INT.-CITY-DOJO-SHINOBI OPS-NIGHT
[Ray, who is feeling a lot better, tells the team about Monukye.]
RAY FROST:
Long ago, Monukye was a human, named "Kye." She was ambitious and skillful in Ninjutsu. I had taken her in as a student. Sometime later, she became fearful of her own power, and ran away. With that fear, she swayed to the dark side.
IZZY FROST:
Not long after we became rangers, she did show a human form...and did call herself "Kye."
IAN FROST:
(with Izzy agreeing)
I remember...it was on the day of that fundraiser at the animal shelter.
EXT.-FOREST-NIGHT
[Monukye revives the Chief Retainer of the Demon Core...TSUMAKA {pronounced "SUE-MAH-KUH"}, who is armed with a staff.]
TSUMAKA:
I am Tsumaka.
MONUKYE:
Welcome...I am Monukye, loyal page of the Demon Core. You will gather fear so Master Genghis can fully revive.
TSUMAKA:
I will send my soldiers!
[Tsumaka conjures up his army of KAGEONI, who look similar to the Kuroni...but their headdress color is slightly different from the Kuroni.]
INT.-CITY-DOJO-DAY
[The next morning, Trist, who had been thinking about what Ray was saying the previous night greets the others as they enter the room.]
TRIST EMERSON:
Morning!
[The five acknowledge Trist as X goes for the morning newspaper on the table. Ian grabs the sports section.]
IAN FROST:
Hey! There's an ad here for a Ninja Sports Festival in the park!
[The news perks the interest of everyone in the dojo...but Trist seems hesitant.]
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[A couple days later, the team arrives in the park, and sees other dojos taking part as well. Everyone is unaware that this is a Demon Core plot being carried out by Tsumaka. Watching from the shadows, Monukye seems a bit unhappy.]
TSUMAKA:
What's wrong?
MONUKYE:
We do not have time for these frivolous fun and games!
TSUMAKA:
All in good time, Monukye. Look! Those Shinobi Rangers that I heard about are here.
MONUKYE:
We'll see!
[During a break in the festivities, Josh gets some drinks, and talks with Trist.]
JOSH TURNER:
Hey, Trist! How's it going?
TRIST EMERSON:
I don't know...something is just not right with this whole thing.
JOSH TURNER:
I'll keep my eyes open for any trouble.
[Suddenly, the duo witness two of the organizers transform into Oni.]
TRIST EMERSON:
I knew it!
JOSH TURNER:
Let's go warn the others!
[As a four-legged race is about to begin, Josh and Trist rush to warn the others...but see that everyone had already been captured by the minions.]
Those don't look like your ordinary Kuroni!
TRIST EMERSON:
Yeah...they look a bit different! Wait! Where's Ian?
IAN FROST:
Right here! What's up?
JOSH TURNER:
This festival is a scam. The others were captured. Where were you?
IAN FROST:
(with a deadpan look)
Bathroom.
[Tsumaka then appears, holding a pair of running shoes.]
TSUMAKA:
I am Tsumaka...chief retainer of the Demon Core! And this, will be your down-fall, rangers!
[Tsumaka slaps a corrupted Sealing Shuriken onto the shoes to create a monster...SHOE RAGE.]
I challenge you three to another race. The winning prize is the captured ninja students!
[The three remaining students look like they don't have a choice. Meanwhile, human fear is being siphoned into Monukye's gourd.]
MONUKYE:
(looking at the gourd, smiling)
You know what? This is amusing!
[As the four-legged race challenge begins, the three students find that they are having a hard time.]
GOLD SHINOBI RANGER:
You know what? I think the demons are cheating!
YELLOW SHINOBI RANGER:
Yeah...looks like it. Trade spots with me, Ian.
[The Red and Yellow Rangers switch places in the middle, and soon win...and win the freedom of the captured ninjas, who all mysteriously appear out of thin air. just as Ian, Josh, and Trist de-morph, greet each other.]
TSUMAKA:
You three tricked me! Kageoni!
IAN FROST:
Everyone! Get to safety!
[As everyone gets to safety, the six Frost Dojo students all gather, and prepare their katanas and Shurikens.]
ALL STUDENTS:
Morph Shuriken, Set!
[The six spin their Shurikens on their weapons to morph.]
Shinobi Power!
[The Shinobi Ranger suits form over the bodies of the six students.]
RED SHINOBI RANGER:
(posing)
With The Element Of Fire! Red Shinobi Ranger!
BLUE SHINOBI RANGER:
(posing)
With The Element Of Water! Blue Shinobi Ranger!
YELLOW SHINOBI RANGER:
(posing)
With The Element Of Earth! Yellow Shinobi Ranger!
WHITE SHINOBI RANGER:
(posing)
With The Element Of Weather! White Shinobi Ranger!
PINK SHINOBI RANGER:
(posing)
With The Element Of Air! Pink Shinobi Ranger!
GOLD SHINOBI RANGER:
(posing)
With The Element Of Music! Gold Shinobi Ranger!
ALL RANGERS:
(posing)
We Are Shinobi...But We Don't Hide! Power Rangers, hya!
[As the Red and Gold Rangers go after the Rage, the others battle the Kageoni.]
BLUE SHINOBI RANGER and PINK SHINOBI RANGER:
(setting, spinning their Shurikens)
Geo Shuriken! Set! Wood Power, Leaf Flurry!
RED SHINOBI RANGER:
(spinning his Shuriken)
Red Shuriken!
GOLD SHINOBI RANGER:
Storm Shuriken! Set! Wind Power!
[Both say and perform their attack moves simultaneously.]
RED SHINOBI RANGER:
Fire Flash!
GOLD SHINOBI RANGER:
Riff Slash!
[The Kageoni and the Rage have been defeated.]
MONUKYE:
(revealing the mallet and the Elemental Demon Shuriken.)
Shoe Rage! Power up and enlarge with darkness and rage on! Demon Growth!
ALL RANGERS:
We summon the true Shinobi Power! Shinobizords...rise!
[The six rangers summon their zords, and leap up to board them. The six Shinobizords all attack individually.]
RED SHINOBI RANGER:
This isn't working! We need to form the megazords!
ALL RANGERS:
Right! Shinobizords...combine!
[The Shinobizords all combine into their megazord forms, and stand ready.]
ALL CORE RANGERS:
Shinobi Megazord, Ready!
GOLD SHINOBI RANGER:
Rodeo Megazord! Let's Ride!
ALL CORE RANGERS:
(with the Shinobi Saber)
Shinobi Splash!
GOLD SHINOBI RANGER:
(with the Rodeo Six-Shooter)
Bronco Buster!
[As the smoke clears, the rangers see that Shoe Rage still stands.]
RED SHINOBI RANGER:
Oh, man! No way!
WHITE SHINOBI RANGER:
What now?
RED SHINOBI RANGER:
(holding up the Fusion Shuriken)
We go with this!
[The Red Ranger places the Fusion Shuriken onto his katana, and spins it.]
Shuriken Combine!
[The Shinobi Megazord and Rodeo Megazord break apart into their components, and combine into the...]
ALL RANGERS:
Shuriken Megazord, Ready To Ride!
[The new combination stands ready with a weapon that is the Rodeo Six-Shooter, Shinobi Saber, and Shinobi Shield combined.]
RED SHINOBI RANGER:
Tri-Shuriken Saber!
[The combined megazord charges into battle.]
SHOE RAGE:
(while firing shoe-string ropes to tie the megazord up)
Looks like you're all tied up, rangers!
RED SHINOBI RANGER:
Not for long! Finish him!
ALL RANGERS:
Shuriken Cross Slash!
[The megazord swings the sword three directions to make Shoe Rage spark and cackle in white energy bolts, then turns around to pose victoriously as the Rage collapses forward and explodes. As the sun begins to set, Monukye and Tsumaka watch from a skyscraper's rooftop as the Rage Monster is destroyed by the rangers.]
MONUKYE:
(sighing in depression)
Another defeat. Better go apologize to Lord Genghis.
TSUMAKA:
(pointing his staff at Monukye's neck, angered)
The Demon Core has no page, Monukye. If you should betray us...I will not hesitate to destroy you...myself!
[Tsumaka teleports away as Monukye looks on with some concern.]
INT.-CITY-DOJO-SHINOBI OPS-NIGHT
[The team has returned, and relaxes.]
RAY FROST:
There is a way to destroy Tsumaka.
IAN FROST:
(excited)
Really? How?
NINJAKON:
The Sky Shinobi.
RAY FROST:
Master the Sky Shinobi, and you will receive the End Shuriken.
