[The next day, a gold Hummer H3 is traveling up a two-lane road, approaching a forested area. Inside the vehicle are our six team members (with Adam driving). They are on a quest from Zordon to help Ryder.]
KEIKO OGAWA:
(sounding skeptical)
How does going on a road trip help Ryder, Adam?
ADAM PARK:
Zordon said that he had a friend that lived in this forest. A friend that may be able to help us...and Ryder.
[The vehicle continues to drive on.]
INT.-MECHANICO ISLAND-DAY
[The villains are ranting and raving. Soon, the ghost of Arkimedes appears.]
ARKIMEDES:
Hello, my friends!
[The three villains are shocked and surprised.]
YOGO:
(composing himself)
Arkimedes! You're back...sort of.
ARKIMEDES:
(seeing Yogo's new upgrade)
I see some things do change, Yogo. I have one final plan to destroy the rangers.
INT.-MOUNTAINS-POWER CENTER-DAY
[Global's sensors detect an energy signature coming from Mechanico Island.]
ALPHA SIX:
Zordon...Global is detecting a strange, faint energy signature. Do you think...?
ZORDON:
I hope not, Alpha.
ALPHA SIX:
Should I contact Adam?
ZORDON:
Not yet. Give them time to complete their current mission...Ryder's life depends on it.
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[Adam's Hummer is about two miles past the forest's entrance...suddenly, the vehicle's radiator begins to steam.]
ADAM PARK:
Aw, man! I don't believe it! We're over-heating...I better pull over.
BRANDON CRAWFORD:
It's okay...we should stretch our legs anyway.
[The vehicle comes to a stop. The steam continues to errupt from under the hood. Adam pops the hood for a steam facial.]
ADAM PARK:
Guys...I do need to put more water in...but I got to let the engine cool off. Looks like we'll be here for a bit.
[While stretching, Keiko thinks she sees a boy in the trees.]
KEIKO OGAWA:
Guys...did you see that!?
JAKE GARABEDIAN:
See what?
KEIKO OGAWA:
The boy playing in the trees!?
MATT SANDOVAL:
(his "police radar" picks up)
A boy?
[Keiko goes to investigate, and the others look for her when they notice that she's gone missing. Suddenly, a bunch of ghostly beings surprise them. Deeper in the forest, Keiko has lost sight of the blonde-haired boy.]
KEIKO OGAWA:
(calling for the boy)
Little boy? Where are you? My name's Keiko...are you lost? Hello?
[The boy appears, and startles Keiko.]
ERUTAN:
Looking for me, miss?
KEIKO OGAWA:
What are you doing out here?
ERUTAN:
I live here.
KEIKO OGAWA:
Live here? Wait a minute...when I was little, I met a little boy who looks like you in these woods.
ERUTAN:
Yes...when you were six years old. My name is Erutan...an Earth spirit of nature. I know about you...Yellow Ranger. I have helped the Power Rangers before...and I can help your friend...Ryder.
[Elsewhere in the forest, the five other team members continue to look for Keiko. Suddenly, a blue "solid" monster leaps down from the tree canopy to attack the team, who try to defend themselves.]
WHALE:
Adam...the monster is from Ninjia...and not a Machine Knight.
BOOBLUE:
I am Booblue...now, where's that ranger spirit!
[Booblue faces the five team members, who prepare to defend themselves. Suddenly, the ghost of Arkimedes appears, and scares the five.]
ARKIMEDES:
Hello rangers...remember me!?
ALL:
(as they prepare their morphers)
Start Up!
[The suits "flash-form" over the quintet. They then use their sidearms to battle the spirits, but cannot land a hit.]
GREEN DEFENDER RANGER:
We can't land a hit on these guys!
BLUE NITRO RANGER:
They're ghosts...that's why!
[Yogo then appears with an army of Gearoids.]
YOGO:
Yes, Blue Ranger...they are apparitions...but we're not!
ARKIMEDES:
I recruited Booblue and the other spirits for this little job...in exchange for this puny planet's best resources...it's forests.
GOLD SKY RANGER:
Looks like we're gonna need some help..G.T.!
[The Gold Ranger reaches behind him to pull out the small tire, and flings it outward in front of him. G.T. then forms into his warrior mode.]
Let's show them what we're made of guys!
ALL RANGERS:
Right!
BLUE NITRO RANGER:
(posing)
Roar Of The Lion! Blue Nitro Ranger!
GREEN DEFENDER RANGER:
(posing)
Call Of The Orca! Green Defender Ranger!
BLACK DEFENDER RANGER:
(posing)
Bark Of The Canine! Black Defender Ranger!
GOLD SKY RANGER:
(posing)
Flight Of The Falcon! Gold Sky Ranger!
SILVER SKY RANGER:
(posing)
Snarl Of The Tiger! Silver Sky Ranger!
G.T.:
(posing)
The Wheeled Might Of Machia! I am G.T.!
[Soon Keiko and Erutan exit the trees, and come to the aid of the rangers.]
KEIKO OGAWA:
Guys...need some help?
GOLD SKY RANGER:
Could use some!
KEIKO OGAWA:
(as she prepares her morpher)
Start Up!
[The suit "fully-forms" over Keiko's body.]
YELLOW NITRO RANGER:
(posing)
Growl Of The Bear!
[The Yellow Ranger switches up her pose.]
Yellow Nitro Ranger!
ALL RANGERS:
(posing)
Power Rangers, Let's Go!
[The Yellow Ranger presses the "G" symbol on her belt buckle to summon her secondary weapon.]
YELLOW NITRO RANGER:
Bear Pellet! Rev Up!
[Erutan possesses the weapon, as the Yellow Ranger releases her weapon...the Bear Pellet defeats Booblue.
ARKIMEDES:
I'll do some possessing of my own!
[As Erutan returns to the trees in a weakened state, but Arkimedes possesses Booblue, and grows. Soon, nine of the twelve zords arrive on scene. The rangers leap up to the zords, and activate the cockpits.]
BLUE NITRO RANGER:
Nitro Condorzord...Nitro Lionzord...go, go!
YELLOW NITRO RANGER:
Nitro Bearzord...go!
GREEN DEFENDER RANGER:
Defender Orcazord...go!
BLACK DEFENDER RANGER:
Defender Caninezord...Defender Gatorzord...go, go!
GOLD SKY RANGER:
Sky Falconzord...go!
SILVER SKY RANGER:
Sky Tigerzord...Sky Whalezord...go, go!
ALL RANGERS:
Zords...Combine!
[The nine zords combine to form a single megazord.]
Nitro Defender Ultrazord...Let's Go!
[The megazord battles the possessed Booblue. Soon, Erutan and G.T. help the rangers with the megazord's finisher.]
Ultra Grand Prix!
[The energy from the nine VehAni and G.T. is used to exorcize Arkimedes from Booblue.]
ARKIMEDES:
I've had enough of you rangers...the deal's off, Booblue! I'm outta here!
[Arkimedes vanishes (goes back to Ninjia).]
YOGO:
Next time, rangers!
[Yogo vanishes as well. The rangers and Erutan celebrate.]
INT.-MECHANICO ISLAND-DAY
[Metalia and Argo look angry as Yogo returns.]
YOGO:
Not now.
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[Keiko goes to thank Erutan for is help.]
KEIKO OGAWA:
Erutan...thanks for your help out there today.
ERUTAN:
Keiko...it is I who should thank you. You and your friends are great ambassadors for the Earth.
[Erutan hands Keiko a vial with an antidote.]
Here is a reward...but it needs to be synthesized.
BRANDON CRAWFORD:
Thank you, Erutan. I'm sure I can synthesize it back at our base.
ERUTAN:
I must regenerate. Please, give my regards to Zordon.
[Erutan vanishes into the trees.]
INT.-MOUNTAINS-POWER CENTER-DAY
[Later that evening, the team works on a way to synthesize the antidote.]
BRANDON CRAWFORD:
Well, this will take a while, so let's get started.
[Brandon activates the synthesizer machine, and prepares to insert the antidote. TO BE CONTINUED...]
