PRPS #6-The Warrior Of Steel (1)

EXT.-QUARRY-DAY
[The five Paleo Rangers are in the quarry, testing the powers of the various Paleo Chargers. The Red Ranger inserts a #15-Allosaur Paleo Charger into his blaster as the Blue Ranger his his Jurassic Shield.]

RED PALEO RANGER:
Okay, Robbie...you ready?

BLUE PALEO RANGER:
Yeah!

[The Red Ranger spins the barrel on his blaster, and fires, turning the device into a flame-thrower with a heat blast of over twelve thousand degrees!]

BLACK PALEO RANGER:
(looking at a reading on his belt buckle)
Whew! Now, that’s hot! You’re up, Green Boy!

[An annoyed Green Ranger tries to get the Black Ranger, but the latter activates a #19-Tupandactyl Paleo Charger, loads it into his blaster as the Green Ranger stews in anger, and tries to confront the Black Ranger, who gets up, and blasts the Green Ranger’s Dino Blade to make the blade more flat and flexible. The Green Ranger then uses the flattened blade as a whip to whip the Black Ranger. Chikyu watches from a ridge when a male spirit appears.]

CHIKYU:
They still need to work together better.

REZI:
(as he materializes)
They seem like a fine team to me, Chikyu.

CHIKYU:
(surprised)
Rezi!

INT.-ANTARCTICA-FROZEN CASTLE-DAY
[Candelira is happy. Master Davros chose her plan. Suddenly, a DavroMon in a baker’s outfit, DECAYROT appears.]

AIGAR:
So...what can this one do?

CANDELIRA:
He can make cakes.

AIGAR:
(puzzled)
Cakes?

EXT.-CITY-BAKERY-DAY
[People line up around the building.]

INT.-CITY-BAKERY-DAY
[The restaurant is jam-packed as many people sit at tables inside the eatery. Soon, the bakery sells out, and the two female counter employees enter the kitchen area to transform into MaZoDe. Candelira and Lukuro watch Dacayrot put the finishing touches on a cake.]

DECAYROT:
I love making people happy with my cakes!

[In the dining room, the happiness of the customers emit a pink aura to fill Candelira’s meter at the Frozen Castle. Suddenly, a dark aura possesses Decayrot, and the happy meter decreases...but the sad meter increases, and everyone at the bakery is in pain due to cavities.]

CANDELIRA:
(puzzled)
What just happened!?

[Suddenly, the team runs in to help the citizens as Candelira and Lukuro watch nervously from a window in the kitchen door. As he and the others continue to check on the citizens, Daric then aims his blaster at the kitchen door.]

DARIC KAYSON:
Come on out of your hiding spot, Aigar!

[Soon, Candelira and Lukuro show themselves, and are staring down the barrel of all five Paleo Blasters.]

CANDELIRA:
We didn’t do anything! We were just serving cakes to make the people happy!

MIKO INOUE:
Yeah, right!

[Chris then blasts the counter to drive out Decayrot, who goes through an evil transformation before running off. Chris and Tyson follow.]

EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[The Black and Green Rangers (morphed off-screen) catch up with and blast Decayrot, who fires his Rot Blaster at the two rangers, forcing them to dodge. The blast decays a full-grown tree. The Red Ranger runs in to warn the two about Decayrot’s attack, but is met by a few MaZoDe. The Black and Green Rangers bicker some more. Decayrot blasts again, but is blocked by the Green Ranger and his Dino Blade as the Black Ranger watches. An angry DavroMon charges at the two rangers, and attacks them.]

DECAYROT:
Whipper Scepter!

[The attack sends the two rangers to the ground. As the Red Ranger catches up, Decayrot retreats. Soon after, the Blue and Pink Rangers arrive.]

PINK PALEO RANGER:
Everyone okay?

BLACK PALEO RANGER:
Yeah.

[Suddenly, something shakes the ground, and a Paleozord surfaces.]

RED PALEO RANGER:
A new Paleozord!?

PINK PALEO RANGER:
Look at it’s mouth! Does it have cavities too?

[Chikyu and a man in ancient attire, named REZI arrive.]

CHIKYU:
Rangers...this is Rezi. A Paleo Warrior who fought in the past.

REZI:
I see you met my Ankylosaur Paleozord. I tried to bring him here to fight alongside you...but I...somehow lost control of him.

[Kylo then uses it’s tail on the seven who must dodge. Kylo then burrows underground. Rezi tries to yell for the zord.]

Kylo! Kylo!

INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[Chikyu tells the team about the other five Paleozords.]

CHIKYU:
Besides your five Paleozord partners, there were five others that fought long ago. These ten were collectively known as the Ten Great Paleo Warriors. Kylo is the seventh one. The others lay dormant in unknown locations, and their Paleo Chargers are missing as well.

TYSON KIRKLAND:
(angered)
We could have defeated that cavity creep if Chris wasn’t goofing off again!

[The two start squabbling again.]

REZI:
Come on guys...we’re all on the same side here. Chikyu, I think these guys can handle it.

[In frustration, Tyson pounds his fist on a pillar, knocking some pebbles loose, and a couple pass through Rezi’s foot. Both Daric and Chris notice it.]

EXT.-CITY-DENTIST CLINIC-DAY
[A line of citizens in pain stretches out the door, and down the street as the five team members talk.]

CHRIS RUTLEDGE:
There’s something that I need to take care of. I’ll catch up later.

[Chris walks away from the group.]

DARIC KAYSON:
Guys...I think Rezi’s a ghost or something. I saw some pebbles from the pillar that Tyson hit pass right through his foot. I think Chris saw it too.

EXT.-CITY-BAKERY-DAY
[Decayrot becomes possessed again.]

EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Decayrot speeds across a pedestrian bridge, and blows up buildings. Chris then jogs up some steps, and sees the DavroMon. He inserts his Paleo Charger into his blaster, then aims the blaster at the DavroMon to fire the trigger and morph.]

DECAYROT:
Ah, one lonely ranger! Time for a check-up!

BLACK PALEO RANGER:
No thanks...I floss!

[Decayrot attacks the Black Ranger with his Rot Blaster, soon the ranger has the DavroMon at point-blank range with his Paleo Blaster, and blasts at his teeth, but is hit and goes rolling. The Black Ranger now has the same cavities as Kylo and the rest of the people. Decayrot then stalks the fallen ranger, and tries to attack with his Whipper Scepter, but is blocked by Tyson and his Dino Blade, who then delivers a powerful slash to make Decayrot spark. Tyson then quickly ducks so Daric, Robbie, and Miko can blast and make more sparks.]

Thanks, Tyson.

TYSON KIRKLAND:
I know why you wanted that cavity creep to go for me. So you can study his attacks.

BLACK PALEO RANGER:
The number of shots correspond to the number of teeth in his mouth. Sorry.

TYSON KIRKLAND:
It’s okay. Let’s just get this guy, and rescue the Paleozord.

[Everyone lines up, and the Black Ranger awaits the others.]

ALL FOUR:
(putting in their batteries, spinning the barrels)
Let’s Rock!

[The suits form over the quartet.]

ALL RANGERS:
(posing in front of an explosion)
We are the bravest heroes! Power Rangers...Paleo Strike!

DECAYROT:
MaZoDe!

[A dozen minions materialize, and both sides charge into battle. The Red Ranger kicks and punches a few MaZoDe. The Blue Ranger forms his Paleo Cannon to blast a couple minions, then uses the weapon to hit another. The Pink Ranger kicks some MaZoDe rear as the Green Ranger slices and dices at some. The Black Ranger tries his best to fight a couple minions, but the pain from his cavities is bothering him, and a couple MaZoDe get the best of him until the Green Ranger comes to help him. The Red, Blue, and Pink Rangers then spin the barrels on their blasters, and fire at Decayrot...but the attack backfires, hits the trio.]

BLACK PALEO RANGER:
(giving the Green Ranger one of his Paleo Chargers)
He’s got six shots left...let’s combine our powers!

[The Green Ranger hands one of his Paleo Chargers to the Black Ranger. Both insert the Paleo Chargers into their weapons. The Green Ranger charges at Decayrot, and delivers four slashes as he dodges the Rot Blaster shots, and the DavroMon is now toothless. The Black Ranger then stands his ground, and fires his Paleo Blaster.]

Brave Finish!

[Decayrot explodes in defeat.]

My toothache! It’s gone!

[The charred remains of Decayrot plop on the ground, and a watering can-toting Lukuro lumbers over him. The DavroMon grabs the can.]

DECAYROT:
Gimme that!

[Decayrot pours the water all over himself to enlarge, and restore his rotted teeth. Tyranno, Stego, and Cera all arrive, form the Paleo Megazord, and the trio inserts their blasters to connect to the robot. Decayrot tries to blast the megazord with his Fire Piper, but the robot uses it’s Stego Shield to deflect. On a nearby rooftop, the Black and Green Rangers watch the battle helplessly.]

BLACK PALEO RANGER:
What can we do?

[Chikyu and Rezi appear.]

REZI:
You two must board the megazord. Your five hearts will awaken the full potential of the megazord, and it’ll be able to use it’s great weapon.

[Decayrot punches the megazord with it’s Whipper Scepter.]

voice of BLACK PALEO RANGER:
Daric! Tyson and I are coming aboard. Use the Allosaur Paleo Charger to make that creep back off a bit.

[The Red Ranger activates the #15 Paleo Charger, and casts it out. The enlarged battery lands in Tyranno’s mouth, and it emits a hot flame-thrower. Soon, the Black and Green Rangers teleport in, and insert their blasters into the control console, then all five combine their powers. The Stego Shield then transforms into the Stego Saber.]

DECAYROT:
Let’s see what’cha got!?

[The megazord slashes Decayrot several times to take out his teeth again.]

My teeth!

RED PALEO RANGER:
Let’s see what this sword can do!

ALL RANGERS:
Paleo Slash!

[The megazord executes the finisher to make Decayrot briefly cackle in red energy bolts, then explodes in defeat.]

EXT.-CITY-DENTIST CLINIC-DAY
[Daric, Robbie, and Miko check on the citizens.]

EXT.-CITY-BAKERY-DAY
[Chris and Tyson check on the citizens.]

EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The five team members catch up with Chikyu and Rezi.]

DARIC KAYSON:
Kylo should be back to normal, and you can rest in peace.

REZI:
Oh, I’m not a ghost...but a spirit. A warrior soul that fights on, even in death.

ROBBIE MENDOZA:
What is the difference? I thought a ghost and a spirit were the same thing?

REZI:
I fought the Davros Legion five hundred years ago...

[Suddenly, the ground shakes again, and Kylo appears on a building.]

Kylo! These five are the new Paleo Rangers!

CHIKYU:
Look out!

[Kylo tries to take everyone out with it’s hammer tail. The group of seven then see the ghostly form of another DavroMon riding on top of the Paleozord.]

REZI:
It can’t be!?

[Candelira and Lukuro watch from a distance. The two generals and the seven heroes look on in shock as the DavroMon vanishes, and Kylo burrows underground. Rezi sinks to his hands and knees in shock and disbelief.]

Come back, Kylo!
