INT.-ANGEL GROVE HILLS-CRAWFORD INN-DAY
[The seven team members arrive at the Crawford Inn. An old Victorian-style house, turned into a Bed And Breakfast by Brandon's family. The seven enter the building.]

BRANDON CRAWFORD:
Welcome to the Crawford Inn...enjoy your stay.

[Soon, something familiar catches Brandon's eye.]

Whoa! I haven't seen this for a long time!

[Brandon moves toward a small, white statue, and starts to tear up.]

KEIKO OGAWA:
What's wrong, Brandon?

INT.-MECHANICO ISLAND-DAY
[The four three generals detect a faint machine-like energy signature in Angel Grove Hills, and swarm over the viewscreen that is trying to hone in on it.]

ARGO:
Could he energy signature be from the old Mechanix Empire?

YOGO:
It is possible. When they were defeated from Machia, they traveled here. Argo...I want you and Metalia to go and search for it.

[Metalia and Argo immediately depart for Angel Grove Hills.]

INT.-ANGEL GROVE HILLS-CRAWFORD INN-DAY
[Brandon continues to fill his comrades in about his life living at the inn.]

BRANDON CRAWFORD:
My mother gave this to me on our first night here when I was very young...it was a stormy night, and I was afraid. The statue is sentimental to me.

[Keiko and Chloe move out onto a balcony tat overlooks the beach. They see Metalia and Argo arrive.]

CHLOE WILCOX:
(surprised)
What are they doing here?

KEIKO OGAWA:
I don't know, but we should tell the others.

[Keiko and Chloe go back inside as Metalia and Argo locate the energy signature...it's coming from the statue inside the inn.]

Guys! Metalia and Argo are on the beach!

[The two villains enter the house, and try to wrestle the statue from Brandon's hands.]

METALIA:
Give us the statue!

BRANDON CRAWFORD:
No, way!

[Metalia then overpowers Brandon, and takes the statue.]

Give it back!

METALIA:
I don't think so!

RYDER SWANSON:
Since they have the statue, we must destroy it!

BRANDON CRAWFORD:
We can't!

[In the confusion of the fracas, Whale speaks to the team.]

WHALE:
Rangers...that is no ordinary statue...I am reading a Machine Empire-like energy signature...one of a Machine Knight from the Mechanix Empire, who tried to invade Machia before Gasket and company.

[The seven are in shock as Metalia revives the Machine Knight.]

METALIA:
Rangers...meet Quixote!

[The seven are in shock as Quixote awakens in a foul mood.]

ALL:
(while preparing their morphers)
Start Up!

[The suits "fully-form" over the seven.]

RED NITRO RANGER:
(posing)
Screech Of The Condor! Red Nitro Ranger!

[Quixote tries to destroy Brandon during mid-sequence, then runs off.]

BLUE NITRO RANGER:

Roar Of The Lion! Blue Nitro Ranger!

YELLOW NITRO RANGER:
(posing)
Growl Of The Bear! Yellow Nitro Ranger!

GREEN DEFENDER RANGER:
(posing)
Call Of The Orca! Green Defender Ranger!

GOLD SKY RANGER:

[The rangers then catch up to him, but the rangers are defeated in a hallway as Quixote bowls through them.]

BLUE NITRO RANGER:
You know what? Forget the statue...let's destroy him!

NITRO RANGERS AND DEFENDER RANGERS:
(while pressing the "G" symbol on their belt buckles)
Nitro Gear!

SKY RANGERS:
(while pressing the "G" symbol on their belt buckles)
Sky Daggers!

[The seven call upon their weapons.]

ALL RANGERS:
Nitro Defender Cannon! Booster Mode!

BLUE NITRO RANGER:
Inserting Super Nitro Cell!

ALL RANGERS:
Fire!

[The rangers fire an energy beam at Quixote, who then goes down. Quixote is about to go offline when he tells Metalia that his leader is buried nearby on the beach.]

ARGO:
(handing Metalia a Banki Energy vial)
Metalia...maybe he can use this?

METALIA:
Thank you. Quixote! You are not done yet.

[Metalia installs the Banki Energy vial into Quixote, who then grows.]

ADAM PARK:
(into his communicator)
Alpha...send the VehAni!

voice of ALPHA SIX:
They're on their way!

[Within seconds, the nine zords arrive on the scene. The Defender Rangers and Sky Rangers board their zords and activate the cockpits by plugging in their morphers onto the steering wheels.]

ARGO:
Oh no you don't! Gearoids!

voice of RED NITRO RANGER:
Adam! We got some Gearoids to deal with...you guys handle Quixote, and we'll join you soon!

GOLD SKY RANGER:
Right! Sky Megazord!

BLACK DEFENDER RANGER:
Okay! Defender Megazord!

[After a brief zord-monster battle, Quixote drains both megazords of power, and both collapse. The Nitro Rangers finish off the Gearoids, and notice that their comrades are in trouble.]

RED NITRO RANGER:
Come on, guys! They're in trouble!

[The three Nitro Rangers board their zords and activate the cockpits by plugging in their morphers onto the steering wheels.]

NITRO RANGERS:
Nitrozords...Combine!

[The three Nitrozords combine to form a megazord.]

Nitro Megazord...Ready To Rumble!

BLUE NITRO RANGER:
Guys! I have something that will help the others!

RED NITRO RANGER:
Really!? What?

BLUE NITRO RANGER:
This is the Starter Cell. With it, I can re-power the other two megazords.

YELLOW NITRO RANGER:
Brandon, that's brilliant!

[Brandon inserts the cell into his control panel. Soon, Lion's eyes glow, and shoot a blue energy beam to the other megazords, which recover and get up to join the Nitro Megazord's side.]

RED NITRO RANGER:
Okay, guys!

ALL RANGERS:
Trinity Attack!

NITRO RANGERS:
Grand Prix!

DEFENDER RANGERS:
Defender Grand Prix!

SKY RANGERS:
Sky Impulse!

[The three megazords perform their inishers. Quixote collapses as he cackles in light-blue energy bolts, then explodes.]

METALIA:
(as she and Argo retreat)
We will have our revenge!

[The seven rangers celebrate in their cockpits.]

INT.-MECHANICO ISLAND-DAY
[Yogo is furious as usual as Metalia and Argo return in failure.]

YOGO:
Even with a member of the Mechanix Empire, you failed!?

METALIA:
Yes, but Quixote told us of his leader, who is buried on the beach!

ARGO:
We're gonna dig him tomorrow!

YOGO:
You know what? I am liking the plan!

INT.-MOUNTAINS-POWER CENTER-DAY
[The seven team members teleport in, and report to Zordon and Alpha.]

ALPHA SIX:
Rangers! Good job!

ADAM PARK:
Well, I think our job as rangers may get a bit harder.

ALPHA SIX:
Really!? How so?

ADAM PARK:
Well, we defeated Quixote, a Machine Knight of the Mechanix Empire, but he mentioned to Metalia that his leader is buried on the beach. Whale filled us in on their history

ZORDON:
Rangers...with the Machine Empire attempting to resurrect old allies, you must be ready for whatever they plan.

ADAM PARK:
We'll be ready.

[The team looks concerned.]
