INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[The team discusses the DavroMon...POSSESSOR, who has the ability to possess Paleozords, and control various diseases.]
CHIKYU:
Possessor is a powerful foe to the dinosaurs.
REZI:
Possessor awoke during the Dark Ages. Kylo and I smashed him to bits, but a piece of him was absorbed into my partner’s Paleo Charger.
TYSON KIRKLAND:
The only way to rescue Kylo, is to defeat Possessor.
REZI:
I have complete confidence in you, rangers.
[Miko looks a bit worried about Rezi.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK-AMPETHEATER-DAY
[The Park Ridge Talent Festival is well underway, with a sparse crowd in the seats. On stage is a sibling duo performing a stand-up comedy act. Nearby, Candelira and Lukuro seem a bit bummed after Decayrot’s destruction.]
CANDELIRA:
I feel the need for a song!
[Candelira jumps over a barrier, and starts singing to frighten the citizens. Possessor’s avatar appears on stage as the people flee in fear.]
You!
POSSESSOR:
Allow me to help you out.
[Possessor executes his sleeping sickness to make the citizens fall asleep.]
I propose we work together.
[The sleeping citizens are so happy that they emit pink “happy auras” that head straight for the Frozen Castle.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
The five team members scour the city on various modes of transportation looking for Kylo. Daric is on his Dino Cycle...Robbie in his work truck...with Chris and Tyson on foot. Miko, also on foot hurries down some steps, but then changes her mind to return to the Sacred Ground to check on Rezi.]
INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[Miko teleports in, and eavesdrops on a conversation between Chikyu and Rezi.]
CHIKYU:
Rezi, you need to take this situation seriously...or you will vanish completely.
[Miko sees Rezi’s legs phase a bit.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK-AMPETHEATER-DAY
[Candelira sets up on a heart-shaped stage, as a few MaZoDe and Lukuro act as her band]
CANDELIRA:
Let’s get ready, everyone!
INT.-ANTARCTICA-FROZEN CASTLE-DAY
[The other villains watch Candelira on a viewscreen.
D’GOL:
First cakes, and now a concert!? I am infuriated!
AIGAR:
What is she up to?
[As Candelira prepares to sing, an image of Possessor appears.]
SENTRY:
Possessor!? Where have you been?
voice of POSSESSOR:
I have taken over the control of the Ankylosaur Paleozord...and I won’t leave until it is destroyed. Besides...I want to hear Candelira sing!
SENTRY:
Keep up the good work, my old friend!
INT.-SACRED GROUND-DAY
[Chikyu and Rezi continue to talk with Miko listening in.]
CHIKYU:
If Kylo runs out of strength, you will vanish forever. Your existence as a spirit will be over.
REZI:
Do not worry, my friend...the rangers will do their best.
CHIKYU:
At least try to get close to him.
[Chikyu and Rezi finish talking, and Rezi sees Miko standing there.]
REZI:
Oh, Miko...you heard everything.
MIKO INOUE:
I did. Are you in any pain? You look like you are. You need to get close? I have a plan.
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Miko, riding a Dino Cycle with Rezi as a passenger on back speed through the streets of Park Ridge.]
REZI:
(screaming in fear)
Whoaaaaaa!
MIKO INOUE:
You need to focus on where Kylo is, Rezi!
[Rezi briefly shuts his eyes to hone in on Kylo’s location.]
REZI:
North...go north!
EXT.-CITY-PARK-AMPETHEATER-DAY
[Candelira starts to sing her evil song.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[Miko and Rezi sit on a bench after she retrieves the #11 Paleo Charger, letting the two dinos that make up the Dino Cycle go.]
MIKO INOUE:
How are you doing?
REZI:
My spirit powers have come back a bit. That proves that Kylo is nearby.
MIKO INOUE:
(happy)
That’s great!
REZI:
(kneeling on the ground in front of Miko)
Miko...I am touched by your concern for me. I am head over heels for you...I think I’m in love!
MIKO INOUE:
(not impressed)
That’s very flattering, Rezi.
[Miko stands up, and immediately sees citizens falling to the ground. Miko then feels sleepy.]
Why do I feel so sleepy!?
REZI:
(seeing the situation)
Maybe you should morph. Your powers should protect you.
[Possessor’s avatar materializes.]
POSSESSOR:
You will succumb to my sleeping sickness, Pink Ranger!
[Miko grabs her Paleo Charger, and presses the ridge to activate it. She then puts the battery into her Paleo Blaster, and spins the barrel then presses the trigger to morph.]
PINK PALEO RANGER:
(charging at Possessor)
Dino Blade!
REZI:
Miko! Wait!
[Miko passes right through Possessor.]
PINK PALEO RANGER:
An avatar!?
REZI:
The real one is inside Kylo’s Paleo Charger.
POSSESSOR:
Thanks to Candelira’s song making me stronger, I can make my avatar appear anywhere!
[The Pink Ranger cups her hand to her ear.}
PINK PALEO RANGER:
I can hear it!
REZI:
I can feel Kylo’s presence...he’s near the ampetheater.
POSSESSOR:
Soon, your Paleozord will be defeated!
[Possessor’s avatar vanishes, and something blasts the Pink Ranger to the ground. Aigar appears as Rezi goes to help the Pink Ranger.]
AIGAR:
Sentry wants all of us War Knights to work together!
[Something then blasts Aigar...the other rangers flipping in with their Paleo Blasters.]
RED PALEO RANGER:
You should have called up...but all is forgiven!
[Aigar recovers, and is about to unleash a couple dozen MaZoDe onto the six.]
PINK PALEO RANGER:
Guys...listen. That music is coming from the ampetheater. Rezi believes that Kylo is nearby!
BLACK PALEO RANGER:
Tyson and I will handle this overgrown cry-baby. You guys go on ahead!
RED PALEO RANGER:
Right...let’s go!
[The other four go on ahead. Down the pathway a bit, the are met by D’Gol...and his sword.]
D’GOL:
I don’t want to be a part of this insepid plan, but I will do what Sentry wants...and destroy you!
[The Blue Ranger fires his blaster, and fights alongside the Red Ranger in battling D’Gol.]
BLUE PALEO RANGER:
Miko! It’s up to you and Rezi! Go!
[The two continue on.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK-AMPETHEATER-DAY
[Candelira continues to sing as her MaZoDe band continues to play. Rezi and the Pink Ranger arrive on a concourse, and the Pink Ranger blasts at the band with her Paleo Cannon.]
CANDELIRA:
The Pink Ranger! What are you doing here!?
PINK PALEO RANGER:
I’m here to pull the plug on your music!
CANDELIRA:
She’s so mean! Lukuro! Take care of her!
[Lukuro teleports from the stage to the concourse to battle the Pink Ranger. During the tense battle, the Pink Ranger shouts over to Rezi.]
PINK PALEO RANGER:
Rezi! Summon Kylo!
REZI:
(in a loud, boasting\yelling tone)
Kylo! Come on!
[Kylo breaks through the ground nearby. Inside the zord, Possessor is jostled by the zord’s movements.]
POSSESSOR:
What’s going on!?
[The Pink Ranger kicks Lukuro, then uses her blaster and a #11 Paleo Charger to summon her Dino Cycle.]
PINK PALEO RANGER:
Dino Cycle...let’s ride!
[The Pink Ranger leaps up to get on the cycle, then drives it through the air and onto the stage. She then uses her blaster to take out the MaZoDe band members, then charges at Candelira and hits the general to send her flying up and into a wall.]
You just hit the bottom of the charts!
[The Pink Ranger then drives the cycle up to Kylo’s mouth, and gets off. She sees a gap in the Paleo Charger inside Kylo’s mouth.]
That must be the way in!
[The Pink Ranger loads a #19 Tupandactylus Paleo Charger into her blaster, then shoots herself to make her flat and flexible so she can float into the gap of the Ankylosaur battery.]
INT.-CITY-PARK-AMPETHEATER-KYLO-PALEO CHARGER-DAY
[The Pink Ranger lands, and is in a bit of awe of what a Paleo Charger looks like on the inside. Behind her is a dark aura, containing the Ankylosaur’s warrior spirit...who is struggling. The Pink Ranger is then blasted out of morph.]
MIKO INOUE:
(as she hurries to grab her Paleo Charger and Blaster)
Possessor!
POSSESSOR:
Hello, Pink Ranger!
[Miko recovers to her feet as the DavroMon taunts.]
You will never lure me out of here!
MIKO INOUE:
(thinking to herself)
How am I gonna get this creep out of here?
[Miko thinks back to what Rezi said to her earlier.]
REZI:
(flashback)
Miko...I am touched by your concern for me. I am head over heels for you...I think I’m in love!
MIKO INOUE:
That’s it!
[Miko digs into her pocket to pull out the #14 Allosaur Paleo Charger, and loads it into her Paleo Blaster, and spins the barrel to charge the weapon, and fires it at Possessor to make him fall in love with her. She then uses her finger to coax the DavroMon out of the Paleo Charger. Once Miko and Possessor are out, the warrior spirit of Kylo breaks free of the black aura cloud.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[The Red and Blue Rangers soon find themselves meeting the business end of D’Gol’s sword, causing them to spark and fly backward. Suddenly, Aigar comes flying into D’Gol through the air, with the Black and Green Rangers rejoining them. All four rangers load their blasters, and execute the finisher on the two generals.]
ALL FOUR RANGERS:
Brave Finish!
[The two generals go flying backward.]
RED PALEO RANGER:
Yeah! That got ‘em!
EXT.-CITY-PARK-AMPETHEATER-DAY
[Kylo’s warrior spirit overtakes Rezi, who is felling the power once again. Kylo then releases it’s Paleo Charger, which lands in Rezi’s hands. Miko and the DavroMon land in the parking lot nearby as Candelira and Lukuro catch up.]
LUKURO:
You dummy! Why’d you leave!?
POSSESSOR:
I wanted to follow my love...the Pink Ranger!
[Miko continues to play coy with Possessor who tries to run to her, but the other rangers arrive. The quartet all fist-bump Miko, angering the DavroMon.]
RED PALEO RANGER:
Nice work, Miko!
[Miko steps in front of the group to morph.]
MIKO INOUE:
Let’s Rock!
[Miko presses the ridge on her Paleo Charger, and inserts it into her blaster, spins the barrel, and squeezes the trigger to release her suit so it can form over her body.]
ALL RANGERS:
(posing)
We are the bravest heroes! Power Rangers...Paleo Strike!
CANDELIRA:
MaZoDe! Protect Possessor!
[A half-dozen MaZoDe materialize to protect the DavroMon as the rangers and minions engage in combat. Rezi arrives nearby to watch the battle. The Pink Ranger holds her own against a couple minions, but the love-sick Possessor leaps in to fight the minions that are fighting the Pink Ranger.]
POSSESSOR:
Hands off of my love!
[Possessor runs toward the Pink Ranger, who then kicks the DavroMon in the throat.]
REZI:
(in shock)
Oh, my!
[The Pink Ranger then delivers several kicks up and down the DavroMon’s body, then gives a swift round-house kick to send him rolling on the ground. The Pink Ranger then takes her Paleo Blaster, and rolls the barrel down her right arm to activate her Jurassic Mode and Jurassic Lancer. She then charges at Possessor to stab him with the weapon.]
POSSESSOR:
I guess love hurts!
[Possessor cackles in pink energy bolts, and explodes. Lukuro rushes in with his watering can device, to revive and enlarge the DavroMon.]
LUKURO:
Time for round two!
[The Red, Blue, and Pink Rangers use their Paleo Chargers to summon their Paleozords, who then arrive to face Possessor and his Virostaff, which fires energy pellets. Possessor gets directly in front of Tyranno, and threatens to possess the zord. Rezi rushes in, and offers to help more.]
REZI:
Let Kylo and me help you out.
[Rezi holds up his Paleo Charger, and shouts a command.]
Let’s Rock!
[The spirit power of the Ankylosaur rushes out of the Paleo Charger in a bright cyan light, and wraps around Rezi, and a ranger suit forms over his body.]
CYAN PALEO WARRIOR:
(posing)
The Warrior Of Steel! Cyan Paleo Warrior! Spirit Hammer!
[A large hammer materializes and knocks Possessor away from Tyranno.]
Kylo! Arise!
[The Cyan Warrior summons the Ankylosaur Paleozord, which then arrives in the area.]
Daric...Miko...combine your zords with Kylo for form it’s Defender Mode.
[The three zords combine to form a new combination. The five rangers teleport into the cockpit, and insert their blasters into the control consoles.]
ALL FIVE RANGERS:
Paleo Megazord...Defender Mode!
[The Megazord prepares for battle by rotating the Ankylo arm. Possessor charges with his staff, and is met by the megazord.]
Kylo Smasher! Tricera Drill!
[The megazord uses the Ankylo arm to smash, and the Tricera arm to drill, then another shot with the Ankylo arm.]
Paleo Defender Finish!
[The Paleo Megazord executes it’s finisher by delivering tow spinning hits with the hammer, then an uppercut to send Possessor into the sky where he cackles in red energy bolts, then explodes. The rangers celebrate as the megazord poses victoriously.]
INT.-ANTARCTICA-FROZEN CASTLE-DAY
[Sentry seems upset, but then opens his clinched fist to reveal a Paleo Charger with a number six and the work Pterodon on it. It seems like he has a plan.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The Cyan Ranger passes his Paleo Charger to Daric.]
CYAN PALEO WARRIOR:
Take good care of Kylo for me, Daric. Well, I am off to search for the other four Paleozords all over the world. Take care, rangers!
CHIKYU:
See you soon, old friend!
[The Cyan Ranger teleports upward in a bright cyan-colored light (with sparkles). The team sends their new ally off with waves of good-bye for now.]

Episode #8: Warriors Of Legend
After the events involving the Ankylosaurus Paleozord and the Cyan Ranger, Chikyu tells the team about the other Paleo Warriors...and the secrets of a Paleo Ranger missing in action.
