EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-MARKETPLACE-DAY
[The outdoor marketplace is abuzz with shoppers with only a few days before Christmas. The students and Gyazu are there, shopping for gifts. Dillon is at a bakery counter ordering a small cake. The baker gives Dillon the dessert, and leaves the counter.]
MASTER GYAZU:
Dillon! Wait up!
[Dillon and Gyazu meet up.]
DILLON HARRINGTON:
Everything okay?
[All of a sudden, a young boy dressed in a black sweat-suit named JEREMY ADAMS causes a commotion near the baker, as he runs by the counter and accidentally knocks some boxes off the counter.]
BAKER:
Hey, kid! Slow down!
[Gyazu and Dillon stop Jeremy.]
DILLON HARRINGTON:
Hold it, kiddo! Why are you doing this, when it's so close to Christmas?
JEREMY ADAMS:
Because, I hate Christmas!
[Dillon and Gyazu give puzzles looks to each other.]
DILLON HARRINGTON:
What's your name?
JEREMY ADAMS:
Jeremy...Jeremy Adams.
DILLON HARRINGTON:
I'm Dillon, and this is Gyazu. I need you to apologize to the baker.
JEREMY ADAMS:
I'm sorry, sir.
BAKER:
It's okay, kid...they were just boxes. Just don't do it again.
JEREMY ADAMS:
Yes, sir.
INT.-ALMOZAR PALACE-DAY
[Gryphar is meditating as the four generals enter to talk to him.]
KING GRYPHAR:
Chimeres...it is time to activate your Phangata.
[Chimeres' Phangata, a Phantom Cerberus-Style warrior named HADESHOUND, and a Phantom Hanuman-Style warrior named SIMIUS both appear.]
HADESHOUND:
I am the Phantom Cerberus...Hadeshound!
SIMIUS:
And I am the Phantom Hanuman...Simius!
[Hadeshound and Simius demonstrate their abilities for the king.]
INT.-JUNGLE FURY ACADEMY-CLASSROOM-DAY
[Dillon and Gyazu bring Jeremy back to the academy with them. In the classroom, everyone is decorating.]
DILLON HARRINGTON:
Hey, guys! This is Jeremy!
[Everyone tries to entertain the boy.]
MASTER TAO:
So, Jeremy...is there a way to contact a family member?
JEREMY ADAMS:
My dad is in the city, but I don't know how to reach him.
JAZZ RUSSO:
Hey, Jeremy...why don't you come over and help us trim the tree?
[Jeremy reluctantly goes to the tree. When Shawn tries to place a star on Jeremy's head, it makes the boy remember his mother. Jeremy then brushes the star away, then proceeds to push the tree over and clear the table. Then, he tries to run out the door, but Piper blocks him as she enters with the cider.]
PIPER McCALL:
Where are you going, Jeremy?
[Piper sees the mess Jeremy made.]
Why did you do this?
JEREMY ADAMS:
'Cause I Hate Christmas! Why can't you people realize that!
[With everyone in shock, Jeremy runs out of the room with Dillon and Gyazu following.]
EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-DAY
[In the plaza, the citizens are enjoying a nice sunny day. Three kids play with their radio-controlled vehicles, and a young couple are sitting at a table at a cafe sharing a drink. Simius arrives at the plaza, and pulls some hairs from his head.]
SIMIUS:
Clone Creation!
[Simius creates hundreds of clones from a tuft of his own hair. His clones run amuck and create chaos in the plaza. Two clones land in a church...one behind the pulpit acting as a priest, and one in a pew acting as a parishioner. The other parishioners flee in fear. Another clone makes the kids' radio-controlled vehicles attack the kids, and another makes the couples' drink explode in their faces. Another clone makes several firecrackers explode dangerously close to the fleeing citizens. Many more clones hang from the decor, and continue to run amuck. The students (except for Dillon) arrive, stand in formation {Jazz>Kenny>Shawn>Yoshi} and prepare to morph.]
CORE STUDENTS:
Jungle Fury...
KENNY TANAKA:
Wolf Fury...
ALL STUDENTS:
...Beast On!
[The suits form over the quartet.]
ALL RANGERS:
Power Rangers, roar!
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[Jeremy sits dejected on a swing watching a couple other kids play, until their moms come and get them. He then swings a bit before Dillon and Gyazu find him.]
DILLON HARRINGTON:
There you are!
JEREMY ADAMS:
Not you two again!
[Jeremy walks off, and the other two follow.]
DILLON HARRINGTON:
Jeremy...wait!
[A luxury car, navy in color pulls up near the park...it's Jeremy's father, who's wearing a black business suit.]
JEREMY ADAMS:
Dad!
MISTER ADAMS:
Oh, Jeremy...I was worried!
[Jeremy's dad hugs him, then turns to Dillon.]
Thank you for watching him...I hope he wasn't a burden.
[Dillon looks like he's about ready to tell the father about Jeremy's day.]
EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-DAY
[The rangers use their weapons on Simius' clones.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Shark Sabers!
BLUE JUNGLE RANGER:
Jungle Staff...Baton Mode!
[The Red and Blue Rangers try to battle a bunch of the clones, but they overrun the Blue Ranger.]
Whoa!
YELLOW JUNGLE RANGER:
Jungle Staff...Bo Mode!
[The Yellow Ranger uses her weapon against a clone, but the clone uses his staff. The Royal Wolf Ranger uses some skills through his morpher on the clones, but they get the best of the ranger.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Double Slash!
[The Red Ranger's attack takes out a couple clones, but there's just way too many of them. The four rangers then try to regroup.]
INT.-CITY-ADAMS HOUSE-DAY
[Jeremy's dad explains all to the two Light-Spirits.]
MISTER ADAMS:
I'm sorry for the trouble that he's caused, guys.
DILLON HARRINGTON:
What is his reason for hating Christmas, Mister Adams?
[Jeremy's dad pops a tape into the Video Cassette Recorder, and presses play.]
MISTER ADAMS:
(as the tape plays)
I'm sorry guys...his, um...mother passed away at about this time last year from a car accident.
[The two Light-Spirits see the mother acting silly (including her putting a star on her head) for her son on the tape.]
DILLON HARRINGTON:
Jeremy...what do you want the most for Christmas?
JEREMY ADAMS:
My mom...I want my mom to come back!
[Jeremy runs off again...Dillon follows.]
EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-DAY
[The battle rages on. The four rangers start defeating several of the clones.]
SIMIUS:
Axis Spin!
[The real Phangata uses a skill to attack the quartet.]
CORE RANGERS:
Fury Claws!
[The claws appear in their right hands.]
Fists Of Fury, Power Up!
[The rangers' suits upgrade into Fury Mode.]
RED FURY RANGER:
Fury Tiger!
BLUE FURY RANGER:
Fury Panther!
YELLOW FURY RANGER:
Fury Cheetah!
ROYAL WOLF JUNGLE RANGER:
Wolf Power Punch!
[The rangers send their auras to attack, but Simius vanishes.]
YELLOW FURY RANGER:
Yeah! We got him!
RED FURY RANGER:
(sniffing the air)
No...we didn't!
[A Simius appears on a nearby building's fire escape.]
SIMIUS:
Neener-neener-neener! Can't catch me!
[Simius flees, the others run after him.]
EXT.-CITY-BEACH-DAY
[Dillon tries to catch up with Jeremy, and bear tackles him. Gyazu then arrives to render assistance. All of a sudden, an explosion nearby makes the three react as Simius arrives on the beach.]
DILLON HARRINGTON:
Sensei! Get Jeremy to safety! Rhino Dagger!
[The weapon appears in Dillon's right hand.]
Rhino Fury, Beast On!
[Jeremy sees Dillon morph into the White Rhino Ranger, as the suit forms over Dillon.}
JEREMY ADAMS:
Cool! Dillon's the White Ranger! Go get him!
WHITE RHINO JUNGLE RANGER:
Spirit Of The Rhino! White Rhino Jungle Ranger!
[The White Rhino Ranger battles Simius. He tries to kick the monster, but it is too quick.]
Twister Barrage!
[The other four rangers arrive. The White Rhino Ranger then grabs the Fury Claw from the Red Ranger, and attaches it to the Rhino Dagger to form the Fury Dagger. Simius then recovers.]
Super Sharp Blade!
[Simius' staff grows, but the White Rhino Ranger cuts him down to size, resulting in a bright green and yellow after-effect, that resembles a Christmas tree.]
JEREMY ADAMS:
Yeah!
[The monster recovers and grows.]
SIMIUS:
Phantom Growth!
ALL RANGERS:
Auras...release!
[The rangers release the tiger, panther, gorilla, gazelle, penguin, wolf, and Rhino to form the Jungle Fury, Beast, and Rhino Megazords.]
Megazord Formation!
[The three megazords and Simius charge into battle while Jeremy and Gyazu prepare to watch the battle (Fyriza and Flyto watch from a distance as well).]
WHITE RHINO JUNGLE RANGER:
Sword Extend Strike!
CORE RANGERS:
Beast Spinning Fist!
ROYAL WOLF JUNGLE RANGER:
Predator Superkick!
[As the three megazords try their finishers, Simius dodges the attacks then does his own.]
SIMIUS:
Fire Flash!
[Simius tries to incinerate the three robots, but they dodge too.]
WHITE RHINO JUNGLE RANGER:
I go an idea...Ice Slash!
[The Rhino Megazord freezes Simius.]
Chill!
ALL RANGERS:
Rhino Fire Megazord!
[The five zords combine.]
Rhino Fire Strike!
[The gazelle, penguin, and wolf leap of of the combination to strike the Phangata. Simius is destroyed.]
JEREMY ADAMS:
Alright!
[The three megazords pose victoriously.]
INT.-CITY-ADAMS HOUSE-NIGHT
[The Adams' host the students, Piper, Tao, and Melissa for dinner...only Dillon is missing. Everyone goes out to the balcony to watch Dillon inside the Rhino Megaozrd make a pile of ice, then use the sword to turn the pile into a sculpture of Jeremy's mother.]
MISTER ADAMS:
Now, that...is...
JEREMY ADAMS:
Cool!
[Dillon then exits the head of the megazord to greet the others, who were watching his handy-work, and marveling at the sculpture.]
DILLON HARRINGTON:
Merry Christmas, guys!
ALL:
(turning to the camera)
Merry Christmas, everyone!
