EXT.-CITY-PIER-NIGHT
[The wolf being appears in front of the students, and reverts to human. Shawn and Abby are in shock, and Yoshi is in disbelief.]
YOSHI TANAKA:
Kenny!?
KENNY TANAKA:
Yoshi? Is...that you?
YOSHI TANAKA:
(showing his wolf-cross necklace)
Yeah...it's me...brother!
[Kenny pulls out his wolf-cross necklace. The two look somewhat relieved, but Kenny also looks somewhat disappointed.]
INT.-ALMOZAR PALACE-NIGHT
[The villains still congregate in the main hall. Lionix is still amazed at Grizz' power.]
MASTER GRIZZ:
See, Lionix...this is the power I want you to train for.
[Grizz approaches Lionix.]
Only a select few have obtained the Dark Fury Power...and you could be te next one to do so.
INT.-ALMOZAR PALACE-HALLWAYS-NIGHT
[Reptiza and Draco continue to talk.]
REPTIZA:
What will Lionix go through with this...training?
DRACO:
It'll be tough...
[Draco starts to turn into a golden dust-like-aura.]
...It could even...destroy him.
[Draco fully vanishes leaving a petrified-looking Reptiza.]
INT.-ALMOZAR PALACE-NIGHT
[Grizz continues to talk to Lionix. A shrill screech is heard.]
MASTER GRIZZ:
Here is my prized pupil...a Dark Baboon-Style warrior...
[The monster drops in from a rafter.]
...Badaboon!
[Badaboon screeches again.]
Go...destroy those "Power Rangers!"
[Badaboon exits the palace.]
INT.-JUNGLE FURY ACADEMY-LIVING QUARTERS-DAY
[The next morning, Kenny is in the academy, reuniting wit Tao, Ko, Gyazu, and Piper.]
PIPER McCALL:
Kenny...what happened to you?
KENNY TANAKA:
Ten years ago...
[FLASHBACK: Kenny and Jordan walk together to a clearing.]
...I was a friend of a fellow academy student, named Jordan. Jordan was at a level dangerously close to the Dark-Spirits...e was even speaking about stealing the Demon Bracelet from the academy's vault. I tried to stop him...with a forbidden skill...that cursed me, the one that turns me into that wolf being. I was ashamed to show my presence here.
SHAWN PATRICK:
So...what happened to your old friend?
KENNY TANAKA:
Jordan became a being clad in black and gold armor...a lion being.
EVERYONE:
Lionix!
KENNY TANAKA:
Lionix?
MASTER TAO:
Kenny...Piper tried to seal the Demon Bracelet five months ago...Lionix, er Jordan sent an Akugata to steal it...and succeeded.
PIPER McCALL:
Kenny, Lionix used the bracelet to release the three Dark-Spirit Masters...and is trying to rule the planet.
YOSHI TANAKA:
That's why we became rangers.
KENNY TANAKA:
Yoshi...I still do not like the idea that you quit your painting and followed in my steps in enrolling in the academy. But...I guess I will have to get used to it.
YOSHI TANAKA:
I didn't quit being an artist, bro...I just...put it on hold...for now.
KENNY TANAKA:
I need to go and clear my head for a bit...get some air.
[Kenny exits.]
EXT.-CITY-PARKING STRUCTURE-DAY
[Kenny walks among the citizens, when Badaboon drops in to scare them.]
BADABOON:
Bada-Bang! I am Badaboon, and your city will be destroyed real soon!
KENNY TANAKA:
I don't think so! Wolf Fury!
[Kenny lets loose a purple tinted energy aura. Kenny then notices a golden aura fly in.]
What the!?
[Kenny starts to turn into his wolf-form as the rangers enter, and the golden aura departs.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER:
Back off, monkey-brain!
[The Blue Ranger tends to his brother while the Red and Yellow Rangers kick Badaboon down. Kenny, who is in wolf-form turns back into a human, then departs.]
BLUE JUNGLE RANGER:
Kenny!?
INT.-CITY-ABANDONED CHURCH-DAY
[Kenny enters the old church. There is dust and overturned pews everywhere. A hazy-light shines through the stained-glass windows...Yoshi enters soon after.]
YOSHI TANAKA:
Kenny! Are you alright?
KENNY TANAKA:
I'm fine, Yosh...your friends?
YOSHI TANAKA:
They're still battling that monster.
[Yoshi notices that Kenny's mind is still pre-occupied.]
Kenny...what's wrong?
KENNY TANAKA:
Right now? Everything. The Dark-Spirits are free...Jordan is now evil...you being the Blue Ranger...
YOSHI TANAKA:
Kenny...I became a ranger in your honor to help protect the planet...not for fun.
voice of PIPER McCALL:
(on Yoshi's Jungle Morpher)
Yoshi...the others need your help in the quarry.
YOSHI TANAKA:
I gotta go to my friends. You can come and watch me, if you like.
[Yoshi exits the church, as Kenny looks dejected.]
EXT.-QUARRY-DAY
[The monster charges at the Blue and Yellow Rangers as they upgrade into Fury Mode as Reptiza watches.]
RED JUNGLE RANGER and YELLOW JUNGLE RANGER:
Fury Claws!
[The Fury Claw materializes in their right hands. The two then press the button on top.]
Fists Of Fury, Power Up!
[The two rangers upgrade to Fury Mode. They then attack Badaboon, but have a tough battle against him. Yoshi then runs in, and delivers an aerial kick to the monster.]
YOSHI TANAKA:
Hey, monkey-breath! You're going down!
[Yoshi "insta-morphs" into the Blue Jungle Ranger.]
BLUE JUNGLE RANGER:
Fury Claw!
[The Fury Claw materializes in the Blue Ranger's right hand. He then presses the button on top.]
Fists Of Fury, Power Up!
[The Blue Ranger upgrades to Fury Mode.]
Fist of the panther! Blue Fury Ranger!
ALL RANGERS:
(posing)
Fists of the jungle! Power Rangers, Fury Mode, hya!
[Kenny runs to the top of a cliff to watch his little brother battle. Badaboon attacks, and tries to throw the Blue Ranger against the cliff.]
KENNY TANAKA:
Watch out, Yoshi!
[The Blue Ranger's jets prevent him from slamming into the wall. He then uses the jets to charge the monster with his Fury Claw.]
BADABOON:
(Screeching)
Take this, ranger!
[Badaboon blasts the Blue Ranger, who deflects it.]
BLUE FURY RANGER:
That does it!
[On the cliff, Master Tao approaches Kenny.]
KENNY TANAKA:
They're awesome with that Fury Power, Sensei...they have been taught well.
MASTER TAO:
Thank you, Kenny...but they could still use some help.
BLUE FURY RANGER:
Fury Panther!
[The Blue Ranger defeats Badaboon. Tao and Kenny are pleased, but Badaboon grows.
ALL RANGERS:
Beast Auras...release!
[The rangers release their auras. They enter them as the trio of auras convert to zord mode.]
Junglezords...online! Beast Unity!
[The three zords join together to form the megazord.]
Beast Megazord! Transformation complete!
[The monster and the megazord both stand ready. Badaboon jumps and hits the megazord, then the monster attacks it with speedy moves, which creates sparks, and knocks everyone around. Badaboon screeches again.]
BLUE FURY RANGER:
Auxiliary Aura! I call upon the Bat Junglezord!
[The bat aura is released from the megazord.]
ALL RANGERS:
Beast Megazord...Auxiliary Add-On! Sonic Mode!
[The Bat Junglezord attaches onto the megazord to give it wings.]
Transformation complete! Take flight!
[The megazord leaps into the air.]
Beast Sonic Slicer!
[The megazord slices Badaboon, and defeats him...or do they? The ranger students celebrate with Kenny and Tao.]
YOSHI TANAKA:
Kenny!?
KENNY TANAKA:
Yoshi...you did good...I'm proud of you!
[Everyone walks off toward the academy. Reptiza stands over a fallen giant Badaboon. She hits him over the head to shrink him down to size.]
REPTIZA:
You're not done yet! Attack them!
[Badaboon revives and attacks everyone using a blast of Dark Fury Power...Yoshi gets caught in the blast.]
KENNY TANAKA:
(dramatic slow-motion)
Yoshi!
[Kenny runs toward Yoshi (in dramatic slow-motion). TO BE CONTINUED...]
