[On a bright, sunny Friday morning, the seven team members are sitting in chairs at a rectangular table, all on one side. On the other side sitting in chairs are three teenagers, two males (TREVOR and DONOVAN) and a female (MIA). Adam, Chloe, and Ryder are in the middle of the seven.]
ADAM PARK:
Well, I have reviewed your applications and resumes with the others present here right now. You three have met what we were asking for...and...you are all hired to work here at the Park Martial Arts Center. Congratulations!
MIA:
Thank you, Mister Park...we won't let you down!
ADAM PARK:
Oh, one more thing...it's okay to call us by our first names. And, work starts Monday.
[The three hires nod in agreement, then exit.]
INT.-MECHANICO ISLAND-DAY
[Yogo is furious, not to mention tired of Arkimedes' past failures.]
YOGO:
Arkimedes! You have failed me every single time since you have arrived! I'll give you one more chance to come up with a plan that will work!
[Arkimedes leaves the main chamber to come up with his plan.]
ARGO:
Yogo...Metalia...this is my latest Machine Beast...Balloonicus! I had Arkimedes build him, but I control him, and his powers of pollution!
BALLOONICUS:
(laughing as he exits)
I'll inflate those rangers' egos yet!
YOGO:
You know, this plan could work!
EXT.-CITY-PARK-DAY
[A disguised Balloonicus is in the park, handing out black, inflated rubber balloons to the swarms of children.]
BALLOONICUS:
Hy'a kids! Have a balloon!
[Several of the kids start to walk away with the black balloons...some pop, releasing toxic smog, which covers the city. Soon, the seven rangers arrive, and charge into battle against the Machine Beast.]
RED NITRO RANGER:
Get 'em! Nitrolizers! Baton Mode!
GOLD SKY RANGER:
Sky Daggers!
[The rangers use their sidearms on the Machine Beast, but are ineffective.]
SKY RANGERS:
Sky Dagger...Sky Grip...Combine! Sky Blaster! Fire!
BALLOONICUS:
Whoa! I'm outta here for now!
[The two Sky Rangers manage to make Balloonicus retreat, leaving them a little confused.]
INT.-MECHANICO ISLAND-DAY
[Yogo is alone...he ponders is own plan.]
YOGO:
It is time to put my own plan into action. Metalia! Argo!
[The two other generals enter the room.]
Time and time again, Arkimedes has failed us. King Gasket has ordered Arkimedes' execution, unless he can finish the job. Arkimedes!
[Arkimedes enters the room.]
ARKIMEDES:
Yes, General?
YOGO:
You have failed us one time too many! Defeat the rangers with Balloonicus, or face the consequences! Got it?
[Arkimedes lowers his head in shame.]
ARKIMEDES:
(ashamed)
Yes...sir.
[Arkimedes exits the room...Metalia and Argo look pleased.]
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[All seven rangers are in the woods, sparring. The VehAni are there as well. The three groups of rangers spar against each other. Soon, Arkimedes, Balloonicus, and several Gearoids arrive to challenge them.]
RED NITRO RANGER:
Let's go, guys!
[The rangers battle the Gearoids as Arkimedes and Balloonicus go into the city to begin the second part of their plan.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Arkimedes and Balloonicus attack the city. Balloonicus uses his powers to inflate several citizens, who then float into the air.]
EXT.-FOREST-DAY
[The rangers finish off the Gearoids.]
voice of ZORDON:
(on the Gold Ranger's communicator)
Rangers...Arkimedes and Balloonicus are in the city. The Machine Beast has inflated several citizens.
GOLD SKY RANGER:
Let's go, guys!
[The rangers leave for the city.]
EXT.-CITY-DAY
[Balloonicus inflates more citizens when the rangers arrive.]
RED NITRO RANGER:
You know what...for a balloon, you are filled with hot air!
BALLOONICUS:
How dare you!
[The rangers have their sidearms.]
RED NITRO RANGER:
Charge!
[The Nitro Rangers and Defender Rangers try their Nitrolizers in both modes against Balloonicus, but they're ineffective.]
ARKIMEDES:
(eagerly)
Let me at them!
[Arkimedes charges into battle, but does not fare so well...he comes out of the fracas clinching his chest.]
Gearoids!
[Several Gearoids appear, but are picked-off one-by-one by the Nitrolizer-wielding rangers, who then press the "G" symbol on their belt buckles.]
ALL RANGERS:
Nitro Gear!
[The rangers combine their weapons.]
Nitro Defender Cannon!
GOLD SKY RANGER:
(inserting Whale's Super Nitro Cell)
Inserting cell! Fire!
[Balloonincus is defeated by Whale's energy...then goes through the Industrial Revolution as the Banki Energy courses through his body, making him grow.]
BALLOONICUS:
I'm as big as a blimp!
RED NITRO RANGER:
(into his communicator)
Alpha! Send the zords!
voice of ALPHA SIX:
They're on their way!
[Within a few seconds, the zord case is teleported to a spot on the ground in front of the Red Ranger. The three Nitro Rangers and two Defender Rangers open the case and grab their zord casts. They then insert the Super Nitro Cells.]
NITRO RANGERS AND DEFENDER RANGERS:
Inserting cells! Cast-Off!
[The six zords grow into their zord sizes. The five rangers board their zords, and attach their morphers to the steering wheels, which makes the cockpits come alive. The rangers are immediately strapped into their seat-belts, then they put the zords into gear.]
ARKIMEDES:
I'll see your zords, and raise you a Striker and some M.E.G.s!
[Arkimedes boards a Striker as a swarm of M.E.G.s arrive in the city.]
RED NITRO RANGER:
I'll call your bluff, Arkimedes!
[The six zords battle the Striker and swarm of M.E.G.s. Soon, the zords make the Striker crash after destroying the M.E.G.s.]
NITRO RANGERS AND DEFENDER RANGERS:
Megazord mode!
[The six zords form two megazords.]
NITRO RANGERS:
Nitro Megazord!
DEFENDER RANGERS:
Defender Megazord!
NITRO RANGERS AND DEFENDER RANGERS:
Ready To Rumble!
[The two megazords battle the Machine Beast as the Gold Sky Ranger battles Arkimedes in a one-on-one battle and the Silver Sky Ranger watches.]
ARKIMEDES:
You're going down, Gold Ranger!
GOLD SKY RANGER:
I don't think so, Arki!
BALLOONICUS:
Come on, rangers!
DEFENDER RANGERS:
Defender!
NITRO RANGERS AND DEFENDER RANGERS:
Grand Prix!
BALLOONICUS:
I don't think so! Balloon Bomb!
[Balloonicus repels the megazords' finishers, and knocks the six out of commission.]
Gotcha!
ARKIMEDES:
Come and get it, Gold Ranger!
GOLD SKY RANGER:
Okay! Golden Power Punch!
[The Gold Ranger manages to knock Arkimedes away. He and the Silver Ranger then grab their three casts.]
SKY RANGERS:
Skyzords! Insert Casts! Cast-Off!
[The three Skyzords grow into their giant forms. The two Sky Rangers board their zords and insert their Sky Grips, making their cockpits come to life, and straps the duo in.]
Let's fly!
[The three Skyzords fly into position.]
Skyzords...Combine!
[The three Skyzords join together to form the megazord.]
Sky Megazord...Ready For Take-Off!
[The Sky Megazord stands ready for battle.]
BALLOONICUS:
Oh, really? You think that you alone can destroy me?
GOLD SKY RANGER:
I'm tired of this guy! Let's burst his bubble!
SKY RANGERS:
Sky Impulse! Sky Grand Prix!
[The Sky Megazord performs it's finisher on Balloonicus to scrap him.]
BALLOONICUS:
Ah, I'm deflating!
[The Machine Beast explodes, and the team celebrates.]
RED NITRO RANGER:
Well, he was full of hot air!
INT.MECHANICO ISLAND-NIGHT
[Arkimedes is seen begging at Yogo's feet, and groveling for forgiveness.]
ARKIMEDES:
General Yogo...please! Give me one more chance!
YOGO:
(yelling)
No!
ARKIMEDES:
(recovering to his feet)
Then...I...will banish myself from the palace. It has been an honor serving you, sir.
[Arkimedes begrudgingly departs the palace.]
INT.-CITY-DOJO-NIGHT
[Adam sees Brandon at the same table as seen before in Episode #12 when he worked on the Nitro Defender Megazord formation. Again, there are zord schematics and books all over the table-top.]
ADAM PARK:
Brandon...what's up?
BRANDON CRAWFORD:
With the intensity of the previous few attacks, I fear that a new megazord combination may be needed.
[Brandon shows Adam a sketch (the viewing audience cannot see the sketch).]
I introduce to you the Nitro Defender Ultrazord.
[The two un-morphed rangers look at the sketch with a concerned look on their faces.]
