[Lionix is recovering from his battle against the rangers. In his slumber, he has a terrifying flashback of the battle and wakes up afraid.]
REPTIZA:
(in a comforting voice)
Easy, my love...you must rest.
LIONIX:
(angered)
How can I rest!? I was tricked, then beaten!
[The Demon Bracelet glows.]
The third Dark-Spirit Master! Where are you located, Sensei?
voice of MASTER GRIZZ:
Down in the tunnels. Free me, and I'll help you crush the Light-Spirits once and for all!
INT.-JUNGLE FURY ACADEMY-TRAINING ROOM-DAY
[Shawn is morphed as the Red Ranger, and is training with his Fur Claw. When he tries to activate his Fury Power, it won't activate. Gori, Piper, Yoshi, and Abby watch.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Fury Power!
[The Red Ranger tries again.]
Fury Power!
[The Red Ranger approaches Piper.]
Doctor McCall...can you check to see if this is working properly?
PIPER McCALL:
I'm sure it is, but I'll check just to make sure.
[Piper plugs a patch-cord {USB Cable} from the computer into the device. Piper's computer shows that the claw is working.]
It checks out, Shawn.
INT.-ALMOZAR PALACE-TUNNELS-DAY
[Reptiza helps Lionix through the tunnels. They get to the remains of the last Dark-Spirit Master when they are joined by Hawxor and Jellica.]
MASTER HAWXOR:
What are you up to!?
REPTIZA:
Lionix thinks that it's time to awaken the final Dark-Spirit Master.
MISTRESS JELLICA:
You want to awaken Master Grizz!?
MASTER HAWXOR:
The most powerful of us three!?
LIONIX:
I feel that he is the one that can help us in crushing the Light-Spirits for good.
[Lionix inserts the final Ultimate Skill Claw into Grizz' remains, but it doesn't work.]
What!? It didn't work!
MASTER HAWXOR:
That is because you need the Treasure of Catimpo as well.
[Everyone turns around to look at Hawxor, sternly.]
INT.-JUNGLE FURY ACADEMY-TRAINING ROOM-DAY
[Tao senses the tampering of Grizz' remains.]
MASTER TAO:
Everyone...they just tried to awaken the third, and most powerful Dark-Spirit Master. Unfortunately, Miss Brunswick has the jewel.
MASTER GORI:
And how did this...celebrity get the jewel, Same?
MASTER SAME:
(shamefully)
I'm sorry...it was lost in a tide.
MASTER TAO:
Well...we have to get the jewel back somehow.
[Everyone looks at the Red Ranger.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Why me!?
INT.-ALMOZAR PALACE-TUNNELS-DAY
[Jellica tells everyone else about the jewel.]
MISTRESS JELLICA:
Master Grizz was sealed long ago with a red jewel called the Treasure of Catimpo. A jewel that was hidden by Master Same.
REPTIZA:
(as a Banshee whispers into her ear)
...And a celebrity who just happens to be in town has it in her possession!
LIONIX:
(to the Banshee)
Find her...now!
EXT.-CITY-SHOPPING DISTRICT-DAY
[A "well-to-do looking person" goes into a clothing store with a throng of autograph seekers, photographers, and gawkers following her in as well.]
SHAWN PATRICK:
Miss Brunswick! Please, can we talk privately?
[The celebrity doesn't hear Shawn over the crowd so he tries to grab for the jewel alongside Yoshi and Abby, but misses.]
EXT.-CITY-ALLEY-DAY
[Thinking she has the jewel, Reptiza and Hogswine (in Banshegata mode) terrorize a citizen.]
REPTIZA:
(as the citizen is terrified)
She doesn't have it! Use your snout to find it!
HOGSWINE:
Right...Akugata Transformation!
[Hogswine transforms into his monster form.]
EXT.-CITY-SHOPPING DISTRICT-DAY
[The three students confront the celebrity.]
ABBY McHENRY:
Look...there are some bad people that are after your jewel...not you, but they'll do whatever it takes to get it.
APRIL BRUNSWICK:
Whatever?
YOSHI TANAKA:
Yes...we've been sent to protect you from them.
APRIL BRUNSWICK:
Since the one in red was the most...um, persistent...I want him to protect me.
SHAWN PATRICK:
Okay.
YOSHI TANAKA:
We'll see you later.
[Yoshi and Abby leave Shawn with April.]
APRIL BRUNSWICK:
Why...do...these...bad guys want this jewel?
SHAWN PATRICK:
Because it will help awaken one of their leaders. If he awakens, it'll spell disaster for the planet.
[The two come into a park.]
APRIL BRUNSWICK:
I see.
[Reptiza, Hogswine, and a half-dozen Banshees materialize.]
SHAWN PATRICK:
April...get to safety!
APRIL BRUNSWICK:
What about you?
SHAWN PATRICK:
I'll hold them off!
APRIL BRUNSWICK:
Who do you think you are!? A Power Ranger!?
SHAWN PATRICK:
(forming the wushu pose)
Yes...Jungle Fury, Beast On!
[The Red Ranger suit forms over Shawn.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Spirit of the tiger! Red Jungle Ranger!
[Hogswine captures the celebrity as Reptiza steps in with the Banshees to battle the Red Ranger. The celebrity screams in terror as she is carried off by Hogswine.]
APRIL BRUNSWICK:
Help me, Shawn!
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Fury Claw!
[The Fury Claw materializes in the Red Ranger's right hand.]
Fists of Fury, Power Up!
[The Fury Claw will not open for the Red Ranger.]
Oh, not now!
[Reptiza kicks the Red Ranger as Hogswine gets away.]
APRIL BRUNSWICK
(in the distance)
Help!
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Now what do I do!?
INT.-CITY-WAREHOUSE-DAY
[Hogswine has the celebrity tied up by a rope over a pit of fire. The Red Ranger enters the building.]
HOGSWINE:
(to a Banshee)
Here. Take this to Lionix.
[The monster gives the jewel to the Banshee to take to Lionix.]
APRIL BRUNSWICK:
Shawn!
HOGSWINE:
You again! Hot Wind!
[Hogswine tries to blow the Red Ranger away.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Fury Claw!
[The weapon appears in his right hand.]
Hope this works...Fists of Fury, Power Up!
[The Red Ranger upgrades to Fury Mode, then rescues the celebrity after flying up to her and freeing her, just as the rope starts to break. At a safe spot, the Red Ranger puts the celebrity down as Gori enters along with the Blue and Yellow Rangers.]
BLUE JUNGLE RANGER and YELLOW JUNGLE RANGER:
Fury Claw!
[The Fury Claws materialize in their right hands.]
Fists of Fury, Power Up!
[The two upgrade to fury Mode, and battle Hogswine.]
HOGSWINE:
Pork Bomb!
[Hogswine throws sausage-like dynamite at the rangers, but they dodge them. The Red Ranger picks Hogswine up, then throws him.]
ALL RANGERS:
Jungle Cannon!
[The weapon materializes in the rangers' hands.]
Super Fury Blast!
[The Red Ranger pulls the trigger, then pushes it in to fire the weapon, pushing the monster outside.]
HOGSWINE:
Akugata Growth!
[Hogswine grows.]
ALL RANGERS:
Auras...release!
[The rangers release the gorilla, gazelle, and penguin auras, which immediately go to zord mode.]
Beast Unity!
[The three zords join together to form the megazord.]
Beast Megazord! Transformation complete!
[The megazord stands ready as the celebrity, Gori, and Same watch below.]
HOGSWINE:
You look hungry...have some sausage!
[Hogswine throws his sausage dynamite at the megazord, which creates sparks, and knocks the megazord back a bit. The megazord uses it's fists to punch Hogswine in the chest several times, but it's ineffective.]
Oh, my stomach hurts! Gotta release some gas...Stink-Bomb!
[Hogswine turns around and farts in front of the megazord, which makes the rangers and the megazord react to the unpleasant smell.]
MASTER SAME:
Rangers...call for the shark and combine!
RED FURY RANGER:
Right! Auxiliary aura! I call upon the Shark Junglezord!
[The Shark Junglezord aura appears, and turns into a zord.]
ALL RANGERS:
Auxiliary Add-on! Slicer Mode!
[The shark breaks apart and adds armor to the megazord.]
Transformation complete! Beastly Shark Slash!
[The megazord rotates it's arms vertically, slashing Hogswine with it's arm blades, destroying him, and the rangers celebrate.]
INT.-ALMOZAR PALACE-TUNNELS-NIGHT
[Lionix places the jewel in it's place to awaken Grizz, who displays his power by grabbing Reptiza, and throwing her against the wall. His awakening causes an earthquake.]
INT.-JUNGLE FURY ACADEMY-CLASSROOM-NIGHT
[Everyone is relaxing.]
YOSHI TANAKA:
Hey everyone! April sent us all tickets to the screening of her new movie...Star-Crossed Lovers Three!
[The quake strikes.]
ABBY McHENRY:
Sensei...what was that?
SHAWN PATRICK:
Something very powerful is coming...the feeling is stronger than ever!
MASTER TAO:
The third and final Dark-Spirit Master...Grizz has been awakened. We must plan now on how to defeat him...or we're in big trouble. It's time for us to go into action.
[The three students depart the room, and head for their quarters.]
PIPER McCALL:
(showing concern as she goes to Tao's side)
Tao...what are you thinking about?
MASTER TAO:
If Grizz is awake, then the wolf isn't that far behind.
PIPER McCALL:
The wolf?
MASTER TAO:
A long-lost former student of mine...and an old friend of Jordan's. My worst fears have come true, and the rangers are not ready for the Dark Fury Power.
