INT.-ALMOZAR PALACE-NIGHT
[Hawxor is talking with Lionix and Reptiza.]
HAWXOR:
There is much more for you two to learn...despair alone can't give you all the power...you need to learn hatred as well. Reptiza, I have two Akugata for you to use against those pesky rangers. Cranic! Crowtius!
[The white-colored Crane-Fist Akugata, CRANIC, and the black-colored Crow-Fist Akugata, CROWTIUS fly in with screeches and caws.]
CROWTIUS:
(cawing)
You called for us, master?
HAWXOR:
Scout the planet, and gather the humans' fears!
CRANIC:
Yes, sir!
[Crowtius and Cranic exit the palace.]
REPTIZA:
Who are those two?
HAWXOR:
Crowtius and Cranic...the Flying Fists...my personal bodyguards.
EXT.-CITY-PLAZA-BUILDING TOP-DAY
[Crowtius and Cranic are watching the people flee in fear. Above the two birds is an energy sphere.]
CROWTIUS:
(cawing)
Run, you pitiful humans!
CRANIC:
Soon, your world will be destroyed!
[The students arrive in the plaza.]
SHAWN PATRICK:
What do you mean?
CRANIC:
The more energy we collect, a bigger lightning strike will destroy the city!
YOSHI TANAKA:
You can't do that!
CRANIC:
And you...are gonna stop us?
CROWTIUS:
Good luck!
[The Flying Fists laugh.]
YOSHI TANAKA:
You won't be laughing for long...
[The three perform the wushu pose and press the button to morph.]
ALL STUDENTS:
Jungle Fury, Beast On!
[The suits form over the three.]
ALL RANGERS:
Spirit of the jungle! Power Rangers, roar!
[The Flying Fists jump to street level with their swords. The five battle fiercely. The Blue Ranger uses his Jungle Staffs...but have no effect, and Cranic has the Blue Ranger at sword-point. The Red and Yellow Rangers battle Crowtius, but are easily overpowered.]
YELLOW JUNGLE RANGER:
(as she and the others get up)
Now what?
[Cranic and Crowtius grow, and hover in the sky.]
ALL RANGERS:
Junglezords...online! Jungle Unity!
[The megazord forms.]
YELLOW JUNGLE RANGER:
Elephant Junglezord! Jungle Fury Megazord...Armor Mode!
[The megazord adds on the elephant armor. The rangers try to get the Pachy Wrecker to strike the Flying Fists, but it's useless.]
CROWTIUS:
Crow Spin Kick!
[Crowtius kicks the megazord, which goes down in sparks.]
CRANIC:
See you later, kitties!
[The two fly away as the rangers are in disbelief that they were defeated.]
INT.-JUNGLE FURY ACADEMY-TRAINING ROOM-DAY
[The students "lick their wounds."]
YOSHI TANAKA:
Master Tao...is there some sort of flying skill that we can learn to defeat those Flying Fists?
MASTER TAO:
(handing Yoshi a scroll)
There is...here is a map...search for Master Ko.
EXT.-FOREST-RIVER BANK PATH-NIGHT
[The three students walk along the path as Yoshi reads the map. They have arrived at the spot, but find nothing.]
YOSHI TANAKA:
(looking at the map)
I guess we're here.
SHAWN PATRICK:
There's nothing here!
[All of a sudden, torches all over begin to light up. A being of sorts, named MASTER KO starts to dance on the other side of the river. It then starts to dance on the water. Yoshi is entranced by the being's graceful movements. The students watch the being dance until sunrise, when the being comes ashore, and hangs upside-down from a tree branch.]
YOSHI TANAKA:
Sir...that...was amazing! Please...tell me your name?
MASTER KO:
(removing his mask)
My name is Ko...a former instructor at the Jungle Fury Academy. And you are?
YOSHI TANAKA:
My name is Yoshi, and this is Shawn and Abby...we're students at the academy. Our mentor is Master Tao.
MASTER KO:
You are being taught well.
YOSHI TANAKA:
If possible, can I learn your techniques? We are in the midst of battling Akugata that can fly.
MASTER KO:
With me, you are wasting your time. In order to master the Bat-Fist, you must forget the technique. I will, however show you the basics, though.
SHAWN PATRICK:
(sensing danger in the city)
Yoshi...stay here...we'll battle the Flying Fists.
[Shawn and Abby exit.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The Flying Fists use their lightning attack again.
CROWTIUS:
The screams of the people will fill the energy sphere!
[Crowtius caws with laughter. The Flying Fists fly up to the roof-top to gather more energy.]
CRANIC:
Soon, the energy stored in the energy sphere will destroy the city!
[The Red and Yellow Rangers arrive on the scene.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Get down here, bird brains!
[The Flying Fists jump down to the rangers.]
FLYING FISTS:
Our pleasure...swords!
YELLOW JUNGLE RANGER:
Jungle Bo!
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Jungle Sticks!
[The rangers prepare to battle the Flying Fists.]
INT.-MASTER KO'S CAVE-DAY
[Yoshi tries to plead to Master Ko to teach him the Light Bat-Style techniques, but Ko keeps insisting that Yoshi forget the techniques.]
YOSHI TANAKA:
Sensei...please! Those Flying Fists are way too strong. Abby's Light Elephant-Style techniques from Master Zo were ineffective. We need...I need your help. Please teach me your techniques.
MASTER KO:
Mister Tanaka...there are no techniques to learn. To master the Light Bat-Style...you must forget about technique!
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[The Red Ranger battles Cranic while the Yellow Ranger battles Crowtius. The two rangers and the Flying Fists battle fiercely, and hard for a while. They then are "grounded."]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
They're too strong!
YELLOW JUNGLE RANGER:
We need Yoshi!
CROWTIUS:
You rangers are pathetic! Let's blast them, Cranic!
[The two rangers prepare to be blasted by the Flying Fists. Crowtius caws in laughter.]
CRANIC:
(as he and Crowtius stalk the rangers)
Good-bye, rangers!
[Crowtius caws in laughter, again.]
