers lead the charge with their Guardian Weapons. The chaos of the very large battle fills the screen as the Red Star Ranger, the White Royal Ranger, Red Beast Ranger, Red Kendo Ranger, Yellow Space Ranger, Pink Space Ranger, Pink Royal Ranger, Red Lightspeed Ranger, Red Wild Force Ranger all battle individually.]
ALL WILD FORCE RANGERS:
Wild Force!
[All six Wild Force Rangers then leap up with their Crystal Sabers and Lunar Cue.]
RED GALAXY RANGER:
(while handling his Quasar Saber)
Galaxy Firepower!
[The Red Galaxy Ranger then uses his firepower to burn several Foilers. The five Jet Rangers then use their wings fly in above the battle. The Red Jungle Ranger and Red Turbo Ranger battle some Foilers.]
RED AQUITIAN RANGER:
Aquitian Sword!
RED WIND RANGER:
Ninja Sword!
[The two rangers unsheathe their swords as the other ninja rangers use a "Ninja Streak" attack.]
GREEN MORPHIN RANGER:
Dragon Dagger!
QUANTUM TIME FORCE RANGER:
Quantum Defender!
[The two rangers blast a few Foilers.]
GREEN MORPHIN RANGER:
(playfully taunting)
And you said that your Q-Rex can eat my Dragonzord for lunch!?
QUANTUM TIME FORCE RANGER:
Come on! I said that a decade ago!
[The Red Agent Ranger sees the armada of ships over them.]
LEAD SCURVY:
You Power Rangers will never defeat the Zangyu!
RED AGENT RANGER:
You have not defeat us yet!
[The ships overhead open fire on the rangers below.]
Rangers! We must use all of our powers to stop the Zangyu!
ALL RANGERS:
Morphing Grid! Empower Us!
[All two hundred plus rangers glow in a golden light, and the power emitting from them turns all the Scurvies and Foilers on Earth to dust, then disperses through the atmosphere. Back in the quarry, the now un-morphed rangers try to figure out their next move.]
TOMMY OLIVER:
The Morphing Grid burned out!
ROCKY DeSANTOS:
We're powerless!
ADAM PARK:
Guys...focus! We must retreat! We'll never survive if they come back!
[The group of heroic humans begin to slowly walk away, a few look dejected.]
INT.-MOUNTAINS-POWER MOUNTAIN-POWER CENTER-DAY
[The two hundred plus former rangers meet in a cavernous area of the base, housing the nerve center of the Nitro Defender team in 2008.]
KIMBERLY SCHMIDT:
Well...now what are we gonna do?
JASON SCOTT:
We got to stay strong, guys! I'm sure that there is a way to restore our powers to fight them.
BILLY CRANSTON:
Alpha...transfer all ranger energies to the Power Grid immediately!
ALPHA SIX:
Right away...there. All ranger energies have been transfered.
JASON SCOTT:
(as he performs his arm motions with his morphers)
It's Morphin Time!
[Nothing happens, so Billy checks the computers.]
BILLY CRANSTON:
Nothing happened because the morphers cannot tap into the powers.
[Billy turns to the others, who look dejected.]
The powers are safe, but there is nothing we can do unless we change the frequencies of them...which since there are a lot of us, can take a few years.
ALPHA SIX:
The sensors are not detecting any disturbances in the solar system.
TOMMY OLIVER:
Yeah...but for how long?
[The group seems even more dejected as they ponder the next move.]
EXT.-OUTER SPACE-THE STAMPEDER-DAY {THREE YEARS LATER...PRESENT DAY, 2015}
[A spaceship, appearing to have two connected horses on either side of it rages through space, passes by Saturn on it's way to Earth.
GENERAL SANBO:
Sire! We are approaching nearing Earth!
KYATSU:
Those meddlesome Power Rangers! Three years ago, they drove our forces back to Onyx!
PRINCE KRAKEN:
(paranoid)
Yes, but what if they return!?
SHIREIKAN:
They used up their powers in the process of driving us away...they should be no problem.
PRINCE KRAKEN:
Just to make sure, we shall target their precious Morphing Grid, so they will not be a problem to us...permanently! Send in the advanced forces! Earth's greatest treasure shall be ours!
[Several ships travel past the Stampeder, and head towards Earth.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK DOJO-DAY
[Jason Scott, Billy Cranston, Zack Taylor, Kimberly (Hart) Schmidt, and Tommy Oliver arrive one-by-one with their spouses and teenage children.]
TOMMY OLIVER:
Hey, guys!
JASON SCOTT:
Hey! Where's Kieran!? I wanted to show him some new techniques!
HAYLEY OLIVER:
He's putting some techniques Tommy taught him to use at a tournament in Stone Canyon.
[Soon, Richie Buchanan, the widowed husband of Trini (Kwan) Buchanan arrives with their teenage daughter, Nicole, or as she likes to be called, Nikki.]
KIMBERLY SCHMIDT:
Hi, Richie...Nikki...welcome.
RICHIE BUCHANAN:
I know how much Trini would've wanted to be here with you guys.
BILLY CRANSTON:
It's okay...she's here in spirit.
ZACK TAYLOR:
Let's go inside! I'm in the mood for a party!
ANGELA TAYLOR:
As always!
[While the parents go inside, the teens (Colin, DeAndre, Brock, Keri, and Nikki quietly and quickly discuss ditching the party...and do so by sneaking off.]
INT.-CITY-PARK DOJO-DAY
[The adults reunite and talk about the old days.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[The five tens hang out at the park across the street, and talk.]
BROCK CRANSTON:
Man! What is with our parents!
COLIN SCOTT:
What do you mean, Brock?
KERI SCHMIDT:
Yeah!
DeANDRE TAYLOR:
You mean them sneaking off all the time...?
NIKKI BUCHANAN:
...or being so secretive?
[The five continue to talk, and then notice a fleet of alien spacecraft hovering over them and the dojo.]
COLIN SCOTT:
What's that!?
BROCK CRANSTON:
Prodigious!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Several Zangyu Fleet ships hover over the dojo. Chains descend from the ships and release a massive swarm of Foilers, a few Scurvies, and Sanbo.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[The five teens see the invasion force, and continue to watch in awe. As they see the invaders creep up to and enter the dojo, they start to freak out a bit.]
COLIN SCOTT:
What'll we do!? Our parents are in there!
[The five continue to watch the invaders, and try to comprehend what they are seeing. TO BE CONTINUED...]
